BEST WORK SHOE EVER - When I read the other reviews, I was like oh my goodness could a shoe really be this good? Long hours on cement floors, no laces to come untied, but not too tight so as to cut off circulation. These are the shoes! Thank-You Nurse Mate's & for your great web, Zappos.

What a relief! I have more shoes than any civilized individual should own, mostly because I have so few that feel good - I keep hunting for that one new pair that will actually allow me to be comfortable for a long day. This one is it: I can walk briskly all over the hospital, sit in a meeting, continue walking or even running, and still feel good - and even look good - at the end of it all. Thanks for the best shoe I have worn in many years. I'll have to have another just like it.

Nurse- These shoes are awesome, I am constantly on my feet and I also have a bad back but when I wear these shoes I do not have trouble with my back. These shoes are very comfortable. I am getting ready to buy my third pair of Dove, Nurse Mates.

Best shoe for "Old feet." 42 yrs in nursing... still at it: feet are worn out- these shoes have been the very BEST purchase I have invested in... in YEARS! They're light, they're roomy, they're supportive and the price is sane.

Nurse Mates Dove Shoes - This shoe is very comfortable. It is a very good shoe to wear when you have to work long hours. You can feel the support and it helps the feet and legs immensely. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best Nursemates yet - I tried a few different Nursemates but these feel the best. They are easy to put on and are very comfortable and light. Very simple look, but they still look nice. I usually wear a "C" width but the medium width fit me just fine.

Not a fashion statement, but so-o comfortable! As an ER nurse, I've happily worn these babies through multi trauma alerts, 16-hour shifts & exhausting critical census days. They are a work horse & wear very comfortably. I've had my pair for two years & with a dab of polish every so often, they still look amazingly well.

I usually wear a 9-9.5 in my shoes. I ordered a 9.5 and it couldn’t have been more perfect. They’re not luxuriously comfortable but they’re good for the price. The back of the shoe need to be readjusted when put on so the backs of the shoes aren’t flipped inward towards your heel. I haven’t worked a long shift in these yet, but so far walking has been comfy, and the width is good.

I love these shoes but I wish the workmanship was a bit better. I bought them in September 2009 and wore them pretty much every day, except for the winter, and the stitching on the sides is ripping. I don't know how to stitch leather so I'm afraid I'll have to throw these out soon. But overall, they are very comfortable and I do like this look.

Pretty comfy, but could be better - Not as comfy as other reviews put them, but still a good choice if you're on your feet all day. I like that they slip on and off easily.

Very comfortable shoe - Very nice shoe. I am a pharmacist and was looking for a good supportive shoe for 12 hour days. I wore them today for the first time all day. No break in period needed. They were so comfortable. No foot or leg pain, love them!

Love my Nurse Mates Dove shoes - I wear them to my daily Medical Billing & Coding class. We are required to wear scrubs and white shoes to class every day. They are soooo comfortable and they still look new.

Doves rating - This shoe is nice but it really needs to be stronger on the inside around the ankle its seems to me that it could tear easily even after a few weeks of wear.

Nurse Mate's Dove - Nice, comfortable everyday clog/walking shoe.

Love the toe-room! Very comfortable shoe with lots of toe room. Plenty of room throughout to add orthotic.

Nurse Mates Dove - Soft and comfortable support for working 12 hour shifts. I am a nurse and these are the most comfortable shoes I have worn. Not the most fashionable but who cares if they keep your feet from hurting!

Workhorse shoe - The comfort level on the whole is great, but due to having to wear compression bandages all the time, I would benefit from a wider width. I got the widest that Nurse Mates offers, but I wish they would have a few more width options. Other than that it's not the MOST attractive shoe, but it is extremely comfortable and once school starts I'll find out how they do when I'm on my feet teaching all day.

Didn't work for me - These shoes are very lightweight, which I loved. The problem with me is that they were too tight on the tops of my feet. I wore them a few times before I started noticing this, and now they hurt too much to wear. Sitting in my closet collecting dust.

Not so pretty - I am very glad I ordered these shoes. I have a wide foot and these shoes are great.

Cute for a "comfort shoe" but the wide was not wide enough; there was very little arch support and the heel rubbed. Disappointed.

I needed a shoe to replace my wonderful Merrell mocs (which I get every year) that seem to have stopped being manufactured in white. Unfortunately for me, these shoes are just a strange fit. Based on other reviews, I purchased my size, but there seems to be extra room at the toes. However, they are very tight at the opening of the shoe, so much so that I couldn't get my foot in with a sock on. The drag was so much that my sock would pull taught against my toes and the heel of the sock popped out the back of the shoe. I could only get my feet in comfortably with bare feet. And the back of the shoe isn't high enough for me, it seems to sit at a very awkward place below my Achilles. So all this together leaves me feeling as though my foot isn't fully in the shoe. Weird. They do feel soft and as though they'd be super comfy if I could only get the shoe properly on my foot. Sigh. Back to Zappos they go.
