My daughter loved these slippers. She said they were very comfortable and did hurt her feet like the other brand we bought at a chain store. Make sure you buy them a size bigger. My daughter usually wears 10.5 to 11, we bought the 12\'s and they worked perfectly.

I ordered these for my three year old who takes ballet classes. I love that these came in narrow width! There are almost no children's shoes that come in narrow so I was surprised that the youth ballet slippers did. These are a soft, supple, pretty pink leather. Keep in mind that ballet slippers stretch when warm so they should fit snug. My only complaint is that they tie with elastic cord, not string - and the elastic cord does not stay tied. It is also very long, so consider trimming it. Unlike adult ballet shoes these come with the elastic strap already sewn on.

Great ballet shoes. This is my second pair. I bought them for my almost 4 year old daughter. She loves them, they are very comfortable and the price is great.

My 3 year old daughter loved these ballet slippers. She normally wears an 8.5W so I got the 9.5 W (as other reviews recommended). They fit perfect and look so cute!

My daughter has to wear slipper type shoes to school, and these are really comfortable for her.

Very cute. My daughter loved the flowers. True to size but they tighten up pretty good when string is tied. So I went a little big to get more use out of them.

These are fantastic-we come back to them again and again. The quality is great and fit seems to be on target, though my daughter has narrow feet so they may be a bit on the narrow side. My girls love the flower detail on the inside.

I got this ballet shoe for my 2 1/2 year old for her first dancing class. She loves to wear them and dances around the house. She has no problem with the ties. She seems very comfortable in them. These shoes don't come with a care instruction so I don't really know the correct to clean it. I guess I just spot clean with a wet cloth.They are less expensive in the stores. However as I am not close to the store I know, I just ordered it on Zappos.

I bought thse Capezio Ballet shoes for my grand daughter who is 4 and she loved them. They fit perfect and were comfortable on her feet.

These are great little ballet shoes for my six-year-old daughter. True to size and nice quality. The band across the foot is wider than I\'d seen, but it\'s nice and comfortable. As always, Zappos had these on our doorstep in about five minutes!

My daughter loves these little ballet shoes. I ordered a size up and they're definitely roomy with space to grow. The drawstring tie makes them adjustable and she's able to wear them fine. They're very cute with the sweet patterned lining.

These shoes are perfect. My daughter (age 4) just started beginning ballet and these were just great for her beginning level class. They are very soft and stay on her feet just great. We bought them in pink and a 1/2 size big and they still work great and have room to grow. The bow on the front can be tied more tightly to keep them on. She is very happy with them but the most exciting part was having them delivered!

I believe it has been over a year since we ordered these shoes. They have been through two dance seasons and two children and many trips to church. What can I say? A Capezio at a good price is always a bargain.

Delighted Granddaughter - I went to NM to visit my Granddaughter and took her ballet slippers along. Of all the things I took along her little shoes were her favorite. Just like mine when I was her age.

A lovely dancing shoe! Bought these in white for my 5 year old son who is just starting dance classes. Black and pink dance shoes are all we can find around here, and my son hates black, so what to do? Go to trusty Zappos, of course. I was pleased to see the Capezio shoe offered - the brand I grew up dancing in. Thanks to the other reviews that advised getting one size bigger than usual, I ordered a size up, too. The shoe fits well with a little bit of room to grow, but with the help of the draw string adjustment is snug enough to do well on the dance floor. Happy customers, yet again! Thanks Zappos! With Zappos' return policy, you can't really go wrong. Nice when it works the first time, though.

A+ ballet slipper - Thank goodness for Zappos! I couldn't find a ballet slipper in my daughter's size anywhere. Ordered these and they came next day - just in time for her first class.

Talk to a dance pro before ordering! The shoe is perfect as Capezio shoes always are. However, I would size the shoe with a dance pro before you order, as a ballet shoe should fit snug and never loose. Therefore, you should order at least a 1/2 size smaller than your regular shoe size. However, when you're dealing with a child who is just starting ballet as a fun activity, it doesn't really matter if there is a little room. They can simply grow into it.

These are darling first ballet slippers. It took me back to my first days in ballet (oh so many years ago!) and was a very special moment presenting them to my 3 year old for her first class. She loved them so much she wore them all day, even slept in them! These are shoes we will keep forever in her memory box. She usually wears a 7 and I ordered an 8 (on advice of other reviewers) and they just fit.

Perfect for a three year old - The ballet shoes, that are basically slippers, were fine for a 2 year old but these really make my 3 year old feel official.
