I love this shoe! Extremely comfortable! No break in time out all. I work in the food service industry and I found this shoe as comfortable if not more so than my sneakers. I was looking for something I could work in the kitchen in, stand at the register, and deliver food to tables in, that was dresser than my sneaks. I may order another color! I did have to add a heel grip in one shoe, but I figure that is probably normal for me. I wish Zappos sold heel grips. But there is no beating their service and delivery!

On th mark! This is an excellent shoe. Fit and confort are outstanding. I wish I could find a shoe that was this confortable but a little more dressy... Still looking. However, I do plan to order another pair of Sienna's in a diffrent color.

These shoes are the best! Out of all the business/casual shoes I've ever had, these shoes rank #1 for comfort and quality. So comfortable that you might forget to take them off when you get home from work!

I love this shoe - It is comfortable. I'm a heavy walker. Looks great with my dress slacks, or blue jeans! True to size and I have a wide foot.

Sofft's : Sienna - I had to return this beautiful shoe because it ran too large for my narrow heel and the elastic could not hold it in place. The shoe is lovely, felt wonderful to stand in. I wish it would come in AA. The narrow feels like an B width

Comfort and great looks - I wore these shoes for a full day the first time I put them on and they felt great! They look really neat too.

Shoe Heaven - It looks sharp. It feels great. It wears well. It's the best shoe I've had in a long while. Even though it appears to have a heel it feels like a flat. I have high arches and somewhat wide feet. I got the wide (D) width and it's just right. If your feet are at all wide, get the D width. Then enjoy.

Sofft Sienna - Have worn these shoes for 2 weeks now. They were a little tight at first, to be expected, but broke in nicely. Very comfortable shoe that can be worn all day. They can be worn casual and have no problem being dressed up alittle. Very glad I found this site, will be back to order more when needed.

Excellent choice - Excellent shoe! Soft leather, comfortable. Great for being on your feet and walking. We ordered the wide width and teenage daughter likes the looks and feel of wearing a comfortable shoe that doesn't squeeze her toes. Look great with jeans or dress slacks.

Sofft Sienna - I ordered the wine conquest and the picture is exactly what the leather looks and feels like. It has a low heel and the leather is so-o-oo soft! Very comfortable; and stylish for a comfort loafer. A perfect fit for my feet. This is my favorite fall shoe right now. I get lots of compliments when wearing them.

So Sofft! This was my first order with Zappos and how pleased I was with the whole experience. I was looking for a comfortable clog and it helped to read the reviews to make a decision. And I am glad I ordered these. They feel great! I ordered my normal size and width with no problems.

Sofft's Sienna - Bought these in Wine, and they go well w/different color jeans. Love the look. Super comfort. Like them so much that I'm keeping them in a size too wide, though they fit well w/extra thick socks. Hope they don't stretch out in width or I'm out of luck. For me, these ran a full size too long. Ordered down a size, but Medium width wasn't available-the reason I ordered Wide.

Nice shoes - These shoes are great because they can be worn with jeans or other pants. They resemble a boot with jeans but can be dressed up with other pants. However, wehn ordering I suggest getting the next size up. These run about a half-size smaller than indicated in my opinion.

Sofft shoes - These shoes are fabulous! Zappos was an amazing online shopping experience! They had stock, my order arrived so fast I was amazed, and they sent me an online courtesy thank you note. What more could I ask for!!!!!

Comfort with style - I wore them yesterday for the first time, and they were very comfortable and had good arch support. I think they're very nice looking. They are a little pricey because they are well constructed, and Zappo's price is in line with other merchants that I checked.

The Perfect Shoe! My wife bought these shoes and can't stop raving about them. I'm on the site as I write, buying her another pair. Whoever created Sofft is a genius! Thank you.

Wow, comfort with style! Everything about this shoe shouts quality. The box is even beautiful! These shoes are great looking with a very nice leather upper. The bottom is a perfect height, I can dress them up or down. These are so comfy. I just love these shoes!

Sofft's Sienna - I wear an AA width. I am on my feet much of the day. At first these shoes were a bit stiff, felt clunky to walk in and were a little uncomfortable. After about six wearings they feel fine. They run a tad large but probably not enough to take a smaller size. They look a bit like clogs, which I like. I wish I could order them in black now but my size is not available!

I LOVED this shoe when it arrived. I was so excited. I tried it on, and thought it fit. After wearing it around the house a couple times I realized it didn't really fit. I usually only need a 13 MEDIUM. Sienna fit my foot when I put them on, but didn't fit in the foot bed. Very odd. As the other user said, the ball of my foot rested on the stitching where the upper meets the insole. The shoe felt great on, as the leather fit my foot. I put it on at work and was thrilled. I didn't walk around with it on at first. Just was excited I found a good sturdy walking/work shoe that I could wear with my dress work clothes. The bed of the sole was different. It's a gorgeous shoe, and gorgeous leather. For those of us with foot problems and hate an orthopedic look it delivers. It is BEAUTIFUL & stylish for a good work shoe. I just wish it actually fit. I wish I could have kept the shoe - if they have wide in your size, order it instead. If it came in a 13 WIDE I think I’d be set.

Sofft Sienna - Cute shoe, but not if you have wide feet. I ordinarily wear a 9.5W, and based on earlier reviews I ordered a 10W. The 10 was too long, but not wide enough; the ball of my foot rested on the stitching where the upper meets the insole. The upper is soft leather and would have stretched, but there would have still been the problem with the stitching. If they sold this in a 9.5WW, I'd be in heaven.

Too wide! I loved this shoe- the style and color and comfort were fabulous, but at the end of the day, it was just too wide. I have narrow feet (I normally wear Naturalizer/Easy Spirit shoes) and this is one of those brands (like Rockport) that just need to be narrower! If you have normal feet, then I would completely recommend it.

A little stiff- Shoe is a little stiff at first. After a few wearings they loosen up some. Then is a very comfortable wear. Good shoe with pants. Good support overall.

Nice shoe, but not quite for me. I could feel the stitching in the bottom of shoe... would try this brand in another model though.

Happy - I liked these shoes a lot, and they are very comfortable, but the right foot seems a bit snug.
