Bought a pair of these in 2008. FINALLY buying a replacement. In the mean time bought a similar pair for my father who is also still wearing these. The sole is non slip, the upper is a good leather which wears well. This pair has seen many trips to Corn/Soybean Fields/Harvest, Motorcycle rides and even trips to Church. Durable enough for field work, Good looking enough for Church. Only "complaint" is that the sole wore out after nearly 10 YEARS! (i.e. no complaint)

Second time buyer, never knew western style boots could be so comfy. They are well made and well worth the price.

Bought these for myself as my first pair of western boots designed by Ariat, I'm more than happy with them, couldn't believe how well they fitted and how comfortable they are. Didn't really want to take them off! Love the distressed brown colour. Guaranteed to impress and give you the comfort you need as you work and ride.

I got these boots 6 months or so ago and they are awesome! The leather is soft and very comfortable yet durable. I have had more compliments on these boots than I can count. I polished them with a little darker brown color and they are even better. I ordered a little big because I'm use to shoes hurting my feet and didn't want that this time. They did stretch like good leather does so I added inserts and now PERFECT!

For years... I am thinking since the late '90s, I have been wearing Heritage Ropers. They are incredibly comfortable and wear well. Especially since they are all I wear when not in my work boots.

I purchased these to replace my "dress shoes". Trying to get back to my roots. Where them with my suits both casual and dress. Love 'em.

I have had these boots for 6 years and wear them 3 to 4 times a week to got to the barn and ride my horses. They take a beating and clean up nice. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a classic understated style that is very comfortable.

I got these as a Christmas present from my wife and I live in them when I'm off work and if they came in steeltoe I would never take them off. They are a little snug out of the box so I'm glad she got me the wide width, but breaking them in took all of 20 minutes. They have taken a beating from sunk in mud up to the straps to wadding through water and walking rocky terrain in the mountains. As long as this boot is made I'll be a repeat customer .

This is my third pair of these boots over the last ten years,wear like iron and look great as long as you polish them once in awhile.Always wear these when I ride my motorcycle since they grip the road well when I stop and bike weighs 1000 pounds so need the traction,comfortable right out of the box.

I got the black heritage boots for Christmas and they fit so perfect and are so comfortable to wear everyday. I usually wear a size 9 in shoes but I got a 10 so that I could wear chunky socks with them. They are a little loose still with socks but still nice to have a little wiggle room. Highly recommended and great quality

Well I took my Black Heritage Roper Boots out of the box 5 hours ago and haven't taken them off since!!! These are exceptionally comfortable. And I am a buyer of Ralph Lauren (made in Italy) Botegga Venetta and Gucci.... so I'm used to quality plus. But all those other expensive boots needed some breaking in. Not these Ariats' Wonderful purchase. And I can tell that these will last for years and years. VERY HAPPY!!!

They last forever I bought mine over 2 years ago and they still look new no matter how much I use them just clean with a hose and back to new

I have worn boots for years, I think my first pair were like the kind Tom McLaughlin wore in the movie Billy Jack. After awhile I finally settled into wearing Justin Roper with a leather sole. At that time I was working at a dealership selling cars ,and I was wearing out the soles very quickly. In 2006 I bought a pair of these Arial Heritage Roper in black about six months later I bought another pair of Arial Ropers this time in tan with a kind of people looking grain and a black shaft. I still wear the black ones almost every day and they still look great except that the heel is wearing a little low to the outside and I am starting to put a strain on my Ankle. I just bought a new pair of Arial Heritage Stockman in black deer tan should be here Wed. My tan pair on get worn a few times a week if that so they look like new. Overall BEST BOOTS IV'E EVER OWNED By the way I was born with scoliosis between that and my breaking my ankle in 5 places in 1996 ( I still have plate and 8 screws ) that is why I wore the heel out a bit on the outside right boot.

Can hardly destroy these boots.No need to be gentle with them.I do clean them and us conditioner.And the pair that I wear every day for work and play I polish once in while and they come back to almost new condition.Truly well made with good materials.
