Great boots, extremely warm and durable. Regularly wear a 9.5 but with the padding, the 10 fit perfect.

Okay. I looked at these, and since everyone was wearing Uggs, I thought...no way. But then in Chicago at Christmas, my Mama insisted I need a pair. She bought them, and I got them delivered in 2 days in time for an Frigid Blast in Minneapolis, Mn. I attend college and walk in the snow. And oddly, I haven't taken them off. Love these. She was right...who knew?

The size is true to size. I think the price is worth it, because of the changeable sole. It's nice and warm and has enough grip for the winter that is hitting the northeast this 2010-2011 year!

Wonderful and worth the price! I wear these every day, and my feet are cozy and warm, even in the below zero temps we've recently had here in NE Ohio! I also have the Ugg Ultra Short (in a different color), and if you're comparing between the two styles, the Ultimate Shorts fit a bit narrower (I have the same size in both). I highly recommend these boots and, as always, Zappos service exceeded expectations!

I am delighted with these boots! They are so soft inside and so comfortable that I do not want to take them off! I usually use orthopedic insoles. In these boots I can go with or without those.

The service received from Zappos was excellent! For no extra charge, the boots were ordered on 12/23 and arrived before noon on 12/24. The quality of the boot is outstanding as well! My feet haven't been cold since!

Love these boots! Finally gave in to getting them. I like this style more than the classic, because you don't see as many people wearing them. I ordered these boots on December 23 and received them the next morning on on the Christmas Eve 24th, free shipping. This was my 4th order with Zappos and shipping is always fast.

These boots are very warm and comfortable. I really like the sole of this boot - it has more support than the flat bottom style. I have worn UGG boots for years and they never disappoint!

The Ugg Ultra Short is an excellent choice for those wanting Ugg boots but nervous about the lack of arch support in the original style. The small heel provides just enough support and the toe is more stream-lined and pointed compared to the rounded toe of the originals -- another important consideration for me as I have large feet! It is a leap of faith to dump this much money on a pair of boots but I will say I am 100% satisfied and am now an Ugg convert! I get hot easily but these boots, while keeping my feet toasty warm all day long, do not ever seem too hot which was also a concern. I am traveling to Europe in a couple of days and am thrilled to know I have these comfortable boots as my walking shoes. Buy them!

I have a pair of these boots already and I love them. When I saw that Zappos had the same ones but different color I ordered them. I must say that Zappos delivery time is excellent! I ordered them one night and had them the next day!

Luv these low Uggs, but not as wide looking in the toe as some. I usually wear a 9 but returned for an 8 and they are still roomy.

These boots were bought as a gift, and the recipient just loves them. They are a bit pricey, (everywhere), but they are worth it.

Bought these for my wife for Xmas. She loves them! Warm, comfy and rugged sole.

Ordered them 1 size smaller as recommended and they fit great. I wore them in a snow storm after pretreating them with the recommended UGG products. They got wet and still look brand new. Great boots!

The Ultimate short is a solidly constructed boot with rigid suede reinforcement around the toe and heel and a sturdy sole. It has a more narrow toe box than the Ultras and because of this, and the reinforcement, there is very little give/stretch to the boot. It fits true to size. I wear a 6 1/2 and ordered a 6 thinking it would stretch. It is still tight even after many wearings. I also ordered a pair of 6's for my mom who wears 6 1/2 and has a narrow foot and they fit her fine. In contrast, I own the Ultras in a 6 and they fit like a dream. So for comfort and some structure go with the Ultras. But for more rugged construction go with the Ultimates, but order your normal size or a half size up. Zappos is the gold standard for customer service -- you will be happy with your shopping experience.

Beautiful boot but it's too small. I wear a 7.5, so followed directions to order down to get the 7 (like the Ugg Classic, it only comes in whole sizes). The 7 arrived it, with the stiff, reinforced exterior at the toe, it was just too short -- my big toe felt bruised. This was true even when I tried it without socks. So, I'm shipping them back. I will talk with Customer Service and see if the Ultra might work.

Love the classic Uggs. These are much more narrow than I expected and while they seem more durable they are less comfy to me. A bit dressier style than classic and the black dyed sherpa lining dyes your feet black for awhile.

I have more Ugg boots than I'd like to admit but these boots are thinner than my other boots and aren't as soft. Before the fabric felt comfy and thick but now it's thin and feels like BearPaw-ish. I was going to return it but my son spilled his drink on the boots 30 minutes after I took them out of the box...story of my life.

First off, I'm a big fan of the Classic Short boot (I have three pairs), and I got these as a heavy-duty version for winter because that's how they are described (keep bare feet warm to -30, etc.). I was so excited for these that I also purchased the cleaning/protectant kit along with it. As usual my Zappos order came quickly and I put them on right away. From the first moment they were on my feet, I felt something was either wrong with them, or perhaps I didn't read the description & reviews well enough. These pinched my toes immediately and I have small-ish feet! I'm a 6 1/2 at most and I always wear a 7 in Ugg for lots of room, so that's how I ordered these. Yet my toes were nearly touching the end of the boot, and there was a chintzy amount of shearling there. In this boot my toes actually felt a bit exposed and not comfy-shearling-wrapped like they do in the Classics. I took off these boots after one minute and planned to put them on again later to step into the backyard. Well, I did that and my toes were actually cold a few minutes after stepping outside, and I mean just stepping outside onto my porch. The pitiful amount of shearling in the toe area is unacceptable for a boot at this price. And the slim cut of the toe box prohibits your toes from splaying and walking normally. Also, that bulked-up suede around the toe area creates a seam that rubs your pinky toes inside the boot, especially because, again, the amount of shearling there is ridiculously bad. I cannot recommend these boots at all, and I didn't even feel "safe" walking more than ten steps in them. Sorry, Ugg, a huge miss on this one.

Sadly, I have had several pair of these & have been wearing them for over 20 years. When they were made in New Zealand, they were great! Perfect size always one down from mine but these are uneven in their size (as in each boot) & they are narrow too. I tried 2 pair of the same one. Not Zappos fault, it is quality control with Uggs Co. having them produced in China. So not worth the money either 'now'!
