I got this slippers in baby pink, wore them a few times and the heel has absolutely no fur left. Wore them maybe...10 times around the house. What a waste of money!

I have owned a number of pairs of UGG coquettes over the last few years. The last 2 (1 of them being a replacement for a defective pair) did not meet the same quality standards I expect and have come to know wearing many pairs of Uggs. The sheepskin fur on on the feet - especially at the heel and toe area - wears away within 2 months!! This is unacceptable for the price. My first pair of UGG coquettes from years ago are still in better shape than the replacement pair I received in May 2012. What has happened to the quality? How can you RAISE the price and still not be making a quality slipper? I am very disappointed. We have owned several pairs of UGGS in our home. Children and adults. I have also given these slippers to all of my extended family as gifts. I have never had a problem like this. I do hope that he quality assurance team addresses this issue. I see a number of reviews with people having the same problem. Please make them like you used to!

I have purchased many pairs of Ugg Coquettes over the last few years. The last 2 were in my opinion of much lower quality. For Christmas 2011 I received a pair of Uggs that fit great. They did not feel quite as soft and cushy on my feet as my other pairs, but I still loved them. I do wear them every day around the house. But a couple of months after I got them the heel fur started to come off. This has never happened before. Zappos did replace them free of charge in May. However, now again, 3 months later, it is happening again. This time I am sending them to Ugg directly to claim a defective pair. I see they have raised the price! The earlier price was already very pricey, but given that I loved them and wore them every day, I paid it. The newer versions are not a cushy, wear off in the foot area and especially in the heel and just are not worth the money. I do hope Ugg will at least replace them for me and I do hope if people keep speaking up they will start making the quality Uggs that we all love.

I received these slippers in black for Christmas and when they dyed my feet black, I thought it would stop over time. It is now 6 months later and they are still dyeing my feet so dark I can't get them completely cleaned with a scrub brush. It is finally warm enough for open toe shoes and I have to stop wearing my slippers. Customer service said to wipe them with a damp cloth before and after wearing them but if after wearing them wet (really?) they still stain, apparently they cannot be exchanged for a color that doesn't.

We have had 2 pair defective Black Coquettes. 1st in Jan. 2012, and 2nd the replacement pair in Mar. 2012 that was provided by UGG Customer Service. Both pairs strongly transferred black dye to my wifes feet. The 2nd pair ALSO lost big tufts of wool from their soles in the first month. I have sent those back too for replacement with the Sand color.

Have had for 3 months. After first month, fur started coming off at heel of one. Not satisfied with this with the cost paid.

These start out amazingly comfortable but this is very short-lived. My slippers are barely over 2 months old and are already worn out inside. My toes and heals have no fur under them and fur on the top of my feet (stil inside the slipper) is falling out. The soles are still in perfect shape which goes to show that I have treated them appropriately. They now fall off due to the thinning of the fur. Cheaper retail stores carry similar looking slippers and it seems that theirs are of better quality since they last so much longer. I was so excited to get these but I am so disappointed now;-(

I had these slippers less than a year and the sheepskin was wearing away on the sole! Customer service told me to send them back as this should not have happened. Warranty Department said it was due to normal wear and tear, that they were not defective. I only wear them at home during the cold months. Poor quality and warranty! I have many pairs of Ugg shoes and boots, and I love them! But, I will NEVER buy another pair of Ugg slippers again!

I have bought this slipper in the neutral colors and is my all time favorite. I thought I would try the black. The dye inside the slipper turned my feet black. Ruined my pedicure. I hope this wears off.

This was a gift but the person didn't like the style. Will be returning it for an exchange. Overall UGG's are the best.

The dye comes off very badly. I wear these with bare feet and when I've had them on for a couple of hours, my feet are black!! Returning these.

I have had these for 2 weeks now and the fur lining on the inside has already come off in places. These shoes are very hard and not very comfortable to wear for a long period of time. They are sized very big so get a size smaller than what you usually wear.

My first pair of UGGS I ordered in my regular size because 4 yrs ago I didn't know you were supposed to order them a size smaller. BUT they fit me perfect anyway. So, this time I ordered my regular size again only they were huge on my foot! Why would they fit perfect 4 yrs ago and not now? So I had to exchange them. I returned them so fast i didn't get a chance to look them over. When the replacement arrived I was feeling them inside and out and generally admiring the look of the bomber suede only it felt strange. It also felt like material was glued to the shearling because it was so thin, like fabric. The odor was not that of leather or suede, but rather like a chemical smell that you find on new fabrics sometimes. It these are real suede, you'd never know it. Not happy.

Received these for Valentine's Day last year. They were so comfy and then in about 4 months the shearling starting coming off...by 6 months the only shearling left was at the middle of the sole. Heels and toes were bald. By the time I realized that there might have been a guarantee I had had them more than a year. oh well.

Was off to a great start with these Uggs...but after three months of wear, the shearling on the entire heel completely wore off. It was my understanding that "a little shedding will occur", but the entire heel shedding was a disappointment for the price of these slippers.

I bought a pair on Boxing Day, fur underneath the heel on both slippers were bald after two weeks, and under the toes by one month. They are quite icky to wear now. Cost per wear: [$] then thrown away.

I love the style but the padding on the bottom wears out so quickly. Worse, you can't use the inserts to restore because they don't stay in with the back out of the slipper.

Usually I love Uggs; however, after wearing these around the house for awhile, they have developed the most annoying squeak. It's not a cute little squeak, it's really loud and it's from BOTH shoes. The shoes have never gotten wet or been abused in any way .... I just wish they'd done this immediately so I could have sent them back.

I first purchased these in a store and after two weeks I could already see the sole through the sheepskin. I contacted customer service and they sent a brand new pair (but it took weeks). I've had the new pair for three weeks and almost a third of the sheepskin is worn off now. Never had this problem with the Ugg boots and I've had those for years. The slippers are not worth the money since they'll only last one season (if even that).

I was very letdown with these slippers. Within a month's time wearing them, the shearling (underneath your foot) was matted down in areas, while lumpy in other areas. While comfortable during the first few weeks, they actually hurt my feet now when I wear them. Not worth [$] price and a trip to the Podiatrist.

I have contacted Uggs and no one has ever responded - the black dye comes off onto my feet, the shearling on the back of the slipper has worn off and the front (inside) has worn away and is lumpy. They are less than 1 year old and I don't wear them frequently!

very warm, great soles, and cute, I got them for xmas last winter of 09 and the whole inside where the toes are worn down in months. I didn't even where them a ton. Kinda expensive for one season, now I would have to wear a thick sock with them or it hurts my toes.
