Now, I got a new pair of the same model and they're feel a different size. One its tighter then the other. I had sent an email asking for a return label and not response jet

Ordered it on 9/16/2020, was told it won't be delivered until 10/22/2020. So I'm still waiting. Might consider some other brand with shorter backlog.

Not for me

This is my second pair, first was great I still wear it. My recent purchase is poor quality, one sandal is bigger than other, tighter, unfortunately I got rid of the receipt, box etc, so I am not able to return it even I will not be able to use this sandals. Waisted money .

Unfortunately these Olowahu sandals were not the same as my previous ones. I ordered two different colors and neither pair fit. They were smaller and so tight I couldn't get them on my feet and I have very narrow feet. I am wondering if they switched to cheaper manufacturing or something. Even the label is different. Too bad :(

I have bought many size 9 Olowahu sandals - they have always been my favorite shoes and I usually get a new pair every year since I wear them constantly and wear them out. Every single time I have ordered a size 9, so I did it again with my latest order. Much to my surprise, my new size 9 sandals are at least 1/4" shorter than usual and my heel hangs off the end. The straps are also tighter; wearable but not as comfy. And it's not that my feet have grown, I still have my last pair of sandals to compare to. WHY would you do this, Teva?! I'm very disappointed that I have to return my shoes, and now I don't trust the sizing any more so I'm hesitant to order a replacement.

Bring back the old style, they are more comfortable than these newer styles.

I have had 3 pair of Tevas just like these that fit great. Neither of these fit good. My little toe comes out of the strap on both pair. I would love to send them back for a Refund!

These Teva sandals do not fit like the pairs of Teva's that I have purchased in prior years. They are too flat. Straps are too short. Not like the original mush teva sandals.

I have a few pairs that I bought a few years back and I loved them, Not sure I would buy again since the quality is not the same. I thought when I order from this website that I was getting the old style but guess not. Teva, you need to update your picture on the black flip flops. What is pictured is not what is received.

I've been getting Teva for many years and this time they just seem cheaper. The same size I've been wearing for years now hurts to wear and it just seems overall lower quality. Returned.

When I bought this, I didn't realize it had the toe piece. I did try it, but it hurt my toes, so there was no need to keep. Otherwise, this would have been a great shoe for the pool

I am devastated!!!! I have been wearing this flip flop for YEARS. Every year I buy new ones because I love them so much. The new ones are impossible for me to wear. Just picking them up the materials feel awful and on my feet they are impossible and 9I cannot wear them. They literally hurt my feet. They now have an arch and the straps are weird. I couldn't even return them because I tossed the packaging assuming they were my beloved flip flops . Please R&D please please please return to the old style.

the straps on the side dig into my arch. If you have super narrow feet, I'm sure they're fine. But they're actually painful for me.

Horrible fitting

I have bought teva products for many years , if this is the quality of their products for the future I will not be buying from this company again , sorry !

My first pair of Tevas I loved, loved loved!! Wore them for years until tread was worn off and they finally broke. I have ordered 3 pairs since, first ones were the Teva "Mush" just liked my first pair and they are NOT the same. Tried two other styles, these I gave to a friend who has narrow feet as I could hardly get them on. I kept the other two in hopes they would form to my foot. So far, no such luck, the arch seems too high and just not comfortable like my first pair. Something changed and I am very disappointed.

I don't think I will be able to wear these. The straps are so loose, and I bought the same size as I did a couple years ago. The foot pads still match up perfectly, but the straps are so much longer and that causes the foot pad to drop too far, nearly making me trip when I walk.

Sandals are so uncomfortable that I can't wear them. Hard to put on then they rub in multiple spots.

I have an older version of these flip flops that I still love but are getting worn, so I wanted to replace them. The old version has about 1.5 thick heel and angles down to about an inch in the front. This new wedge is higher in the back and pretty thin in comparison in the front. So its either how the thong is made and/or the angle that cause a decent level 9f pain in 5-10 minutes of wearing them. They are nice otherwise. I will be returning these, however.

Too tight. Length is right but straps don't allow foot to slide in.

Hate them! Don't fit right, poor Quality.... nothing like my old Tevas.... not worth the money
