These shoes are awesome! The sizing is accurate. Love that they arrived in less than a week!

It doesn't get much better than Chuck Taylor All Stars and this color is the best, goes with everything. I normally wear a size 10 in woman's shoes, I found those too big and returned and exchanged for a 9 which fits perfectly when I wear those little invisible socks.

Excellent service, super fast shipping and the opportunity for free returns is extremely important in buying shoes not in a shoe store. You're the best.

Great classic shoe. I wear them all of the time. One thing to note though - I wear a men's 13, and always have to order Chucks in a size 12.

Chuck Taylors are not known for their comfort and knew they ran 1/2 size so ordered the appropriate size and they are perfect. Everyone loves the color.

Your service is beyond great. My girlfriend ordered a pair of these that (she said were worn and had glass in the shoe) anyhow, you sent a brand new pair! I wish she would have showed me the original shoe first though because I dislike the color. I was hoping that they were a darker brown. I am going to exchange them for a navy blue pair. The birthday shoes I ordered for my granddaughter were too small. I called Zappos, I was warmly greeted and a larger pair of shoes was immediately sent and the smaller shoes had to be returned within 14 days.
