These are dance shoes and work well for a Zumba class because they slide. Dance shoe sizes run smaller than US women's. So be sure to order 2 full sizes larger. I normally wear 9 to 9 1/2 and ordered 11. That was perfect. I've worn them to 2 classes so far and am a happy camper.

I have to say that I'm glad I didn't follow most recommendations on here to go a full size up, as the shoe would have fit me too big. I also do not wear thick socks with these, but the thin no show ankle kind. I'm a 7.5 and went with an 8, which is fine, but my regular size 7.5 would have fit more snug, and that's what you want when dancing for stability. I also have narrow feet, so I think you have to consider all of those factors when choosing your size.

These shoes were a godsend. I was having major knee problems after my jazz and hip hop classes and after a little tlc and getting the proper support from these shoes, I'm able to dance at least twice a week now with a Zumba class or two thrown in. As others have stated, they run very small, I'm a 8-8.5 and I ordered the 10. It fit snug at first and then I danced once and they're perfect now. I cannot emphasize enough, take care of your knees and get these shoes!

I read the reviews prior to purchasing a size & half larger than my six & half. I loved them but felt they weren't snug enough so I returned & exchanged for a half size smaller. The seven & half are very comfortable now & a fit perfect. Loved the pink color, enjoyed wearing them to Zumba class. Customer service was awesome & very helpful with the exchange. I plan to buy a pair of walking sneakers next.

This is the most comfortable sneaker for Jazzercize that I've found. The arch support is wonderful and my feet and knees thank me for wearing the sneaker! No more pain!

ORDER UP 1 to 1-1/2 sizes!! These sized for dancing shoes (now I know that that means) so not regular sizing. I usually wear an 11 and a 12-1/2 fit perfect. I love them! Out of the box they were comfortable. I was looking for a supportive shoe for Jazzercize class, and they work GREAT! Love them.

I have worn these shoes for zumba for the last 3 years and I ordered a size 10 to replace my existing size 10's but when they arrived the Right foot shoe was not the same size as my original shoes. I measured the distance between the 2 glued on pieces under the foot at the inner left side of the underside of the shoe and the recent size 10 purchase is about 1/4 inch more of a gap which causes pain on the outer back size of the heel on the right foot. Someone from Virginia commented a similar problem in the review in July 2015. I hope Zappos looks into it, because I have just sent back my SECOND attempt at size 10 for this shoe and am about to start shopping elsewhere for another brand...

I did a lot of research before I chose these sneakers. Also checked with a friend who is a professional dance instructor. The consensus...Bloch is the best brand for dance shoes! My normal size is a 7, regular width shoe. After reading all the reviews, I opted for "one full size" larger...an 8. The rep I spoke with added expedited shipping, no charge. I have to admit, these shoes look clunky, online...even my husband said so. When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised, and when I put them on...I fell in love with them! My feet looked very small (not expected) and they are so comfortable, feeling much like a "slipper", but with support. However, I was concerned that I could feel the tips of my toes just barely touching the end of the shoe, and felt that, after extensive dancing and exercising, my toes would be complaining. I called Zappos and requested the next 1/2 size up...an 8 1/2. The rep said she would expedite the shipping, and I should get them the next day, no charge. She also emailed me both a UPS shipping return label and a USPS shipping return label, so that I could decide which would be easiest for me use. She instructed me to decide which size fit the best, and return the other pair, within 14 weeks. I got my new pair, the very next day, and the 8 1/2 gave me the tiniest bit more toe room. You definitely need to order 1 1/2 sizes bigger than your normal size! Shoes are perfect for Zumba, dance exercise, latin, etc., on any service. I have both hardwood floors and carpeting. No strain on my knees or any other part of my leg/foot. And I love the spin spot, under the ball of the foot! Shoes have 2 different ways to lace them up, giving you more options for perfect fit. I am considering buying a second pair...just because I can. Now...it doesn't get any better than this! Best dance sneakers, fantastic price, and best customer service...I am a Zappos customer for life!

