I had high hopes for these boots, and they are comfortable and in my limited use waterproof. However, after only a week of light use, one of the shoelace holder rivets came out of the leather. I will follow up with Timberland for warranty.

I bought these shoes for working in the yard during the wintertime. They are very comfortable and don't have mesh areas that would let cold air into the shoe.

too tight. The booots feel quite narrow for a wide, unfortunately.

Straight out of the box these boots are good to go. My foot size is 8.5 but I always order one size larger and these fit great at 9.5. . I wore them for 10 hours first day and no complaints. The width is normal size. I can’t advise on the arch support as I have supports special made for my shoes. Also they kept my feet warm in 10 degree weather (25 minute time frame). I would definitely buy these boots again.

The first pair I ordered felt comfortable and true to width (1.5 W), although they had nearly non-existent arch support so I had to put in my own orthotic. However, when I put them on the second time, one of the eyelets on the right boot popped out completely as I laced them up, rendering them useless. I exchanged them for an identical pair. The eyelets on the replacement pair are fine so far, but the upper outside portion of the left boot uncomfortably rubs on my ankle. So I give these boots 2 stars for workmanship, durability and comfort. I add a star only for the exemplary nature of Zappos customer service, who promptly handled the exchange.

This was my 3rd pair of these boots. I take size 10 shoes normally and ended up with a size 11 boot, having tried a 10.5 as well. Although the size was right, it was not comfortable to wear and so they are being swapped for a Skechers, which fit perfectly and to size.

Seems like the boot us made of quality material. At first when I put them on the cuff around my ankle seemed a little awkward and I thought it might rub while walking but once I had them on and got used to the feel of them, I blew snow for nearly 4 hours straight and never once had an uncomfortable feel anywhere on my foot. They also kept my feet nice and warm and dry :-) I am very happy with my choice! Thank You

When I received my shoes. They were a size 8.5. I order a size 11. Plus they ame without shoe strings as if I just got out the county jail.?

Felt nice and comfortable. Sizing was perfect. Used the snowblower and these kept me warm and were waterproof. Two shovels up.

Bought this for my fiancé as a birthday gift. He just put them on and said they were snug but would loosen up after some time. Also, no arch support

I ordered the same pair that I had for years. These were very tight. Can not wear. Will have to send back.

I like these boots. In fact, this is the 3rd pair I've bought. First, I like this style; good ankle support but not too high; medium weight. Second, I like leather in my boots. One of the nice things about leather is that as you wear them, they shape themselves to your feet to some extent which, for me, makes them fit better. I'm hard to fit because I have a steel plate in my right foot, so this is a big deal for me. Third, these are good all-around boots. I wear them most of the time in the winter and sometimes in the summer as well. I hike in them often in 1-3 inch snow and on fairly rough, hilly, mountain terrain. They have good traction and feel secure. They are also comfortable for 5-6 miles at least, which is about as far as I generally go these days. Fourth, these boots are as durable as you could reasonably expect them to be. I should mention on the down side that leather boots do not remain waterproof forever unless you rub on a coating of waterproofing wax once in a while, which is neither difficult nor expensive, nor very time consuming. Finally, in summary, I think these boots to be a great value. I've paid a lot more for some other boots and I didn't like them nearly as well.

Bought these for my son. He said they are very comfortable and warm. Kept feet warm and dry on a snowy, frigid day. Very nice looking boots. Can be dressed up or down

I wear a 10.5 W. This did not feel like a wide. Nice looking boots and I wished so much they would fit. Unfortunately, not very wide.

I have worked in the automotive repair industry for 20 years and these boots are the first ones that are so good I won't buy anything else again. My feet are narrow so boots that fit are rare. These fit my feet perfectly. They are waterproof even 9 hard months into wearing them 45 hours a week. The laces hold up like no other, sure red wing offers lifetime warranty on laces but these don't need a warranty, the laces will out last the soles. Not too hot in the summer not too cold in the winter. Buy these boots!

Awesome boot.Very nice fit and received them in 3 days.Very pleased overall.

Fit felt true to size and width is great. Replaced the insole easily with Happy Feet and now is much better. Provided insole is not very good.
