My shady kicks - Overall, these are awesome, trendy kicks. Comfortable, yet hardly any arch support. 2 thumbs up.

First off, I am a Chuck Taylors girl through and through, so when the new styles come out I get excited! I expected these "Electric blue lemonade" Chucks to be really vibrant and almost neon like the picture here and they totally are not. They are a middle-of-the-road blue. That was disappointing. These are the first ones I have gotten from the new factory though and there are some subtle changes from previous Chucks. Now there is a loop on the tongue to feed your laces through so the tongue does not slip to one side. The branding on the top of the tongue and the "license plate" on the back outside of the shoe has changed, graphically. New font/design. There is a warning tag looped through the top eyelet about this is a dyed garment and there might be some color leeching.

So uncomfortable. Such clodhoppers with no arch support. I finally get the message that comfort is not the point of these shoes.

I had gotten a pair of cheap Converse One Stars elsewhere, and loved 'em, they were so comfy, that I thought I would buy these as an upgrade as they have higher quality construction. I ordered the same size I'd been wearing in the One Stars, and when they arrived, I found that they were way too long. I sent them back and got a half size smaller. Those seemed to fit, but after wearing them a couple hours, I realized that the toe area was too narrow, and my little toe was getting smushed and blistery. I thought if I kept wearing them more, they'd break in and stretch out. No dice. So disappointed - I basically can't wear these because they hurt my feet. Back to the One Stars for me.

These look exactly as they were pictured. I got the burgundy color which is pretty sharp and bright! I gave them an overall rating of only 3 stars because the looks are great, but the smell! Pretty bad. They reek of rubber and they smell like a tire factory, even after several weeks of being out of the box. If you can stand the smell, then you should be satisfied with the product.

The All-Stars I ordered arrived and fit as expected. No problems.

Toe Crunchers - So cute, yet so painful. The first time I wore them, no big problem, but oh, the second time was like foot binding. Usually, I never have any problems fitting into medium-width shoes, but these run mega-narrow. Watch out.

My Personal Review of this Shoe - It looks great and compliments clothing but it doesn't have great sole support. After a while of walking, your feet start to hurt. This happened to me on the first day. Also, get a shoe size smaller than you expect. Some people say a half size smaller but I had to go a full size smaller than what I normally wear.

Nick Jonas look alike - My child's girlfriend picked these out because she likes Nick Jonas and apparently he wears these sneakers. My son finds them pretty comfortable however they have already started to separate on the side. Not knowing much about the brand I'm not sure if they're made for the wear and tear he put on them

Not a good everywhere shoe - My foot didn't like the way these shoes fit at all. There was always the problem of one shoe fitting differently than the other (I tried 3 pairs). The comfort is horrible, for example: If you are walking over a stick, let's say, your foot will feel the stick as if you were barefoot. The shoe is ultra thin. If there is anything this shoe has going for it would be that it's a trendy shoe.

This is a great looking shoe and I really wanted the Spring Ox in Peppermint. But I bought the eleven and they were too big, and then I returned them and got the 10, and they were a bit too small (I've learned never buy a shoe that's even a tiny bit small, as they'll never be right). Well, they don't have half sizes, so my only option was to get the 11s again and insert Dr. Scholls Foot Pillows, which work and even make them more comfortable, but I didn't like the enormous length of the size 11. So, it's a bust. I wish Converse would make this shoe in the right sizes, and offer half sizes, and I also wish they'd improve the quality and add a little more cushion, and a little arch support. Would it kill them? They could call them Chuck Taylor Deluxe. And they could charge a few dollars more, which would be so worth it. In any case, I found a fantastic sneaker in the K-Swiss Classic Lite, which has more cushion, and some arch support, is lighter than the Chucks and much better quality, too. I got them in black, which looks great with black stripes, but all the other colors have white stripes, which spoils them for me. So, K-Swiss, make more colors in this model, and without contrasting stripes. Okay?

I ordered these in the color fiery coral expecting them to look like the images. I chose the free shipping Zappos provides & they arrived within 4 days like the website says. But when they came, they were really, really bright. Much brighter than the pictures. I know the color is called fiery coral, but the pictures aren't nearly close to the actual color.

I love Chucks - have them in several colors but this particular color (Beach glass) runs a half-size too big. It's actually confirmed on the Converse website. I wish Zappos would have told me this before I ordered. I probably would have saved myself the hassle.

Not much support in the sole. Not comfortable to spending time warning or walking.

Love the pink lowtops. They are so comfortable. Very durable. The only thing I wish is that I could have charged them to a credit card. As in JC Penney's credit card. That would have been wonderful, or if this website had its own credit card.

These things are flimsy. Also, I think the size runs large. I ordered size 15 and got what feels like size 17.

Converse needs to make half sizes! Love the look and feel of these shoes. But without half sizes available, I can't get a good fit!
