I Zumba 5 times a week and was having problems with my knees. The Bloch Boosts allow me to pivot and turn with ease. My knees no longer hurt. I highly recommend these shoes. Just me sure to order a full size larger!

I bought these for Argentine tango class. One size larger fit fine. The support and soles make a huge difference. Turns, back and front ochos are like spreading warm butter...so smooth.

These are great shoes. I use them for Zumba. After reading reviews, I size up one full sizes and it was the right size. I normally wear a 9.0-9.5 and got a 10.5. These shoes took a lot of trauma off my knees, because they allow me to pivot without gripping like running shoes. well worth the money.

I ordered these shoes one full size larger than my usual size, a 10 instead of 9, and that was the right fit. My feet are on the narrow size and this felt somewhat narrower than a typical medium width which worked for me. The cushioning is good and the smoother bottoms make them perfect for Zumba spins and pivots! These are great shoes!

Returning because of reviews. I ordered a size and a half up and they are way to big. Sending back to get a smaller size.

These shoes are fantastic. Very comfortable and kind of weird but cute. I have big feet and needed a shoe that fit well. I read to go up a full size and I agree that they run small -- bought a size bigger and that worked for me. Might get another pair.

These shoes are great! They are very comfortable and I am able to dance much better with them. You need to order up a whole size because they do run small.

For me, runs much smaller than marked. I wear a Womens 12 and ordered these as 14. Nope, my toesies are right up to the top. I liked them otherwise and am reordering in a 15.

This is an excellent shoe for Zumba! the turn spot on the sole makes spinning and moving super easy and no sticking to the floor as with regular sneakers. Great support and comfort. I ordered one full size larger than my normal athletic shoe and it fit perfectly.

Love these shoes! They fit well (be sure to order a size and a half larger than your regular shoe size), and they are perfect for Zumba. They enable you to pivot and turn with ease. They also come with an extra pair of laces, a great bonus, and they look great!

These dance sneakers are a fitting and stylish shoe which I wear exclusively for my zumba dancing class. Especially helpful is the smooth spot on the sole which enables me to easily twist, turn and slide on a rug surface. Also a surprising bonus was the pink color offered as I usually wear only black but took a chance on ordering a different color and loved the pink and black combination. Many compliments have followed.

I read other reviews and order a full size up as I have high arches. I use these for Zumba classes and find that my knees no longer hurt after class. Very comfortable.

Love these shoes -- I bought them for Zumba and they are perfect. I followed the advice in the reviews and bought an 8 when I normally wear a 7. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable I want to wear them to work! I work in Accounting so of course I can't!

I am 67 & still dancing! I have an hour-long jazz class immediately after an hour of tap. This shoe works well for me. I put a Dr. Scholl's pad in the bottom (I do that in all my shoes) to make it more cushiony although it's pretty cushiony to start with. I usually wear 7-1/2 street shoe & got a 9 which fits perfectly.

These are the best Zumba shoes ever! They allow you to move without slipping or skidding and provide a lot of support for my plantar fasciitis. I usually wear a 6.5 in street shoes and a 7 in athletic shoes, but I had to get an 8 in this shoe.

I ordered this shoe for Zumba because I was tired of putting tape on the bottom of my regular workout shoes. These shoes are great on wood floors, but not so good on carpet. Superb arch support for my high arches!

I am happy with my new dance sneaker. I use them for Zumba. I am also glad I ordered a size larger, as was recommended.

This is the best dance shoe in the world- IMO. My first pair was two sizes larger than my normal size, but I had to return it for 1.5 size larger.

These look great but are a bit too small. I will order a 1/2 size up, and see if it feels better.

I have extensor substitution (tendon) and finally found shoes that are comfortable for line-dancing!

I love these shoes but they are sized incorrectly. I generally wear a 8 1/2 - 9 in woman's shoes. I am sending these back for a 2nd time and I am ordering a size 10 (I never ever have worn a size 10) in order to get them to fit. Great shoe but order a whole size larger than what you normally would wear!

I am that rare species, a man who goes to Zumba workouts. I had always used cross-trainers for aerobics classes previously, but Zumba involves an unusual amount of pivoting and turning, and my shoes were sticking to the floor too much. There are "dance aerobic" shoes for women, but my feet are too big for any of these. My research led me to these split-sole dance sneakers, one of the few models made in an equivalent to a mens size 12. I calculated the correct size before ordering, but the pair I got were a half size too small. I did an exchange, and the size 15.5 shoes I got the second time around turned out to fit correctly. The best things about the shoes are their flexibility and their lack of "stickiness," i.e. I can pivot smoothly. This type of shoe takes some getting used to, and it was by my third Zumba class that I truly began to feel comfortable in them. The potential problem with these shoes used for this purpose is a lack of lateral support. These are made for dancing, not big, sudden, thunderous lateral athletic movements. There is a potential for arch or ankle weakness here, so beware. They do have adequate cushioning, however, so jumping type movements are fine. Overall I am happy with the shoes and would recommend them for Zumba, though frankly, a male version of woman's dance aerobic shoes would be slightly preferable. For any men out there interested in Zumba, I can also recommend trying indoor soccer shoes that have relatively little tread. They are light, pivot well, and are surprisingly stable.

This a great shoe for dance or Zumba. It allows for ease of turns, pivoting, or changing directions in routines. It is like dancing barefoot but with support.

Great shoe, very comfortable. Has adequate arch support in my opinion. I wear 9 or 9.5 wide in street shoes. I ordered 10.5 medium and got a good fit. I wasn't able to use my orthotic insert with these shoes, however they are comfortable enough without them.

I use these dance sneakers for Zumba because they offer good support and flexibility, and they glide nicely on the floor (unlike regular sneakers which tend to stick). They're light and breathable too. They tend to run small, so, for example, while I use a 7.5-8 size shoe, I had to order a 9.5 in this sneaker.
