perfect size and durability serve me as an everyday backpack

It's a great product I wish more of the pockets had the super soft fabric like the top one does.

It was good looking and very useful bag.

Plenty of space for laptop and necessary school supplies, however the front netting has ripped and now I will have to find something more reliable for long term use.

The back pack is great.

I haven't even used yet, but it looks spectacular.

This is a well made and big backpack. Only complaint is that it is a bit heavy.

I use the backpack everyday. I mainly use it for travel and to carry my everyday items. The backpack has plenty of space. It has a laptop compartment and a soft lined Swing compartment in the front for sunglasses / reading glasses. I much rather have the mesh lining for the water bottles on either side. Overall, the backpack is perfect for what I need it for

Most sturdy backpack ever very practical with many pockets!

I purchased a recon backpack on Feb. 2 to use as a daily commuter as well as some occasional hiking and biking. After 4 months of very light use, I realized the sternum strap had ripped (picture attached). TNF used to have great customer service so I reached out to get a replacement sternum strap. Customer service insisted that I send the whole backpack in for an "evaluation" to get it covered under warranty, instead of sending in the defective part only. This is my daily use backpack so it's not worth the hassle to empty everything out and get it shipped off for weeks for TNF to "evaluate". I'm not trying to start a fraudulent sternum strap side hustle here, I just want my gear to function properly. I'm very disappointed in TNF quality and customer service, and don't intend to buy their equipment in the future.

I absolutely love this backpack! The unique color really stands out, and it offers plenty of space for all my essentials. It's perfect for a weekend trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and roomy backpack!

It was a great backpack, however i like the older design of the front pouch that has a solid fabric piece in the middle rather than just all elastic mesh
