I think these are a knock off! They are definitely not the quality of Ugg slippers. I ordered a size 8, but they are more like a size 9. I didn’t wear them right away, so I wore them for about 1 1/2 months. The padding is so thin, that there is no cushion, and so you feel the hard rubber sole. This is very disappointing, that Zappo would sell a product that is not genuinely from the true manufacture!! I will be calling about a refund because I paid full price and didn’t receive true Ugg made slippers

I've loved these slippers a long time, but the quality has changed. I ordered these less than a month ago, and the fur has already worn away in the heels. I would not buy these again. So disappointed.

I have worn Ugg slippers for many years. Recently I have tried different styles but have not been happy with them. The quality is not the same. I got these hoping they would be exactly like my last ones. I seriously can't even walk in them without them sliding off my feet. The green interior can not be a natural material. It is slippery and has already matted down. I wish I could return them. I am very disappointed.

I am very unhappy with my purchase. I've never purchased black Uggs before. I love to wear Uggs without socks. The first time I wore them they were ok, a bit tight. Then when I took them off, my feet and toenails were stained black! I will never buy black Uggs again. I'm so disappointed.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the slipper. I have been wearing UGG slippers for years and looked forward to getting a new pair every year for Christmas. I really liked the color, but it is no longer fluffy inside. The base was hard. They cost way too much for the lack of comfort. $128.70. I returned them.

The shoes were terrible. They looked used and ashy. I return them the next day after getting the shoes

This post is about the slippers, NOT about Ugg's customer service. I bought black Ugg slippers for myself, to replace 10 year old Ugg slippersliterally the exact same pair. The old ones (made in Australia) and the new ones (made in Vietnam) are night and day. I have about 10 pairs of Uggs, three different styles of slippers, TONS of boots. All have been awesome! This new pair of slippers seriously, frankly SUCK. I wore them for less than one week - and the inside sheerling is already 100% matted. They stained my feet black - from minimal wear, and it was super hard to wash off. The soles are almost a plastic feel (versus a more dense foam I'm used to). They're just horrible quality. I reached out to customer service, and they said I can return them for an exchange or refund. Sadly, I'll be opting refund. I'm so sad and so disappointed. I have loved Uggs for years - until this pair.

My old coquette slippers from about 5 years ago were worn out so I put a new pair on my Christmas list. I am highly disappointed on the quality and can already tell that these won't last me very long. For the price of this brand I definitely won't be purchasing again.

Very disappointed in these slippers. I have always bought these UGG slippers and now they seem to wear down in the heel. I should have listened to the other reviews. Not sure what Ugg did to change this but these are not the quality they used to be. The fur has worn down in less than 6 months.

They were cozy to start but the fur under both heels completely wore off in a short time. So now I am walking on hard cold plastic.

Falling apart at the toes ripping only have worn them in the fall and less than 2 falls and they are useless to me now . This shouldn't be happening' I had a pair of other uggs that lasted over 10 years and no problems' the workmanship and quality control has deteriorated and I will not advise people to but the ugh products' they did nothing for me.

There is something decidedly wrong with this pair of slippers. I have worn Uggs for years, the same size, but this one is really off. My heel keeps slipping off the side of the slipper like it is put together crooked.

The fur inside has already disappeared so it's hard and not comfortable and is only a few weeks old. Poorly made

I exchanged these shoes twice and the shoes are still messed up which I ended up returning. The fur is cut short around the front edge of the shoes which shows the white edge of the suede that is folded over. On a black shoe this is pretty obvious.

I'm so disappointed with these slippers! I'm a big Ugg fan and I've purchased so many boots, but that product just wore off after only a few months. All the puffy fur on the back is gone and I can see the rim of the slippers. Also the fur under my heel is gone so I can see the base. Happy to send you pictures. Unfortunately I bought the same pair, a size smaller for my daughter.

The slippers fit well and were never worn outside. But, after only a little over 2 months of wear, the lining in the toe area of both feet have a hole worn through which interferes with the comfort. After paying over a $100 for slippers, I expect them to last longer than 2 months.

Do not buy black color slippers. I got these as a gift for Christmas and I was so happy. I used to have the same slippers but different color and I was so satisfied. They last about a year of heavy wearing. The black colored slippers are horrible. I can't wear them, because they are coloring my feet black and the dye is hard to wash off. I had to use a rough sponge and pumice stone to make my feet look slightly better.

My first pair of (beige) Coquettes purchased over 5 years ago are in BETTER CONDITION than the new pair (black) I bought in winter 2021. The workmanship and quality UGG is currently producing is not worth purchasing! UGG states the COQUETTE offers a "STAY-DRY, TEMPERATURE CONTROL INTERIOR" additionally, the "17mm INSOLE" is GONE in less than a year, exposing a hard surface leaving your toes and heels to become COLD, DAMP, and exposing a HARD INSOLE, ultimately these are UNWEARABLE. My OLD pair is still in BETTER CONDITION , I wear them because the new pair DOES NOT provide any warmth and comfort. WASTE OF MONEY! Furthermore, the sheepskin on my old beige pair is clearly high quality. The new black pair (as seen in the photos) has THIN, CHEAP, and overall LOW QUALITY 'sheepskin' fur. The comparison is DAY AND NIGHT, hands-down UGG quality standards have plummeted and are not worth an investment.

We've been buying Uggs in my household for years and years, and as much as we've been loyal fans, we may have finally reached the end of our support for this company and it's products. The sad fact is that we've seen the decline in materials and workmanship to point where we've lost trust in the products and that's a sad thing. The footbeds are particularly problematic; no longer thick, lush and durable. They come apart with minimal use. Also, the fur on the latest pair of Coquette slippers sent to me seems to be of such low quality that i was wondering if it was even real fur anymore (definitely NOT the grade A shearling touted on the Ugg website.) It's actually uncomfortably scratchy and course against my foot. These are going straight back. Clearly this company is cheaping out these days and I am moving on on. Time to find other shoes.

Bought the coquette slippers in BLACK. I'm so disappointed spent money on them just for them to stain my feet and socks black. It's frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them in black.
