I have had 3 pairs of the Timberland Pro Pit Boss boots, and will buy more in the future. I work in Industrial Maintenance, and they hold up well, are very comfortable, and are the most reasonably priced for the quality. I get a year to 1-1/2 years out of a pair, then I bring them home for work duty around the house. Love 'em!

This boot has worked well for me from being on my feet for 10+ hours surveying to doing yard work. The area around the ankle can be a little stiff so thicker socks help a bit. An insert for additional padding helped a lot for longer days on my feet, but this shoe is far from hard on the feet compared to other boots I have tried before.

This is my second pair of these boots. The last pair lasted four years before the soles rotted and delaminated. In spite of that I bought another pair because they are so incredibly comfortable and supportive. They are also accurately sized for my feet. Purchasing from Zappos is always a pleasure. They offer a wide variety of products and stand by what they sell.

These are great boots. I wear these boots everyday and am on my feet 9 hours a day minimum, but I come home and my feet feel fine. And they are durable, they last about 2 years with that kind of use. This is my third pair and I'm certain in 2 more years I'll have a fourth.

Bought them over a year ago, they are excellent for the everyday outdoor construction environment! They are comfortable and breaking them in was easy (didn't take long). Steel toes are always a bit heavy, but that's how it is. The previous reviews convinced me to try them, and I didn't regret it. I own Timberland and KEEN hiking boots, so I already know both of them make great shoes. I'm still wearing them, but might need a new pair in a few months. You wont be disappointment with them. Happy feet = Happy customer.

My husband loves them! He had to get a half size smaller than his normal shoe. They are a little stiff and take some breaking in, but a great shoe.

Bought these to give my husband as Christmas gift - as he was in need of new boots for work. He works in a car garage and is basically on his feet all day. He has worn them for only a few weeks, but LOVES them!

I was a long time Doc Martens Steel Toe buyer until I ordered four pairs in a row and none fit quite right. I ordered these boots out of desperation and did not expect much. Three months later I can happily tell you that these boots are absolutely amazing and the best steel toes out there. They are very light and you would never know that they had a steel toe when wearing them. They are highly recommended!

I have had 3 pairs of these over 15 years. I do a lot of manual labor in greenhouses and in construction and these boots are the best I have ever worn. They last me about 4 years per pair and they hold up very well. They're also really comfortable!

Ordered these boots through the Web. The sizing chart was right on. Received the boots and fit was perfect. Will definitely order shoes/boots from Zappos in the future.

Bought these for my son since he's in construction. Had been wearing his old Tim's for since he was in 6th Grade (he's 27 now). Loves these. He said they are very light and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I tried these and the Wolverine. Wolverine was a little better made but these fit me. Overall good boots -- no complaints. Would buy again.

We have tried them all and always come back to this boot. My husband has bad feet and finds these shoes to be the most comfortable as they are roomy, cushiony and even with the steel toe, they are very lightweight and study. Highly recommend.

What a work boot! I have been wearing work boots for 30+ years and they are the best. The minute I slipped them on I could feel the comfort. They are replacing a pair of Dr. Martens Work Ironbridge boots that I wore for two weeks and returned to Zappos! (Thank you Zappos.) They were a poor fit and felt like Herman Munster shoes - just rock hard and no support. Will these boots last 12 hour days in car dealership? I do not know yet but for comfort and support, yes.

I was seeking a boot that's waterproof and has a steel toe. This is for moderate use in the Pacific Northwest and its rainy winters. This boot looks better than expected. It also has a stiff sole and excellent arch support, so it provides motion control too. That was more than I expected and is very welcome because I have flat feet and wear orthotics. I may well use them for hiking, not just work in the yard and shop.

These are sturdy boots - that I use for farm work - with moderate comfort. Overall, I am a big fan, but I would prefer lace eyelets to hooks at the top. I really like the warm, soft feeling of the liner, and haven't found it too hot even in July. The EE width is true to size, even with the added steel toe.

Purchased for my son. He loves them and says this model is more comfortable than his other Timberland's that don't have a steel toe. Surprising.

Just received these boots yesterday. Slipped them on to try fit, excellent! These boots provide great support and are very comfortable, I haven't even broken them in yet. These are my second pair of Timberland boots, and I would recommend this brand and this boot for anyone. My first pair were your typical 6" Steel toe. Lasted me 3 years before they started talking. I have no doubt the new pair will last just as long. And with little to no break in period these boots are boss!

First thing I would have to say is wow, these Tims rock! I ordered these boots for my work, I do concrete and demolition and these boots really hold up great! This is my first pair of Tim boots and I am very happy with the overall quality and durability of these babies. I was a bit skeptical at first purchasing these boots because I didn't think they would fit my feet well, I take a size 15. I am happy to say that these boots fit very well and feel very comfortable on my feet especially over long periods of time 10 hours plus. If you're looking for a comfortable fitting and durable work boot that will last you years to come and you are on a budget like me look no further. Overall these Timberland pro 6" pit boss steel toe boots are awesome, you get what you pay for.

Incredible service. They must have someone waiting for each individual order to make sure it gets out immediately! I have never ordered from an online vendor and received faster better service. Zappos is the place to go for great prices and great customer service.
