This shoe runs about half a size small and is very narrow. The shoe is not leather, so it won't stretch. The sole is leather.

Great dance shoe. I would not wear these on the regular, just for dancing. The heel is not too high and it is lightweight. I am a true wide width and it fits perfectly.

I ordered these shoes twice - first time I thought it too small. I ordered 1/2 size larger; however, it, too felt 'snug' in the toes and I planned to 'dance all night'.

Wonderful! Very comfortable. Danced for four hours with no sore toes!

My daughter loved these shoes in her musical theater production this summer. She said they were comfortable and she felt like she danced very well in them too.

The shoe was perfect for the show I was in. However, if I had been on my feet the entire time, I would have needed a little extra arch support for my high arches. I thought the shoe was comfortable and true to size.

After searching every dance store for shoes in my size, Zappos came through again. These were the perfect fit for ballroom lessons! Unfortunately, I was unable to continue lessons. But I highly recommend them.

These shoes are VERY comfortable for dancing. I bought them for a Viennese Waltz Immersion class that had 7 consecutive days of 3 hours dancing each - and the shoes worked really well and kept my ankles somewhat relaxed - due to the lower heel. the size fit right on - I wear a 8 or 8.5, have a narrow foot - and the 8.5 regular fits right on. The soles were a bit slippery on hardwood floors - so I now added a suede sole to brace a little better.

I am pleased with the quality of the shoes. I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly. The shoes were comfortable from the first try. A good product at a fair price. The company promptly processed and shipped my order.

I ordered 2 pairs of similar black shoes with comfort and evening wear in mind. This is a really cute shoe, but it wasn't long enough on my right foot. I wear an 11. I had to return them, but I kept the other ones!

I hate to buy shoes without trying them on, but I belong to a group and the shoes had to match. I ordered them from Zappos at a reasonable price, they came quickly and fit. I was happy to know that if I had to return them, shipping was free both ways.

Love these shoes, I feel so confident dancing at the clubs esp. with the block heel! My only problem is finding it in a size 11!

Fabulous experience! The Capezio is exactly what I wanted. I ordered a half size larger than usual just for the extra room in the toe. Also ordered Skechers at my normal size. Fit perfectly. Plan to do all my shoe shopping at Zappos.

These shoes were for my daughter who needed character shoes for a dance performance. She wears a 9 or 9.5 street shoe and she ended up with the 10.5 in these. Her dance studio had size 10's which were too small, despite the demo video saying they fit to street size. These fit well one size up and were comfortable for her to dance in for the show.

These shoes weren't available originally in my daughter's size, but Zappos got them in very quickly! The service and style that Zappos uses is wonderful. We're very happy with the shoes. You do have to order up at least a half size.

Awesome shoes! I bought these for mine and my fiance's dance lessons at Arthur Murray. They fit my wide flat feet wonderfully and are very comfortable. Before I got these shoes I was unable to truly enjoy our dance lessons - now I want to go even more.

Purchased these to wear with a costume. I normally wear a size 9 but after reading the reviews I ordered these in a 9.5 and they were a perfect fit. Very comfortable and sturdy.

As always, Zappos delivers superior customer service with great products. My daughter needed these shoes for an upcoming production. They cam in a timely fashion and were everything they claimed to be. Only problem is that the sizing ran WAY small. She is normally a 4 in gym shoes and she needed a 5 1/2! But because Zappos is awesome and items ship out super fast, they arrived in plenty of time. Thanks Zappos!

Loved my first pair I received as a gift. Wore th til i had three holes. My second pair is a wide. Loved it even better. Bought this third pair as a back up and wanted to make sure I could get another wide. Have not worn them yet

Great dancing shoes for ballroom dancing. Nice heel height and the strap is just perfect. Comfortable from day one. Order a half size larger for toe room.

I love these shoes and always get compliments. They are very flattering! Next time though I would go up 1/2 size. They are a teensy bit snug. Not much, but I am a 7 and I may have been more comfortable in a 7 1/2.
