Cute shoe - Bought these for my daughter; typical Converse shoe. Comfortable and look good.

Still great shoes after all these years! My new Jack Purcells are as great as they were when I first bought them years ago! They are the essential bop-around-town sneaker providing comfort and hip style! They run a bit on the large size, so I would order a 1/2 size smaller.

Style and Comfort - Great Shoes, Very Styling. A true cut above the rest… by the look of the laces, sole, and toe, people will know you are wearing designer shoes. I have really flat feet and these are very comfortable. ***** 5 Stars!

This shoe is so much more comfortable than Chuck Tailors. If you like the look of the Chuck, but want more comfort, go with these. They are an amazing shoe. The size may be about a half off, but I can't really tell anymore, since so many shoes don't really offer the same sizes.

Great shoe, great Zappos - Shoe was as it looked online. I was very pleased and will wear this shoe out I am sure come spring/summertime. Also, as usual for Zappos, service was outstanding. Free shipping and the shoe came days earlier than originally promised. Yay!

Awesome! Very comfy, arrived the next day! A smidge more expensive than other sites, but totally worth the timeliness!

LOVE IT - Stylish, comfy...what else do you need?

I've been wearing Jack Purcell's for nearly twenty years - These are classics and always get lots of compliments! They look great with really wide leg pants, with skinny jeans, and with short with no socks. They hold up very well, with the exception of the cloth lining on the inside of the heels, which always gets worn away long before the shoes wear out (same as Converse high and low tops). There is a little arch support, but it's not great. I may try a pair of those little arch inserts, as I don't think a full insole would fit very well.

Love these shoes! I have been looking for the perfect canvas classic sneaker for a few years now when I saw these on Converse web site. Got them in and have worn them every day since! My jacks have gotten compliment after compliment, are comfortable with/without socks, and have quickly turned into my favorites!

Cute and comfy - A great look for spring with jeans, shorts, skirts or dresses...anything that you want to look casual and be comfortable with.

Amazing - The only pair of shoes that I keep buying over and over! So classic and preppy, I absolutely love them. I'm glad Zappos has them because I have a hard time finding them in stores.

My children like Converse - They are a good shoe for casual style and all around use. My children always want a pair of Converse to go here and there with. They do say they are not for sports. They do not seem to give them the support of feel they want for active sports.

I so wanted to love these shoes. I’m looking for a good-looking shoe I can walk in, for a trip next spring to Ireland. I normally love Mephisto, but the elastic criss-cross straps were too tight. They cut into the top of my foot. I had to return them. Everything else about the shoe was great - good support, good traction, a cute look. What I needed was another 1/2 inch of elastic.

Classic shoe. Great-looking with jeans, khakis, shorts--whatever you're wearing. These tend to run about a half-size smaller than Chucks. (If, for example, you wear a size 9, I would recommend going up to 9.5.) I like the tweaking that Converse has done to this shoe--the arch support seems better, and the interior lining is very nice. So I'm pretty happy with them!

Don’t let the name Scottsdale (that city in Arizona where style comes before substance) put you off to these handsome hardworking boots. Good workmanship and materials. Size feels true. Plenty tough for ranch chores and clean up nicely with a damp rag. The inevitable scuffs only add character to this fine boot.

Perfect shoe - Son is on his second pair of these shoes. Comfy, I suppose. Run true to size with room for socks (and then some). As expected, great Zappos service. Overnight delivery. Why shop anywhere else.

Good Shoes - Nice shoes, but absolutely no arch support so they aren't good for long walks or standing for long periods of time. These shoes are, of course, stylish but definitely not for comfort.

Nice and simple - Simplistic and stylish design, a true classic.

Happy Feet - Just bought the Converse Jack Purcell shoes for my 13 yr old son. He chose them and when they arrived was thrilled and put them right on and wear's them every day! These shoes have good craftsmanship, and are quality product. Working with Zappos was so convenient and our shipment was upgraded and delivered the very next day after we ordered, much to my son's delight! I've purchased many times from Zappos and have always had a great experience.

Nice Shoes - When I saw these shoes I fell in love with them and had to get a pair. They are not sold where I live and had to order them. I ordered them the right size for me, but they came a size larger. But Zappos quickly fixed the issues and the next day I got the right size.

Great Purcells - Well I have had them for 2 weeks and worn them a handful of times. Every time I have them on, I get at least 2-3 comments about them. These are my first pair of Purcells and they won't be my last!

Terrific sneaker! I am so glad I ordered these. I had been looking at them for quite some time and decided to give them a try although I have never worn Converse before. They are comfy, stylish and I love the black & white combo. I ordered my true size and they feel fine.
