The soles are cheaper and the straps are too big

I have this shoe in the same size but another color and I love them. But these didn't fit at all. They were irregular. The straps were so tight that it was impossible to fit the foot into the shoe. It's a shame because they are so cute and I would buy them if I could get a pair without the defect.

I returned the sandles they are not the same as the ones I bought in the past. Bring back your old design. The straps are too tight and heel is smaller.

I bought these on clearance and was so disappointed. They are just a basic pair of flip-flops like you would purchase at any big box store. Flimsy. Little arch support. Waste of money, even at clearance price.

All I can say is the foot bed feels nice, however the straps are incredibly loose. I bought 2 pair and straps on both aren't consistent. Both very loose, the black pair, slightly bit less loose. There would be no way I'd wear these in public sadly, but I wear them to take my dog out to the yard. I desperately needed a a pair because my new puppy destroyed my other Teva Olowahus I had since 2007. They looked loved for sure but still managed to stay on my feet. Several years agoI tried to purchase another pair and had to return because the straps were extremely tight. So, I would say Teva please pay attention to quality. You had a great product once, bring it back.

I wanted this style so much, but they were too wide, and no way to adjust. The longest strap over the top of my foot was loose on me. Had to return them.

These run big. The sole is thick and stiff. The straps are to floppy, so you can't just slide your foot in. The old style is way more comfortable way more cute... I really wanted another like my old Teva sandals/flip-flops. Disappointed.

I ordered a whole size bigger than my shoe size and these shoes are so tight! I was leaving for vacation when they arrived so I wore them and suffered. So disappointed.

I've been buying these for years and can no longer wear them. My feet are very narrow(double A) and I can no longer get my foot in a size 8 which is what I've been wearing for years in this style . I had to return them. Way too narrow . Very disappointed

I bought these and needed a bigger size...when getting a bigger size i tried on just 1 and it fit so I figured all was good. And then when I went to wear them the other flip flop was sewn w the strap stuck down making it so they could not fit a foot. I want to exchange it says I cannot. Please help.

I have worn these flip flops for years and it was time for a new pair. I ordered the same size of 7 and the width of the strap area is much smaller than my old ones. I'm very disappointed.

I've been wearing the teva mush mandalyn wedge sandals since 2009. I have many pairs. They were my favorite shoes and I wore them well into colder weather. I wore them until they fell apart. My most recent purchase of these is unwearable. They are so narrow that I can't get them on my feet. I get that our feet change over time, except that all my other shoes fit fine. I am very disappointed.

The shoes didn't have stretchable straps that would give some room. Not a shoe I would recommend if your wide footed. I was ordering shoes to take on a vacation and ended up having to give them to my daughter instead, was a little dissapointing and not being able to enjoy wearing shoes.

I used to love these flip flops, but every year the straps feel tighter and tighter. I had to return my pair this year because I couldn't walk with these. Wish they would return to older design with more room!

I have a pair that I love but are worn out. I received these and wore them for less than 12 hours and the soles were flaking off.

I had an old pair of these (10+ years I think) that I'd worn into the ground and was so happy to see they were still sold! Sadly, something about the angle of the straps is different and I got horrible welts from just one day of wearing them. RIP :(

The big toe felt caged and it was difficult for me to walk.

I've been wearing these for at least 8 years, buying a new pair every 2-3 and Wow! This newest pair was so tight I could barely get my foot into it So disappointing because I adored all 3 of my other pairs Why did you change a winning pair of shoes into something unwearable?

I bought a pair of these years ago from DSW. They were my favorite casual shoes ever. Extremely comfortable and like walking on a cloud, lightweight, plus gave me an inch and a half or two of height which I need. When I found them online I bought two pairs to get a 20% discount only to find out that they must've changed it severely, because these are much tighter, not as comfortable, and give me blisters.

I am a true 6.5 and I ordered a size 6. The length of the shoe was correct (as I followed their sizing chart), but the straps were SO TIGHT! I have quite thin feet and I couldn't even get my foot into the straps past my toes. I am not sure who these shoes were made for
