Excellent shoes - These shoes are what every other review says they are. They have enough space under steel toe to move toes around. Took me bout 2 days to break 'em in, now they are comfortable. I got these for work (airport), but I’ve worn these out in public as well for looks. I haven’t found any flaws in these kicks (other than not being able to slide on ice when I want to). Oh one more thing, they do a good job keeping your feet warm when the wind chill is -15 degrees out and dry when it rains. If you are lookin for work shoes (steel toes) that keep your feet warm/dry, are comfortable, have good grip, and look good at work and public then these are what you need/want.

Ordered 10 pairs of sandals. Once I saw this pair they went on immediately and I never took them off for 2 days. Went back and ordered the brown pair. Comfortable, stylish and well worth the money. Best fit of all the other 10.

Timberland Pro Pit boss - Really comfortable boot. Good traction on wet floors. Not too hot. After 12 hour days on my feet, I don't have any foot, ankle, knee or back aches with these.

Cute boot that actually fits my huge calves. I've never found a boot I could zip past my ankle. The heel is a comfortable height and the size is good. Unfortunately, they're going to get returned because of the bicycle toe. I didn't realize that meant they added an inch and a half to the length of my foot. I'm already self-conscious about my size 10 foot, I don't need to make it seem bigger! The search continues...

Great Shoes - Shoes fit and feel Great...I'm on my feet all day...on concrete. These fit well. Feel good and take the everyday running around. I would recommend these to anyone in a similar working situation...Great work shoes. Also Zappos service is unparalleled.

GREAT BOOT - Got a job with "Mr. Brown" and put these on for my first day of work and had no idea they were on. It was great, best boot and if I ever need new ones, these are the ones I would get.

Excellent Work Boot! I have a small shop and had worn out my previous pair of shoes. After reading the reviews of others I decided on the Timberlands. I have not been disappointed in the choice. Comfortable on the first day and definitely rugged these boots meet all my needs. Excellent choice and I will go with Timberland again.

The Boss Indeed - I've always loved a good work boot and I've always liked Timberlands. Finally the two have coincided. This is a steel-toe boot that is THE most comfortable work boot I've ever owned. Standing on concrete all day is nothing in these bad boys. Plus they look awesome. Buy em, now.

Perfect fit, from the first time I put them on - I bought these boots for my husband who needed them like today. The order came in the next day which was so convenient. The boots were perfect. These are great boots. From the first time I wore them they felt broken in. And as comfortable as they were the first time, they only got more so. They are tough and durable. These are the only boots I will buy.

Great Boot - I haven't worn steel toes in a long time because they were so heavy. This is a great boot! It isn't too heavy and it is a very comfortable fit. Perfect size.

Very comfortable – AFTER I went up 1/2 size. My foot is wide front, narrow heel so it often takes some fiddling around with all-day boots, both work and hiking. But these boots look like quality workmanship and materials.

Rough & Ready - This boot fits true to size and is very comfortable considering the rough desert terrain that I wear them in. The placement of the hook for the strings at the ankle is especially a nice feature that allows a snug fit, yet allowing for continued blood circulation. Shy of inserting orthotics, it's a perfectly comfortable and durable boot so far.

Great pair of work boots! I bought these boots for my fiancé because his feet were always burning and aching even after hours of not wearing his old boots. These boots he can leave on for hours after working and his feet are not burning or hurting anymore. He absolutely loves them. They were definitely worth the money.

Great Investment! A++ First thing I would like to thank Zappos.com for the fastest shipping I have ever seen. It was literally shipped on Monday morning and it came at my house Monday afternoon. I have been looking for a good pair of boots and I came across these. Some of the reviews made me re-think at first but I decided to buy them anyways. I work 10 hour shifts and after about the 2nd day they were already broken in. The more I wear them the more comfortable they get. If anybody thinks these boots are heavy then they shouldn't be wearing boots at all because these are pretty light weight. After buying the black ones I want to buy another pair just for outside of work activities due to its comfort and durability.

Work boots - Timberland puts out a quality boot and this pair is another one. I work in a food plant and I am on my feet all day and the boots feel good on my feet.

My boyfriend loves them! My boyfriend is a union plumber working on a very large project on the Las Vegas strip. He just got these boots and loves them! He is usually a 10.5D and that size fit perfectly right out of the box. He said there was no break-in time at all. After 1 day of work they were already filthy and looked like he had them for awhile, but that's the nature of the job! Overall, a great buy, especially for the price.

Excellent work boot - Felt like your old pair of jeans when you first put them on. Needed only minimum time for break-in. I've worn out my old Timberland hikers so with plans of doing a patio on the house; I thought steel toed boots might be safer handling the heavy stones and lumber. These boots look better when dirty!

Awesome - I'm on my feet a lot and these boots are extremely comfortable, especially considering they're steel-toed. They need to be broken in a bit to get some flexibility, but that's true with any boot, really.

Excellent - I wear these almost everyday... not for work, but they're one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever owned.

I use Timberland Pro boots for work. This boot is replacing a previous boot that is the same. They outlast Redwings and other boot my friends use by far. I went 3 pairs of laces and the only part that wore out was the pad around the ankle. I used them for 5 years. The new ones are not as comfortable, but I think they will be after they are broken in.

Best boots around, so comfortable! My feet are a little narrow, so I like that this shoe isn't too wide for me. I love these shoes, I'm in welding school and up on my feet for 6 hours a day doing metalwork and these boots are amazingly comfortable. I used to get pains in my feet from my old boots. I did a lot of lifting and moving also in these and they support your foot amazingly. Don't hesitate to get this boot, I'm so happy with mine!

The best work boots period! This is me second pair of the Pit Boss steel toe's. I am a Package Driver so my shoes go through a lot of wear and tear. I have tried all the brands including Red Wing. I have spent up to $175 on a pair of boots until I found these. The comfort of these boots is unreal. They do not feel like steel toes. They are heavy though but that goes for any steel toe boot. The craftsmanship is excellent. These boots are worth twice their price. For my line of work, I have to replace my boots every 6 months. Under non extreme work conditions, these boots will last much longer. The first thing that usually wears out on boots is the sole. Amazingly, the sole on these boots are so well made that my last pair's soles were intact. I highly recommend these Timberland's. You’re taking a recommendation from somebody who wears a BROWN uniform all day. I spend 12 hours a day running in and out, so I can attest to what comfort really is. As always, thank you Zappos!
