These shoes are very comfortable right from the box. I have a narrow foot and ended up having to go down a half size but, as always, exchanging them was not a problem.

Found out too late - The first day was fine but as the days passed the boots got sloppy. Then it is too late to return for a smaller size. I ended up getting a pair from a local shoe store that sold my regular brand.

Very comfortable and lightweight. Wore them to work the very first day and had no problem with rubbing or blistering.

Great work boots - These boots are a tradition in our home. They are comfortable, come in different widths and with Zappos they are always on time and exactly what we ordered. We have been using Zappos for a while now and appreciate all they do for us. We can count on Zappos.

Comfy and BIG - Once again a great shoe by Timberland. Very comfortable, wide toe box, no break in required. Definitely order at least a half a size smaller. If you like Wellingtons then order your true size. Otherwise they are quite large. I like the wedge sole. I am a first timer. Really helps the back.

Great Shoe- I ordered these for my husband who has very wide feet. He is on his feet all day as he works in construction. He loves these shoes because they are sooo comfortable and especially because of the wedge heel which is better for his back. Thank you Zappos!

Comfort at Work - Have been wearing Timberlands for a few years - almost everyday. Had never tried this style, the "wedge sole", but found it to be so much more comfortable than the style with a "heel." The leather is soft and flexible right out of the box, too. I will have to get used to the new look, but I really like these work boots.

Comfortable Work Shoe - Great work shoe...big toe box...love the wedge sole...fell sure footed all day.. did add a PowerStep insert due to weak arches... Completely satisfied...

Better then Wolverine Boots - I bought these boots for my boyfriend (even though he didnt want to try a new brand). When he received them and tried them out, he loved them. He is definitely a Timberland customer.

The perfect work boot. These boots are wonderful. Felt broken in right out of the box. Light weight and super comfortable with just the right amount of ankle support. Zappo's is the only place to buy footware. Thanks again Zappo's.

I bought these boots to replace my 40 year old Santa Rosas. I'm confident that these will take me to the finish line.

Nice boot, very comfortable, but if you normally wear a 9 Wide, better go with an 8.5 as to me this boot felt a half size larger (lengthwise) than listed. I got the 8.5 and it's working for me.

Great looking boot. Comfortable, felt like is was already broke in. I would definitely recommend buying a half size smaller than you normally get.

Work boot - Very comfortable and nicely put together. As a female w/recent foot surgery comfort was very important. I did need to use something for arch support though. Very flat. Otherwise, nice boot.

New wearer - Order and wore a day. Way too big and slipped but so soft I'm ordering a full size smaller anyway. I like the softness of the leather and crepe sole. I'll try again.

Work boot - Only a week test. Felt bigger and slipped.

Good Choice - Husband loves the boot but his buddies made fun of them... called them geriatrics (lol he's 34). He says the insole could use more support but gives his recommendation.

Timberland PRO's Timberland PRO® 6-Eye Wedge Sole - I am very pleased with this boot. It feels durable, it's comfortable and it looks good.

These are not work boots, they are more of a city boot. I bought them because I didn't want to spend the money on Red Wings even though my last pair lasted for over a decade. I'm a DIY homeowner and these boots are destroyed by the equivalent of a couple of weeks of construction work over the past few years. Toes are torn, many cuts/tears in the leather and soles are separating. They'll be great for for a vanity boot but not for a work boot
