This shoe doesn't hold a candle to the Teva's I've owned in the past. Flimsy, cheap, doesn't make my foot feel cradled like the old ones. The logo was a big giveaway. They used to be screened on and now it's just a cheap shadow of it's former self. Please make these the way you used to. The shape is even screwey. It used to meld to my foot after while.

Good looking flip flop..... but I was NOT prepared to have all the top straps rubber bands/bungee cord/ stretchy 'material'. You cannot tell by the photo that the straps on top are these 'stretchy things'. All the 'straps' cut into your feet and I have a normal width foot. Not secure and not safe to wear. Too bad... because I love the look of them.

I couldn't tell in the picture that they weren't slides. I don't want them to have a strap between or around my toes!

I'm a solid size 7 and couldn't squeeze my feet int the sandals. The straps were too tight

I was hoping to wear these to an outdoor wedding but the straps feel too thin and tight across the toes. Typically I wear a wider shoe so that may have been that problem

One of the straps broke my first week of wearing them. I've never had this problem before!

I think they are defective

I've worn this style of flip flops for 20 years (buy a new pair every other year) and the last 2 times I've bought them, they're straight up uncomfortable. The stitching between the toes is consistently scratchy and hurts too much. The first time, I sucked it up and "broke them in" but it took too long and I said never again.

Very scratchy, uncomfortable material. Divider between the two toes "dug" into the middle of my toes as soon as I tried them on. Maybe for someone else it wouldn't hurt so much - my feet are sensitive. I purchased on sale at a reduced price with a second pair in another style from the Teva web. With that in mind not worth the trouble to return. Kept the other style and donated this pair to charity.

The shoes are to wide and didn't fit

I was really excited to try these but the shoe fits only my right foot and is too tight on my left where the straps are. I can't get my foot to slide entirely into the straps without force. I've never had this issue with any other shoe/sandal. While I can wear them I need to constantly readjust and don't feel I could wear them all day. I was hoping after wearing them a little bit the left would stretch out and fit fine but haven't had luck. Will probably have to return.

I have worn this style sandals for years and have always had a great fit. This year I ordered the Antiguous Red Plum color and the straps are extremely long and I am unable to safely wear the sandals because i slip out of the sandals. I mentioned this to a friend who also wears this style and she had the exact same problem with this particular color. It seems like quality control is having an issue. I will exchange for another color and hope for the best.

cheap, not usual Teva quality

This is my second pair of identical shoes. Your standards have gone down. They are uncomfortable and the straps twist when I try to put them on. Twice they have cut my feet between my toes while simply walking in them.

I have had a pair of Tevas for about 20 years and still love them. Ordered the same brand and had to return them. These felt stiff and uncomfortable.

Not any adjustment.

These are not comfortable. They are cute. The teva flip flops of the past were so comfortable it is such a shame that they changed the design and material for the soul. I was hoping as I wore them that they would become broken In and be more comfortable. So far, no improvement. Second pair with the new soul have tried. Very disappointed.

The ones I ordered (black on black) were supposed to come with a white "Teva" logo as advertised & they showed up with a yellow one. I ordered a size 10 & they fit more like an 8.5.

I have several pairs of these thongs that I've bought every year. The quality changed on the new version. The straps are no longer snug and they are made of thin material. I had to return them and will seek a different brand.

I've bought these sandals/flip flops for years. With this pair you can't get your foot in the right sandal. You can clearly see there is a difference in the length vs the left to the right. I had someone else try them on and they have the same issue. I measured it as well. Not sure why they aren't even close. Bought 2 pairs the black sandals fit.

I usually love these sandals. This is my forth pair! They must have changed how they make them, they aren't comfortable at all and the straps on the left sandal seem to be crooked and dig into your foot.

Quality is not as good as in years past. Won't reorder them!

Unfortunately I had to exchange these for another style, the straps across the toes are very tight.

The shoe is "ok." Nothing special. It will suffice. The customer service is the most unaccommodating, inflexible and officious I have ever dealt with. No reason to buy from this company again. Too many other pleasant options out there that actually want and appreciate my business.
