As always, Zappos service was great. Wish I could say the shoe was great. A little small. Ordered a 7.5, needed an 8. An 8 is a full size larger than the street shoes I wear. I run for an hour five times a week. I really need a shoe that fits well. I didn't try to return the shoe, should have, I know Zappos would have been great and allowed me to return it.

Nothing but Ryka's for me! I have an arthritic big toe joint, which bothers me if my shoes are too narrow. I rarely have that problem with Ryka's and there's never a "break-in" period either. Since I discovered Ryka's years ago, I have never worn any other tennis shoe. This Solace style is the second pair like them, I've purchased and purposely ordered them because I liked the first pair so much. I'd highly recommend them for comfort, price, and style!

A great value - Comfortable, good support for either running, hiking or working on your feet all day. A great shoe for the price.

Fits like a glove - I love Ryka shoes and Solace absolutely lives up to the Ryka name. It provides excellent cushioning and stability. The heel has wonderful shock absorption. I would recommend Ryka's as the perfect shoe for anyone who has to work long hours on thiner feet.

Great shoe - The wide fit to this shoe has been a wonderful thing. I love this shoe and would buy another pair when I need it. I no longer have toe pain when I walk or work out. Terrific.

RYKA - This is my first purchase of the RYKA. I received these shoes in two days from when I ordered it. Not only that I received them 8:00 AM!! I'm happy with my purchase and I had made purchase earlier purchase last month and was not pleased and ended up with terrible foot pain, and needed a new pair immediately. When I tried them on all I could say was AH!! They are comfortable, true to size and enough room for my toes. The sneaker also has a cushion in the front of the shoe to ease rubbing. You can wear with socks or without socks. Great shoe and stylish.

Ryka Solace - great fit - The Ryka Solace is cut wider thru the metatarsal area allowing for exception fit and comfort for women who are trying to accomodate bunions. I found that I can wear a medium width comfortably which provides much better fit in the heel of the shoe than a wide width size.

Very cushioned - Excellent fit-great for my hospital job. Better cushioning that some expensive nursing shoes that I've worn over the years.

Comfy from day one! This shoe was comfortable from the second I put them on. They may not be the zippiest looking shoes but man, my feet were happy. They're a bit wide in the toe, but not incredibly so.

I had to go to a bigger then normal but they are very comfortable!

Just the right fit! I generally have a hard time finding a shoe that fits well. My foot is rather wide, but my ankle is narrow. Surprisingly,these shoes fit perfectly, even without having tried them on before purchase. They did rub a little at the breadth of the foot the first day, but it didn't bother me after that. Also, the arch fits perfectly.

Excellent walking shoe - This is an excellent walking shoe. The width of the shoe across the toebox is truly ample, yet my heel doesn't slip out. I do find that the arch support is not all it could be, however. I don't think it would be so perfect for running.

Second pair - This is my second pair of Ryka's Solace. They are the best fitting and most comfortable walking shoes I have owned. Thinking about purchasing another pair.

Great Shoe! I love these shoes! I am on my feet most of the day since I take care of children and these are perfect!They look great and feel wonderful. I can always find my size at Zappo's and they arrive at your home incredibly fast!! Thanks

I walk on pavement - I walk on pavement up hill every day for about 2 miles and these have good cushioning for my large frame. My heel doesn't slide like it did with my Reebok walking shoes and the toe box gives me wiggle room even with bandaids on. Laces stay tied.

great shoes - I can't find these shoes in any stores in my area. I had an old pair that needed to be replaced and found these shoes to the most comfortable and best fitting I have ever had. I find they are very true to size, they hug your heel and have a little more room in the toe area. I love them.

Ryka Solace - SOOO Comfortable! I have always purchased Ryka sneakers as they come in wide width and seem to fit my feet very well. I have a small foot, but with running shoes, seem to need a wide width. I have been unable to find wide width Ryka's until now, when I found them on Zappos. This shoe is the most comfortable and stable running shoe I have worn. I run 2-3 miles a day, five to six days each week and this shoe has been great. With my old shoes, I needed a knee brace but since I started wearing these, I no longer need the knee support. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Avia A681W - This shoe looks good and is comfortable to a point. It is rather narrow though and you must where a thinner sock with it or it is tight around the foot.

Great fit - I love how the heel fits so snugly. I have these in wide width, and the fit is perfect.

Soft as can be - This sneaker as good arch support, and is like walking on mini air bags, very soft with a good amount of bounce. There was absolutely no break in time. Ryka is always a good sneaker though!

This is it! After trying SEVERAL pairs of athletic shoes of various brands (New Balance, Avia, Asics), and returning them all, my new Ryka Solace is a solace indeed! My heels are very narrow and all the other shoes I tried gave me heel slippage---very discouraging! My new Rykas hug me like pillows, soft yet secure with plenty of cushioning. AH!!!The search is over! And NOBODY beats ZAPPOS EXCELLENT service!!!

Best athletic shoe I ever bought. This is the best athletic shoe I have ever bought. I suffer from arthritic feet, and I find them to be wonderful and light. I know everyone's foot is different, but for me this shoe is awesome! I have not been able to walk too far before, but wearing these, I almost feel a spring in my walk because of how light they are, I almost want to start jogging! So, I highly recommend these to anyone. They did feel a 1/2 size smaller, but it may be my bad determination of my foot size.

Great Shoe - I was desperate for shoes to run a marathon with only 2 weeks before the race. These shoes fit perfectly, got me through the race without any blisters, and they look good too!
