I was worried that I would be taking a step down from the Frye boots I wanted...I was so wrong! These boots are excellent quality and very comfortable. I am glad I followed the recommendations of others and ordered a 1/2 size down.

Love these boots. I had a pair of Frye's before. I liked them but these are more comfortable and hopefully will last longer. I usually where 7.5 but per reviews I bought a 7 and they fit perfectly!

This is my second pair of Durangos. They were comfortable immediately. They provide good support. They are easy to slip on. I learned my lesson and ordered 8 and 8½. I kept the 8.

Most comfortable boots I've ever owned! They are a little Heavy and Bulky, but they will last for years, because they are sturdy boots. I can stand in them all day, without any pain. The heel leans back a little, so this takes pressure off your back and knees. Runs a whole size larger, so size down.

Finally found what I was looking for... These boots are very cute and very comfy-- and the price is right compared to others on the market. The leather is like butter...

Great Boots! I had been pining for a similar-looking pair of Frye boots for a while, and found these for less than half the price. Not too cowboy-ish, not too biker-ish. I read all the reviews and ordered a 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear, which was just right. They are a bit narrow while being loose in the heel, as other reviewers pointed out, but I have a narrow foot and don't have a problem with my heel being able to move freely. I have VERY skinny calves but the shaft of the boot isn't so wide that it looks ridiculous. My only complaints with the comfort is that the shaft on the right boot creased right at my bony ankle, which is a little annoying; and the top of the boot is shallow although not so much that they feel tight. They have just enough arch support that I don't need an insole and are surprisingly comfortable to walk around in. I think this boot is a great value and I wish I'd known about them a couple years ago! This was also the first time I dealt with Zappos and they are awesome.

Perfect boots - I just wore these boots for the first time on a weekend motorcycle trip. They felt so good, I did not want to take them off. They felt like they were already broke in, yet they look brand new. I felt totally sexy wearing them. These boots are the best investment I’ve made in a long time.

After wearing out a cheap pair that looked similar to these, I decided to finally invest in a good pair that would be more durable. They look and feel great, but there is a bit of heel slippage. No problem--I plan on wearing these a lot in the colder seasons when thicker socks will be necessary. Absolutely love my pair!

Good looking, good quality, good fit - I've been a huge Frye Harness boot fan but didn't want to pay their exorbitant prices for a pair of black ones (plus I didn't like the antique look). So, I decided to check out Durango and find the price/value ratio much better. The boots also fit me better than the Frye because they are a bit narrower and run about a 1/2 size smaller. I wear them for motorcycling and weekend wear. They lack arch support for any distance walking. I love them.

Durango RD510 - This boot is fantastic. The leather is so soft I don't think I'll have a problem or any pain for that matter. I own Frye's boots and for some reason I could never break them in. On the other hand I put these on for a while and they were comfy. They are very cute and I recommend getting half a size bigger. I normally wear a 6 and took the suggestions from the other reviewers and ordered a 6 1/2 and they are perfect!
