DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These are not the quality I remember whatsoever!! They are not sturdy, they are lopsided and floppy, the fur lining is so minimal not comfy, and thr stitching is not matching, the logo tag is way lower on the one side than the other shoe, I can't believe how bad the quality has gone down, such a bummer!! Would not buy again, even on clearance.

I am a long time UGG Slipper purchaser.I purchased the Black Coquette, and after each time I wore them I would need to wash my feet to get the black dye off of my skin. I stopped wearing them because the dye transfer persisted. I reached you to UGG warranty and their reply was to wipe the inside of the slipper with a wet towel to try and remove some of the dye, put Baby Powder on in insoles each time I wore them, or wear socks. This to me feels like a lot of work for a Brand new pair of slippers. UGG also advertises their products can be worn without slippers to conform to your foot. So ... Buyer Beware. You can get the dark colored UGGS, but the dye will stain your skin and you have to deal with it each and every time you wear your UGGS. Ands UGG does NOT consider this a issue.

I have been ordering these over the years, but for the first time, the quality has been lowered. Not sure if it's the sole or the build. Customer service is bad, and the loyalty program is now a farce. Sad state of affairs.

Im extremely unsatisfied with the quality that I used to buy for many many years and now it doesn’t feel like real Sterling it’s just polyester or acrylic quality in inside and outside. It’s not feeling of the way it feels like synthetic

Yes, I have been purchasing them for many many years. I was to my big surprise this year. I ordered them in different colors and everything got to me too big disappointment the quality it doesn’t feel like true real Shirling anymore. It’s even feels like acrylic polyester this particular model I ordered size 7 for my size 10 they outside. Sweet tend to get easier dirty than the previous quality for many years and a back part of slippers tend to slip to the side, which makes them uncomfortable to wear.

The quality of the UGG Coquette has diminished. While the look of the slipper is the same, the comfort is gone. The sole is different, making it uncomfortable to wear. Today's version is no longer manufactured like ones I previously owned (4 pairs). Unfortunately, I was disappointed and promptly returned them.

I've been buying this same exact slipper for the last 15 years. I started in high school. I just got a new pair for my birthday yesterday and am shocked at how uncomfortable these have gotten. The slippers are little more narrow and the soles of my feet were killing after an hour of wearing. I'm so confused. I compared my older ones vs. the new one and the soles of the shoes are definitely a different material & there is less fur lining. Anyways, super bummed. Returning. May try a size up but may not waste my time. I guess if I hadn't been buying this same model for so long, I'd never know the difference. Would have just thought it was an overpriced, uncomfortable slipper. FYI, I rarely leave negative reviews but feel UGG should own some accountability over the change in product & know how unwearable these really are.

Avoid these slippers. I bought them for my daughter and within four months of indoor wear, the lining has separated and Zappos won’t take any responsibility or provide any remedy for a defective product that they sold.

I only wear these shoes in the house. They have not held up at all. They are cute and very comfortable but paying 120.00 for some slippers that don't even last one season is ridiculous.

These ripped within one of week of just wearing them inside. Idk if I happened to get a bad pair or what. I've never had uggs do this before I'm so upset!!!

I am a lifelong customer and purchased these slippers. They fell apart in a few weeks and Ugg said I could return them for warranty (up to one year). I followed the instructions exactly and even though I included all of the information that showed they were purchased less than five months ago, Ugg mailed them back to me saying they were out of the one year warranty. Not only did they rip me off with the defective slippers, but they then wasted an additional $20 for me sending in the warranty and then falsely rejecting it, which people on line claim happens to them as well. Unacceptable way to treat a loyal customer.

My wife was very excited to receive the slippers until she noticed they had a stitching defect on the collar of one of the slippers where instead of there being the wool lining it had the seam exposed where the suede was seemed together. Paid $30 extra for expedited shipping and now had to return and wait for replacement.

Have to give this slipper in black a 1. These were a gift for me for Mother's day and didn't really wear them because of the weather. Starting wearing them in the Fall and my feet turn black everytime I wear them. Actually stain my toes and toenails black! I asked sales person at a retail store about it and they said there is nothing I can do. Contact customer service at UGG at no response. Highly recommend that you do not purchase black fur lined UGGs.

My daughter received these for her 15th birthday in late October, the inside of the slippers are already worn out. So disappointing. Attempting to do a claim but without the receipt I don't have high hopes.

On November 24, 2023, I purchased a pair of UGG Coquette Slippers as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the slippers failed to hold up. The suede separated entirely from the insole, causing the slipper to come apart completely. This wasn't an isolated issue, as the same thing happened to her friend's Coquette Slippers. Upon checking the original order date, I confirmed the slippers were still under UGG's one-year warranty. They were in pristine condition aside from the defect. Following UGG's online warranty process, I sent the slippers back, providing the purchase date, order number, and delivery details. However, UGG returned them, claiming they were out of warrantywhich was incorrect. Despite countering every excuse provided by the customer service representative (who even admitted I was being wronged), UGG refused to honor their warranty. This experience was deeply disappointing, as UGG was once known for its excellent quality and customer service, including a lifetime warranty in the past. This incident reflects a drastic decline in UGG's commitment to its customers, prioritizing denial of claims over maintaining trust and satisfaction. As a result, UGG has lost me as a lifetime customer.

Bought a pair for my gf 2 years ago and she absolutely loved them to death Ordered a new pair and the first thing we both noticed was the sole had changedusing a cheap "croc-like" material and there was absolutely no cushioning. Same price, with a drop in quality and comfort. No thanks.
