I attend dance class 5 days a week and love these shoes. However - I normally wear a 7 or 7 1/2 and must order 8 1/2 in these. All Bloch shoes run at least a full size small.

I cannot believe how much these shoes have helped both my Jane Fonda aerobics and my Zumba. You have so much flexibility with the dancer's sole, and I find that I can do more reps without as much fatigue. They are light too. And who doesn't like to wear pink sneakers while out and about. ORDER LARGE - I am usually a 10 and had to go up to 12. The size 11 wouldn't even go onto my foot. With the proper support for all my foot, including ankle, I am a happier exerciser.

Once you get the right size, this is the best shoe for any aerobic dance workout. I can feel the extra lift when I do Jane Fonda and Zumba. They are good looking, very flexible with the bend between heel and toe (I am not a professional dancer, so maybe there is a better way to say that). I am a true size 10 and I ordered and I ordered an 11 based on the reviews. I couldn't even put them on!!! Thanks Zappos for sending out a size 12 right away. The ability to make your spring off the toe or heel makes it so much easier on your knees and ankles. There is also thick padding around the ankles so you won't wobble and wake up sore the next morning. Highly recommend, but smaller sizes order up 1 size; larger sizes order up 2 sizes.

Love the shoes very comfortable. I went by others review and ordered to big. I normally wear 7.5 and ordered 9. to big. I am reordering in a 8.5. You will love them.

Great shoes! I love the split sole and the pivot spot on the ball of the foot. For the size, they're very lightweight and make movement easy. These definitely run small. I'm glad I read the prior reviews. I'm usually an 8.5 - 9 and the 10.5 fits perfect.

These are great shoes for Zumba or other dance exercise classes. However, I had to go up three sizes to get a comfortable fit. I am normally a size 9 and I had to exchange them several times until I finally settled on a size 12!!! The size 12 is amazingly comfortable. The shoes slide wonderfully on the gym floor for exercise dance classes. They are a tremendous improvement over regular sneakers for any exercise class where you move to music. I recommend the shoes most highly, but go up two or three sizes to get a proper fit.

Great shoes! After reading reviews, I bought a size 9.5 and a 10 instead of my regular 8.5. To my surprise, the 10 fit best, so you might want to order up 1.5 sizes. I need this type of shoe because I use resistance tubes and the design helps the tubes stay put. Also works well with dance-style workouts.

I agree with everyone else these shoes are just great! I work in a very large manufacturing facility and I am walking around all day long on concrete and so far these have been the best for sore achey feet at the end of a long day. I won't lie and say my feet don't hurt at all because I am just on them too long but these shoes certainly make an impact in catching the blows to my feet for me.

Wow these run really small. I normally wear an 8XW and I was concerned because all the reviews talked about sizing up a size and a half for regular wide. Based on their advice to do the same for men, I went up two sizes to a 10M and I'm glad I did! They are just wide enough, snug and tight feeling at first but I could dance in them for an hour and a half without hurting. And for the length, I worried that they would be like clown shoes but there's MAYBE a quarter inch between my toe and the end of the shoe. So while these run incredibly small,they do work good if you have wide or duck shaped feet like me.

These are absolutely wonderful. I dance, and I struggle with plantar fasciitis. These are VERY cushiony and dancing is a pleasure in them. As other reviewers have said, it is necessary to order a full size larger than normal size. I played around with this, ordering several sizes, and I ended up with size 10 for a size 9 foot.

I bought a full size down and they fit perfect. At first I bought 1 and a half size down but they were too loose. I have used them to do aerobic DVD's in my home and on carpet. They are very comfortable and allow lateral movements without hurting your knees. The laces are long so I double knot them. I have to really tie them tight to keep my foot stable. I have worn them to work and for 6 hrs. of walking lifting and stocking in a liquor store they were comfortable.

Bought for my girlfriend. She teaches zumba.she absolutely loved them.u have to order a size an a half bigger

Super cute shoe - just didn't work right for me. I need a very high arch support. I think these would be great for a dance workout though.

These and the Bloch Evolution are far and away the best shoes I have tried for Zumba. When the studio is humid, other shoes stick to the floor, but these allow turning even then. I wear a size 8 street shoe (size 8.5 in Ryka athletic shoe) and had to get a size 10 in these.

Great shoes for dancing as it lets you slide and turn easily. Although they are not stylish at all, they are great for Zumba classes. I truly recommend to buy a size bigger as they run small.

I have found this shoe to be excellent for both Tai Chi and Zumba. It is difficult to find shoes that fit me and provide good support, since I have a narrow foot and a high arch. I wear 8N and ordered a size up (9), because of all the reviews. That was the right decision. They fit beautifully, and I am finding that they provide the flexibility I need for all the Zumba moves. And they are comfortable! I highly recommend that you try these shoes to see if they will work for you, too.

I teach zumba classes and these are by far the best shoe I've ever worn for my classes. Others wear out more quickly and my feet start to hurt after only a few weeks. These hold up great and allow for the side to side movements and pivots so common in zumba. I ordered a whole size larger than my usual sneakers. They run very small

I have bought these twice. LOVE them for Zumba. I can move easily side to side with nice glide. I have a super high arch and these are the best dance shoes ever. I get tons of compliments. Order up 1/2 size.

I bought these for my son, who has plantar fasciitis. He loves them and found them very comfortable over the long rehearsals. He liked the styling very much and liked their support. Traded for 1/2 size bigger than anticipated (he wears an 11, bought 13.5), in order to fit orthotics.

I bought these hoping they would help with my foot pain. The arch is too high for me. My biggest feedback is that these run small. I wear size 13 and bought size 14. Even those were a little tight. I also normal wear a medium width but would go with the wide width if I were to reorder. If possible, I am not adding stars because since they were just the wrong style for my problem, I don't really have feedback.

I LOVED these shoes! I did have to get a whole size up! I tired them for the 1st time and it was AMAZING, my feet did not hurt the whole Zumba class, they were SOOOO lite, I just loved them. Having the pivot was great for spinning and turning. I would advised using a different shoe to stretch in so you don't go sliding all over the place, other then that I would definitely recommend these!!!

The shoe itself is pretty interesting. I'd suggest this be a shoe only for dance not something you'd run or workout in. Zumba may be great depending on the type of floor. I would not suggest you'd wear these on hardwood floors. If you need more ankle support as far as if you over pronate this is not a shoe for you. If you have wide feet this is NOT a shoe for you. If you have great balance and is looking for something to give the flexibility of a ballerina then you've found exactly what you're looking for.

I have had these shoes for a year . I ordered 1 size larger and it was a perfect fit. I would highly recommend this shoe. Wish they had more color choices.
