I am very pleased with my Uggs slipper and with the service I received from Zappos. I bought this slipper in Lilac about five years ago and loved it but due to constant wear I needed to replace it. My new pair will last another five years I am sure as they are made very well and are sturdy. They are very comfortable. I also appreciate the speedy delivery from Zappos.

They are a great looking slippers with a nice comfy feel on your foot. I feel they are a quality slipper; however, the fur on the heel of one of the slippers wore down after one winter season. I contacted Zappos and they replaced the slippers with a new pair. What retail store would do that? That's why I love buying my shoes from Zappos!

Bought 3 pairs of these for daughter and daughters-in-law. I ordered a size smaller, as instructed and they fit fine. Girls all love them; in fact, hardly took them off.

I save them for evenings and mornings before work and I wear my other Coquettes (Natural) during the day or even outside on errands, shopping and when we go to the movies. Since the Coquette runs somewhat large, I bought my husband a pair, size 11. They fit him perfectly, so now he no longer wants to wear my Coquette slippers. My only complaint is that the sole could be slightly softer, but it is great to have thicker sheepskin on the insole. Needless to say I highly recommend Ugg Coquette slippers and Zappos is the best, with great service.

This was a grab bag gift for Christmas and I was given specific instructions on the item. But where to purchase the item was elsewhere. I researched and found that Zappos was not only less expensive it also did not charge me shipping fee. I received the item in two days from my purchase. I can not tell you how happy I was with the service I received. Also my daughter could not have been happier with the gift! She loves these shoes and that is what counts! Thank you Zappos!

I ordered my first pair of Uggs, Sand Short Classics, late 2009 directly from Uggs in Australia, where they are made. I didn't know where else to purchase them. I wear them with and/or without socks (they do not absorb foot odor). I loved them so much (very comfortable) and then I found I could order Uggs from Zappos, which I did, Black Coquette slippers (thick rugged outer soles) that I wear outside the home with jeans. They are all that Uggs say they are, order one side smaller, worked for me. I will order Uggs from Zappos again. I plan on ordering slippers now from Zappos shortly to wear about the home; trying to make up my mind, which color. Zappos does fast shipping. Prices are competitive. Do not be fooled with other brands that look like Uggs. Uggs are made from the finest Merino wool. Uggs are high quality. I recommend Uggs to all!

The slippers are a great color of brown. My daughter absolutely loves them. She has had a pink pair in the past, but says they stained easily, and is now pleased to have the chocolate color!

I love the Ugg Coquette! This is my second pair of Coquette slippers. I had a light colored pair and after 3 years, you could really see the wear on them. I bought the chocolate color this time and love them! They fit nicely and are comfy warm.

I love these slippers! They are definitely worth the money. This is my fourth pair. I hate to toss my old ones and don't toss em until the inside heel is worn out. I typically go though a pair every two years. I wear them everywhere during the cold winter mornings. Yep, I even worn 'em to run errands! They're cute and comfy. I bought these slippers for my 19 year old daughter for Christmas. She loves them and has been wearing them out of the house like shoes. Both of my daughters wear Uggs and they say they are the most comfortable shoes and boots that they own. I did not hesitate to order another pair of Uggs because I know that they are quality footwear.I have ordered from Zappos before and, as in the past, my packages arrived quickly and were securely wrapped. Overall, my online shopping experience was both easy and convenient.

I received the same pair of slippers as a gift and was very pleased with them, enough to buy them as a gift this time for someone. She seemed very happy with my gift and I'm sure she will enjoy them as much as I have. They are very warm and great for our cold Idaho winters.

Excellent slippers. Super soft, comfortable and lightweight with a supportive sole. Perfect! I bought 1 size smaller than I normally wear and they fit great.

Uggs are the best! I bought slippers for both daughter in laws, both sons, husband and granddaughters received Ugg boots. They were all so happy; they wear nothing but Uggs for comfort, wear, looks and support. Zappos is the best place for purchase as they have the best guarantee and stand by their products. I bought these for my daughter for Christmas. I received them in the mail overnight! I tried them on for size. I fell in love with them and had my husband order me a pair for Christmas the very next day! We both love them! My daughter just said get order a size 10. She highly recommends them.

I bought a black pair for my daughter for an Xmas gift and brown pair for myself I have been wearing since November. They are so comfy and warm and work great indoors or out. The sole is very light. Despite the appearance it is not solid heavy rubber. I water treated ours so they could be worn outside, but I would not recommend wearing in wet weather or through snow. I have worn them out when the snow is cleared from the pavement and they are so soft and even in Iowa's 25 below wind chills, my feet stayed warm! My husband says they look very "slipperish", but I think they look fine with a pair of jeans. As is usual with Ugg sizing, my daughter and I usually wear a 7 to 7.5 shoe, but buy a size 6 in Uggs. Love these and would recommend them to anyone.

Very pretty blue, fit perfect, true to size, delivery was super fast, Zappos is amazing in their shipping and customer service. Love these slippers. Since they are blue and go with blue jeans, they are great for slipping on and running fast errands.

I love all the Ugg boots, shoes, mocs and slippers. I usually wear a size 8 shoe, but with Ugg products I wear a size 7. Because they are made of all leather they will stretch out a bit. My feet have never been warmer in the Coquette slipper/mocs. Make sure you spray any Ugg items with water proof spray before wearing them outside. Order one size down from your regular shoe size.

They are great! It is awesome to arrive home, after a long day and feel so cozy and relaxed.

Oh my goodness, how comfortable are Uggs? They are so comfortable, you want to wear them to bed. That's comfortable. I found them true to size. I generally wear a 9W, these are a 9M and they fit great! And without socks, oh, the shearling inside is so cozy! And thanks to Zappos for the quick delivery of a fine product.

I was always leery about internet shopping. I am cured by Zappos! They are so customer friendly, fast and trouble free. My order was filled beyond expectations. I will definitely use Zappos again as my go to shopping site.
