These were actually a gift for my Mother. I went with the advice to go a size smaller that what she normally wears. She loves them!

Just as expected. The rumors are true. UGG is amazing. I would order a size smaller than what you normally wear. I’ve had these shoes now for a couple months and they are perfect and get me through my day of school and keep my feet warm and cozy!

These are perfect. I recently moved into a new house where there is a lot of tile. I needed these to stand on the hard cold floor. They offer support comfort and warmth. Well worth the investment. Couldn’t have wanted anything better. At first I ordered the black, but the dye bled all over my feet. So I highly recommend the natural sheep’s wool. Undyed. These shoes conform to the shape of your foot to make them an excellent fit.

Very nice slipper, worth every penny. Buy one full size smaller than what you usually take!

Sizing was perfect. Wonderfully warm. Just the right amount of heel.Not comfortable if the shoe is too flat. Will definitely buy this again. Excellent value for the money.

Love these slippers! I received them as a Christmas gift from my sweet husband. They are so soft, cozy, and comfortable. I have rarely taken them off in the near three weeks I have had them. I wear them outside too, since they have such a nice sole on them. Definitely size down. I wear an 8 normally. My Uggs are a size 7, and I could easily take a 6 1/2 in them.

Zappos is the best. Not only do they have anything you could possibly want but their website is well done and your order is at your door the next day. I'm not sure how they do that!

Size runs about 1 1/2 sizes too large but these slippers are very comfortable and very warm. I love the fact that the soles are sturdy enough to ar outside.

These are very comfortable, warm and durable. I love the black, but beware if wearing with bare feet. The dye will rub off a bit. You can't go wrong with these in the winter or year around.

My 14 year old daughter wanted a real pair of Ugg boots. Since they are expensive (they're never on sale) I bought from Zappos to avoid shipping costs and sales tax. They arrived as ordered in a few days, which is saying a lot during the holiday season. She loves them!

My husband got these slippers for me for Christmas. They are my first Uggs and I love them! They are very cozy and warm. I wear them around the house without socks and my feet are happy! Just one note of caution: Be careful going down the stairs. The heel hits the step and if not careful, you will trip! I haven\'t but I know others who have and their slippers fit perfectly as do mine.

Christmas gift for my wife. She absolutely loves them. The fit was perfect (be sure to order a full size less); the quality is excellent. Toasty warm, the perfect slipper for the long cold winters here in Upstate New York. And as usual Zappos service was excellent and shipping time was quicker than I expected.

Zappos Customer Service is the Best!\r\nOrdered a pair of these slippers but the size was too large, so didn\'t wear them and just left them in the box for almost a year. Finally got around to asking for an exchange and Zappos shipped out the replacement the very next day. They now fit and I\'m always very happy to order with Zappos.

I just love my Ugg slippers. I can walk around outside with them since they have a real sole on them. And they really keep my feet warm. Would buy them again! It was suggested that I buy a size smaller than I normally wear, and I did. They fit perfectly!

These are the best slippers ever! Comfy enough to sleep in, but you can walk around anywhere, inside and out, and they don\'t fall off. Worth every penny! I have three pairs!

These UGG shoes are beautiful and well made. The color is a deep chocolate brown. They are gorgeous and hides things better than a lighter shade. They are very comfortable, pricey but worth it!

I love these slippers! They are awesome. They feel just like my Ugg boots, so much so, that I drove to my daughter's school without realizing I still had them on. They are warm and lovely and the chocolate color is holding up great.

So glad I got these Uggs! It has been unusually cold here in Texas and I am wearing them more than I ever thought I would. I have to hide them from my teenage daughter, or they definitely go missing! I ordered a size 7 (my usual size), but could have followed another reviewer's advice and ordered a size smaller. They really do run big.

Well, to begin with, I can't say enough good things about these Ugg slippers! They are so incredibly fabulous, so warm and comfy that I never want to take them off! This could be a bad thing. I am hard to fit, with a wide foot and a high instep, so I was hesitant as to how they'd fit me. But when they arrived, I slipped my foot right in and now, honestly don't take them off much. I love mine so much in fact, I bought a pair for a good friend and she loves hers' too! Thanks Zappos for your wonderful service. I'm hooked on Zappos now, too!

I love these; however, I bought them in black and my feet are now black. The dye comes off and it doesn't wash off. It doesn't scrub off. It has to wear off. I would order a natural color next time.

Excellent product. Comfortable and warm. Remember to go down a full size. It is strange; I normally wear an 8 and a half to a nine, and I ordered the 7. I tried the 8, but it was too big. They tend to be at bit wide, but very comfortable.
