Love 'em, just love 'em. Brings me back to my good ole school days. These were the shoes to have. They are still just as comfy as I remember. Maybe they will catch on again. They are a good early day shoe to wear for fun times.

Love these. They are super cute. The leather needs a little time to break in, but no blisters yet! Glad I bought these.

Perfect fit! I have a wide 8.5 size feet and this size 9 medium are perfect. The front are a little wider than a typical medium size. The high quality soft leather are very classy, goes very well with khakis (slacks, cargo pants or shorts). The classic, clean and simple style catch a lot of attention. I wish they have other colors in leather. I'm ready to order another pair before the stock run out. Thanks Zappos for your fast shipping.

Nice and comfortable design.

I could no longer wear my Converse All Stars (I now need a wider width and Converse doesn’t offer it) and chose these as a substitute. They’re okay. Could use more arch support, but mostly I wear these for the look.

Love the shoe and love the look. The leather is incredibly stiff and even after a year, it still pinches at my toes. I can’t walk far in them and basically treat them like a pair of heels: cute but not at all functional.

Very nice shoes, decent leather, comfortable. Only issue is the leather is stiff on the Achilles area right out the box. Hopefully it breaks in good, i was wearing thin socks at the time too.

I love the shoes, but unfortunately the shoes I received were not the same as the shoes advertised on display. The shoes in the displayed picture say "Converse" Jack Purcell on the rubber heel of each shoe. The shoes I was shipped don't carry the Converse branding on the heal, only the Jack Purcell signature.

I love the look of these shoes and that is the reason I am keeping them. However, they do tend to be raised higher than I expected in the back so it cuts into my ankle where I had to wear bandaids for a while. I ended up getting some insoles where it would raise my heel and it would make it ok now.

These shoes have really comfortable, cushy soles, unlike regular Converse shoes. The outer leather material is stiffer than it looks and tore my heel up something awful, but once they're worn in it's fine. I would recommend getting those sticker cushion things that you can put inside the heel to prevent sores until it the leather gets softer.

Awesome shoes. I have wide feet so I got leather so I can stretch them because I already knew these are narrow shoes. Problem solved. I had to get gel insoles to raise my heel a bit because the back of the shoe kind of digs in to your heel... Hey look super cute and I love them!

This shoe looks great and fits well. I have bought this 4 years ago, and it is still holding together well! The only complaint is that the siding of the sole tends to detach a little bit, and I have to use some super glue to hold them back together. This happened shortly after 1 year. i would say this shoe scores really high in style and versatility, but durability maybe 3/5!

These shoes are great, I love them. Typically, I am a women's 7, but these felt a half size small. For women, I would recommend ordering a half size up. I agree that the previous details are missing, but these still are great looking shoes. Love the leather too.

Awesome sneakers! Though the shoe is a just slightly narrow, the shoe is very comfortable. The fact that it is leather and allows your feet to breath is great. The arch support is just enough for casual wear and some light recreation. These look great with nice jeans. Can dress them up or down. Definitely my go to sneakers now. Just got my first pair and will definitely not be my last.

Just got them today, as usual super fast shipping. They are more comfortable than the traditional Converse (more cushioned & removable insole).

Great shoe. I bought my first pair to big, so my husband grabbed them and loves them. My next pair was perfect, and I love it. Neither one of us is willing to give up our pair, so we now have matching shoes! Only thing I wish they had was an excellent arch support.

Bought these for my fiance...took him back to the good ol days. He wears them with his slacks to abusiness meetings to show he\'s not a total stiff. They\'re leather so they\'re semi grown up and subtle enough to still stake your claim to your youth. Now they run big, but we knew that going in so be prepared to get yourself at least a half size down from your true size and this will work, unless of course you are already wearing your shoes too small, which many people do without realizing it.

I don't like the look of sneakers in general, but I make the exception for Converse. I have a few canvas pairs, but needed something that I could wear in potentially wet weather on a trip to Ireland. These fit the bill, because they don't have all the ugly-looking features of most athletic shoes, yet are very cushy inside, and comfortable to walk in. My only complaint is that the area over the toe has an ugly curve (I think it's a design feature) that makes the shoe bulkier. If the Converse All Star Leather ox had been available in my size, I would have chosen that; my daughter did, and they look absolutely classic.

They run about a half size big. They are very comfortable and super cute. I can stand all day in them and my feet never hurt!

These shoes feel slightly bigger than the canvas Jack Purcell shoes and are not as comfortable. The leather isn't that soft either. I would probably feel better with a half-size down.

Love these shoes. They look great and are unexpectedly comfortable. With that said, they do lack high-arch support. They seem to run a tad wider, possibly because it is unisex sizing. But none of these shortcomings have bothered me too much so far. I only walk around town with them. I don\'t intend to hike in them.\r\n

Converse jack purcell leather - I wanted something comfortable & cute at the same time & that will go w/ everyday casual wear. I had read a lot of positive comments about these pairs, so I gave it a shot & got them. Yes they are cute & easy to care for bc I got the leather version; however, I wish it had more arch support & more padding in front above the toes area. So I can wear them w/o socks during the summer.

A totally cute shoe but I should have heeded the reviews and got at least a half size smaller. If I had, I probably wouldn't have had the sense that they make my feet look really big (size 7). They are surprisingly comfortable unlike any other Converse shoe I have worn. Lots of toe room.
