Spin, spin, spin! It's great for spinning in relative comfort! I am a heavier person with somewhat wide feet. This shoe is a tight fit, only coming in medium sizes. Also, there is not enough cushioning under the ball of the foot. While the spinning capability is awesome, it definitely lacks arch support, but that is pretty apparent from the design.

Adequate, but sorta boring - They fit snuggly and offer good support and lots of flexibility. Very plain, though.

Needs a bit more side support - I ordered these for hip-hop and salsa classes once I found that my knees hurt after dancing in regular shoes or sneakers. I absolutely LOVE the spin ability these provide, and I like the split sole and the toe-stand ability, but I find that the fabric is a bit flimsy. I have a wide foot and am a supinator (my foot rolls to the outside), and there isn't a lot of side support to keep my feet straight, even with the shoe tied snug, and with a gel pad inside. I'm going to try the Bloch 0538L next.

Comfort On-Line - This is my first time buying anything without first seeing the product up close. Your shoe line was suggested to me by a Dance Instructor. Since my new job keeps me on my feet 10 hours a day, before I got these shoes my back was killing me! I really believe that the shoes have helped me considerably in that area.

Dance shoe - Very comfortable casual dance shoe. Size was dead on once you did the conversion.

Shoe is nice and summery-looking (white). It is comfortable and runs approximately same as shoe size. I use it as a dance sneaker and find that fast spins and turns are a little difficult.

Capezio Canvas Dansneaker - This shoe didn't provide enough arch support for me. Also, the sole gave me to much traction for the type of danceing I do and the "spin spot" didn't allow me to spin at all.

Shoe tore up in 3 months. Do not buy Capezio dance shoes, this is the 2nd pair from them I've been burned by. It's unfortunate so many dance studios and places specializing in dance shoes sell this brand. They are made cheap.

Size is small...a Men's 9R street is a 12M here. This shoe is comfortable, light, turns well and great for myself, a zumba and salsa student. Unfortunately, it didn't last. The shoelace loop was the first to go as the stitching pulled out of the shoe. Then, the leather upper tore where it is attached to the molded sole, exposing my socks. All this within 5 months use. Unacceptable.

I bought these shoes for zumba because I sometimes have difficulty pivoting and sliding on the floor in my sneakers. I didn't even get to walk around in them to try them out because they were SO uncomfortable they came right off. I have never ever tried a shoe that has this high of an arch before. My feet aren't flat-- at the shoe store I was told I have moderate arches-- maybe on the lower side? I have never liked shoes that have arch support because it feels very unnecessary for me. This shoe literally had a hill in the middle. It has fantastic reviews so this obviously isn't an issue for most people. But beware if you have lower arches!!

I used to wear Capezio dance shoes and these feel remarkably similiar. I wanted to start dancing. Great for Zumba!

I returned these because I was looking for a workout and walking shoe. That said, I have another similar pair by Bloch, and they come in very handy when I am using bands because the bands fit right under the heel and toe gap. I only use them indoors. The only thing I kept in mind when returning these is that it would not be a good option to wear outdoors in an environment that is typically wet or slushy.

I ordered a half size larger based on the reviews. I'm able to wear a light weight sock. I've worn the shoes to one dance class and found them to be comfortable.

Finally. A great sneaker for Zumba. It is not as big and wide as a regular sneaker.

I agree with ordering a 1/2 size larger The canvas is wonderfully light. Don't expect arch support from a shoe that can be folded in half. They are meant for dance where you want to point you toes. Capezio always has excellent dance wear.

My first dance shoe. Very light and works well for our studio's painted concrete flooring. Feels good on hardwoods too. I wear these for hours/multiple classes and they hold up well. Not the classiest of shoes (I may look for a dressier dance shoe when I start going out to socials) but very functional. I wear a men's 8.5 to 9 US. I ordered the 9.5 and 10. The 10 stretched too much, but the 9.5 settled nicely.

I ordered these shoes one day before I needed to wear them. After a full day on the dance floor, my feet and toes were fine. I was able to do turns smoothly. They were a bit slippery when warming up (I should have taken them off to warm up). I really like these shoes. Thanks, Zappos, for having them in various sizes.

Did not run big. I ordered a half size up based on other reviews and am returning for my normal sneaker size...which is already a half size larger than what I wear in sandals. I normally wear an 8.5 in sandals. I wear a 9 in sneakers. i ordered a 9.5 and am exchanging those for a 9.

Too wide for my narrow feet and lacked arch support. Shoe is very light and well made.

Reading the reviews, I gave in and ordered up half size (8). I'm re-ordering actual US street shoe size (7.5), and I'm thinking that will be a perfect fit.

These are fabulous sneakers! I ordered 1/2 size larger than usual (7.5) as advised and they fit perfectly. And, they look sleek, something rare in a sneaker. I returned them only because I require a sneaker with more padding on the bottom, for working on concrete floor. I will get another Capezio sneaker, or Bloch (my original first and fabulous dance shoe).

This dance sneaker is very comfortable. I danced in them all night, no blisters, no rubbing. Would recommend for anyone who likes to line dance or for any other type dance.

I got these shoes for Zumba and they are great, very lightweight and soft. I ordered a size 5.5, should have ordered a 6. They have stretched out a little so now they are more comfortable.