The Bloch DRT Mesh Dance Sneaker is the perfect dance sneaker for me. I wear a Woman's 7½. I purchased and kept the size 8. I need a wider toe box and these shoes fit fine. This is my second pair (sadly my first were not ordered from Zappos) and they wear well. They have great arch support, wonderful heel and sole cushioning and fit my somewhat narrow ankle. They are great for my zumba/dance classes.The Bloch DRT Dance Sneakers hug the floor where needed, slides and turns are safely supported! The shoe's looks do not bother me; for me the fit is more important. A delightful surprise with The Bloch DRT Dance Sneaker's is it's lacing system. The system customizes the shoe to your foot by using the double rows of loops not found on other sneakers! Because I am 59 year old I need more cushioning for the balls of my feet, I add cushioning via gel pad. I love Bloch products. They know understand dancing feet. Buy these shoes, you will not regret it!

These were the first dance shoes I bought when I started Zumba almost 6 years ago. They were my absolute favorites! I was taking up to 8 classes a week and could move, slide, turn, and jump with ease. When they finally wore out I began trying other brands and styles because, honestly, I don't like the way they look. Personally, I don't mind them with straight or boot leg full length pants but they just don't cut it with capris, shorts, or leggings. It's really too bad that I can't get over that because I haven't found anything that feels as good!

I was very pleased with my shoes and your services during my recent order. It was especially nice service gesture that you permitted me to return both pairs of dance shoes that were the wrong size, with both no penalty and quick turn-around when you mailed the correct size to me.

Tried these shoes for zumba after reading reviews for the top 10 recommended styles. After many years of classical ballet I was beginning to have knee issues and was worried that the shoes I was wearing were the cause. These shoes are great! Flexible enough to work your feet properly but supportive enough to absorb shock through the heel and ball of the foot. Easy to pivot, swivel, & turn-my knees are much happier. I did order one size up as recommended; some people might even go up 1 1/2 sizes if they don't like a snug fit. Thanks Zappos for getting them to me so fast!

I have problems with my lower back and recently thought bout new shoes for Jazzercise as I like to do high aerobic level. They are perfect, great arch support I bought a size larger on reviewers recommendation sand it is a perfect fit.

These shoes are extremely comfortable once you find the correct size. I ordered a half size bigger based on the reviews, but had to return for a full size bigger to get them to be right. I would easily recommend.

These are great for dancing classes as they slide well, are light and flexible. The shape does provide some arch support, but don't expect to do anything other than dance in these. They do not provide enough support or structure for any other activities.

I ordered four dance sneakers and expected that I would like these the least. They do have a different appearance from exercise shoes. I have returned the three other pairs (Bloch Trinity Dance Sneaker, Bloch Fusion Dance Sneaker and Ryka Studio D Training Shoe. I love the Boost Dance Sneaker. I wear it in aerobic dance, swing dance and Zumba. (I would not recommend them for regular exercise classes.) These shoes have entirely taken away any knee discomfort caused by twisting motions. My turning speed is much faster. At first they were a bit uncomfortably tight even though I ordered a half size larger than normal but after the third wearing they were fine. At some point I will order a second pair so that I will have one pair at the gym and another for outside dance classes. I no longer care what they look like as their performance can't be beat!

I like them. I ordered 1 size larger and with very thin socks they work. If I order more I will order 1.5 larger than usual size. They have good arch support and we're good for line dance class for 2.5 hours.

These are fabulous shoes for dancing -- great support while extremely flexible. The one problem with them is the foreign sizing system. They seem to be 1.5 off from US sizing: I usually wear 7 1/2 US, but in these I order 9 and they fit perfectly. That always holds true, since I've bought many pairs of these Blochs. A great shoe, in any size!

I got these shoes for zumba, and since I am recovering from plantar fascitis, I needed shoes with good arch support. These work great, they are comfortable and perfect for dancing. I agree with all the positive reviews. I also agree that you should order a bigger size than you usually wear. I usually wear a 6.5 and ordered a size 8. They fit perfectly! I got the pink ones and like them a lot.

These are great dance shoes. I am a plus sized woman and was concerned that they wouldn't be comfortable, but they are. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and I ordered a 10 based on other reviews and they fit well. A little snug at first but once I wore them, they stretched and became comfortable.

Thanks for all the great comments. I wear a size 6 and ordered a 7. It's a perfect fit...if I wear thin socks. Next order will try 7 1/2. I love the style.

I love these shoes...especially the color. And of course they are comfortable and I can point my feet. I need support...so these do the job. I had to get 1.5 sizes bigger because I like to wear socks. Usually wear 4.5 but got 6. Perhaps I could have got a way with 5.5 but can't stand shoes that are too tight.
