Good for what it is... This shoe is good for those who rarely need to wear a dressy shoe, such occasions like a wedding and funeral. It looks nice, and the price is relatively cheap. However, the thin leather will most likely not hold up under daily wear. Very tight up front for wide feet, but the soft leather makes it bearable.

I would not purchase these shoes if you are hoping to wear them day-to-day. They look and feel great, but due to the construction near the toe, the toe will wear out completely. Mine scuffed to the point of having a hole in two weeks of wear. They are now unwearable.

The left shoe had several imperfections- the lace holes are misaligned, the leather is damaged by some internal stitching, the leather was scuffed on a couple of places. The Right shoe was great. I needed them for immediate use, so there was no time for returns. I had to use it once, but I'm disappointed on the quality.

Ordered these shoes last minute and thanks to Zappos for getting them to me so fast! The shoes are definitely very cheap, but get the job done. I needed them for a wedding and they did the trick. If you need a cheap shoe in a pinch, these are comfortable and get the job done.

Excellent dress shoes - Fortunately the shoes is exact likes the picture. So, I actually like and enjoy this shoes.

Giorgio Brutini 24440 - The shoe fits great, nice soft leather. I have only tried it on in the house on carpet because they have synthetic heels which I do not like. If it was not for the plastic heel this would be a very fine shoe and at a grrreat price.

Good quality, minimal cushion - I have ordered and will continue to order all of my shoes, dress, casual and athletic from Zappos. The Giorgio Brutini's that I recently ordered are very nice quality. The look exactly like the picture but in my opinion, they could use a bit more cushion underneath. I have a desk job so this isn't too much of a concern but would still make a nice addition.

Shoes- The quality of the shoe is very good. The shoe looks expensive and the comfort is like walking on air. And the fit is like the old saying “It fits like a glove.” Marvin

The Giorgio Brutini's were just what I wanted - I had purchased a pair of Bally shoes in Europe years ago of exactly this style. When I saw the picture I knew these would be classic dress shoes of the same kind. Because of my prior experience I ordered them a half size larger than I usually do and I was not disappointed. This style always runs a little narrow. I also went for them on price. These were around a quarter the cost of the Bally's I'd bought at the factory ten years ago. When I received them I was stunned by the suppleness and quality of the calfskin. If you're looking for men's dress shoes you won't go wrong with these.

Ordered a pair of these after reading the positive reviews, and well let's face it you can't beat the price. That being said, I did have some issues with the quality. The leather seems very thin and, because of the design, unsightly creases will inevitably form right behind the toe cap. The shoe looks pretty good, but it seems to me they won't last very long. I wear a 14, ordered a 14, and there is a lot of wiggle room. Should have went with a 13. People with smaller feet may have better luck with these shoes. Since I have big feet and I am very particular about my shoes, I am sending them back and ordering the G.B. 17343 in a 13. Zappos-standard amazing service as always!

As always, best fitting shoes made. Very adaptable to various foot shapes, extremely comfortable. I have Brutini shoes that are over 20 yrs old, still look and feel fantastic. This was a great price on a great product.

Shoe was fine I was surprised by fast delivery, also the shoes looked great came well packaged. I will return.

After 40 years of buying dress shoes, I can honestly say that these fit perfectly right out of the box! I have never had a more comfortable, form fitting dress shoe than these. Most dress shoes feel like bricks upon first wearing them. Not these. I wore them to work for a full day and they remained comfortable throughout the entire day. Love this brand and will definitely buy more.

At first having a wide foot but not a wide heel, I tried these in 12 wide. My heel wasn't wide enough, then I ordered this shoe in the medium width and it was plenty wide, in their Wide width my heel popped up and down inside this shoe like wearing flip flops. If your heel is wide, then go with the wide width on this shoe. It shines nicely if you know how to shine your shoes you will like the leather. The soles are the classic early 1960s featherweight soles, the kind Stacy Adams used to sell until they started selling thick rubber soles shoes and lost their way. This is in that iconic slim featherweight style. Easy and light to walk in. I hope the Courtland never get discontinued. The left captoe on my pair is cut closer to the front of the shoe and the right shoes captoe looks a couple millimeters longer, side by side it shows but I'm not mad at them, this fit, finish, the cuts, its the classic black captoe. It has the same lines as the 1990s Florsheim Barletta and the thin Italian captoe shoes in this style that are so hard to find these days, even with the internet. This is exactly the shoe I've been looking for. I tried some vintage Stacy Adams in size 12 that had a cut just like these but fit more like 11s so I ended up losing them. This won't be a disappointment! In person you'll like the way they fit and look. If you can shine just the toe box, and leave the instep with the factory matte finish, they'll look their best. I recommend to wear a thinner tie with either a suit that is slim fitted, vintage continental, 1950s or 1960s or at least just a collared dress shirt with wool dress pants with a thinner tie- this shoe is in a thin early 1960s style. Its best to rock it in its intended vibe.

I just love this shoe. The soft laid skin leather and thin sole makes it a really comfortable shoe. It's stylish, soft and comfortable. I have bought this over and over again for the past eight years or so. My favorite dress shoe.

I buy my shoes exclusively from Zappos, in fact, this is the identical shoe I first bought in 2012. This is a class outfit with one of the very best customer service around. I love Zappos.

Soft, comfortable, and light. I bought these for my dancing class and they are perfect for that. The soles are leather, which is slick enough to allow dance steps without grabbing on the wooden dance floor. These probably would not be very durable in everyday outdoor use, but a great find for this limited purpose. I wear size 12 EE or EEE, and the 12 EE fits well and is very comfortable.

I bought these for my husband. They are light weight with leather soles. Soft leather. Great for ballroom dancing. Perfect.

I like these shoes a lot. I bought them for my daughter's wedding, and I know I will love them. The leather is very soft and incredibly comfortable. The look is very smart. They are not stitched like higher end shoes, but rather glued, so they probably won't hold up as well as Cole Han or others. But I'm confident in the quality and so looking forward to wearing them. The price was unbeatable.

Amazing shoes for the price. Way better than a pair of Alfani that lasted me for only 2 months (and I always take great care of my shoes). More stylish and durable than Calvin Klein and Kenneth Cole models I've used. My feet are size 10.5 and the shoes I ordered are half a size smaller. Very comfortable and soft, bend very well in the forefoot area. As a side note, I have been using 4 pairs of shoes for work for the past 4 years, each worn one day of the week and sneakers on casual Friday (Giorgio Brutini, Alfani, Kelvin Klein and Florsheim + Puma). All but GB were replaced at least once.

Great shoes. They look awesome for a nice price. I wear them out and in the office. Not the most durable as I wore through the sole in 2 years, but liked them enough to buy another pair.

I brought this shoe for my boyfriend's 30th birthday bash in August! These shoes look even better in person! I knew he'd be dancing the night away so i wanted to get him something comfortable. I also wanted him to look fashionable and elegant. So with a pair of navy blue slim fit slacks, matching navy blue slim fit vest, wine color dress shirt and wine color pocket square, black cufflinks, black silk tie, black belt went really well. So the shoes topped of the outfit just right! Loved the shine and leather. By the way this shoe is great for lounge/club partying (because that is where he wore them for his birthday). We had a wedding the following weekend and he wore them there with a very nice slim fit gray suit, white shirt. Royal blue tie and black belt. Stunning! Very comfy shoe for a man who doesn't like to wear dress shoes. He'll forget he has them on!
