These shoes were purchased for my 3 year old to use for play and ballet class once a week. They look and fit great, but the elastic band across the top came apart within a day of getting them. I have re-sewn both of them and the shoes are getting a regular workout, with a thumbs up from my daughter.

Not "street size" - I ordered an 8.5 and a 10.5 for my daughters (soon to be flower girls) who wear sizes 8 and 10 respectively. Much to my surprise, I couldn't even squeeze either girl into the slippers. While both girls have wide (but not crazy-wide) feet, I think it is more the length of the shoe than the width. My advice: order at least 1.5 sizes larger. Other than not fitting, they looked great.

These slippers were ok. They ended up cutting into my daughters’ heal and giving her a blister. So we will be sending them Back.

Items came to me used in a plastic bag. You could tell they were worn on the bottom. Kept them because I needed them for my daughter

They run small. I got a 6 1/2 because my baby wears a 6 and it was still too small. They are cute though so I will order another pair 2 sizes up. Shipping was fast! That is a plus, hopeful the shoe that fits will be here before ballet class.

These slippers are so small. My daughter wears a 6 so I got a 7 and she could barely jam her little feet into these. Order way bigger or maybe just find a different brand that is more true to size.

They're a cute little slipper, however I should have listened to the reviews that said to order a size up. My daughter has tiny feet and is 8.5. I ordered 8.5 and can't even get her foot into the slipper! I am returning them and buying them somewhere where she can try them in the store.

They looked cute and sturdy, but the sizing was way off. My daughter has barely outgrown a size 6 in regular shoes, so I ordered the size 7. It was a good half inch shorter than her size 6 regular shoes. I will re-order in an 8 and 9. Another reviewer suggested buying two sizes larger. Maybe this is normal for ballet slippers? I didn't get the memo on that. It's a good thing Zappos is so easy to work with on returns!

Are dance shoes supposed to be about 3 sizes smaller than your child's "normal" size? She wears a size 6 toddler and these look like 2-3 sizes too small. Super cute, but not even close to the size she actually is.

These run HUGE. My daughter is a size 12 in a shoe, I ordered a size and 1/2 larger.... you are supposed to order 2 sizes above and they were gigantic on her. The quality is amazing but 2 stars bc I have to return them and now take her to the store to get fitted... which is annoying.

After reading the reviews I purchsed a 12M for my granddaughter who wears 11 in boots and shoes. The length was great but the shoe was too wide. I replaced with a 12N and had the same problem. Not sure what to do since the ballet school fit the children perfectly last year. Will need to find the shoe manufacturer they use.

This is my first time ordering the capezio brand. They are huge and wide. I throughout the packaging so I was unable to return them. Gave them to a friend with an older daughter with bigger feet.
