The insole that comes with the shoe is extremely thin. When I inserted my ortho inserts (which was difficult) I couldn't get my foot in the shoe. I wear a size 10 in my other Timberland shoes and boots, without my ortho inserts the shoes were still too short, the width was okay. Definitely size up and if you use ortho inserts size up a full size.

I can't really speak for the arch support as I have really high arch,however they do not feel flat.

Just what the hubby wanted and comfortable even brand new. Fit is true to size.

Shoe was not in the original package, product seems to be used. Not satisfied with the overall look. Scratches dirt and worn signs.

Width was a little to small, but tolerable. My shoe was a 'D' width. My next order will be one size up from 'D'.

Awesome boots!

Loved the look and they appeared to be good quality for price, however I felt a very uncomfortable, raised line in the sole between the heel cup and the forward arch area making them quite uncomfortable. I tried them out in walking around the house, so that if needed they could be returned in new/saleable condition. Really wanted to keep them but they just didn't work for my feet.

Good-looking boot. But the shoe was too tight around the outer lower toe areas. I even tried the EE size (I usually take a medium) but that did not ease the tightness.

The boots are light weight, stylish and very comfortable, exceeding my expectation. They are a bit on the narrow side. I ordered half size up and they fit perfectly.

Grandson is 14 and walks to school . They hold up well in rain, sleet, cold, etc. plus they are warm.

Well built boot and warm. I'd wish they were a little wider but I'm hoping they stretch a small amount.
