Good slip resistance, but cripples my knees! These work very well on the wet and greasy kitchen floors, but after 5-6 hours, the hard insole starts to make my legs ache. After a double shift, my legs are useless!

Good Service, Poor Shoe - I was very disappointed. I needed a black comfortable work shoe that could withstand 8 hours of being on my feet. I've bought white Skechers before in this size and width with no problems and for some reason this shoe seems to be more narrow (I have a blister on the side of my foot to prove it). These shoes also seems to have less cushion then other Skechers. The bottoms of my feet began to hurt within a few hours. The worse part is that I bought a similar pair with just as bad of results. I would return them, but after wearing them all day they got to dirty to return. As always, I love zappos for there speedy delivery. I ordered these on Wednesday and they were at my door on Friday. I will certainly order from them again.

I do not know why these are called "softies" because they are not. I bought them for my daughter to work in because she stands on her feet all day and she complained about them being hard. So I decided to try them on. Sure enough they are. So, back they go. I am not sure why they receive all the glowing reviews. I do not get it. Maybe we received shoes that are not the "softies?"

Would not recommend this shoe. I bought these because they claimed to be good for long shifts such as nurses have but they are literally falling apart. The soles are still fine but the uppers are coming apart at all the seams after only 9 months and I only wear them for work 3 days a week. The pair I had before these were Saucony and they lasted for 4 years during which I worked tons of overtime, had a baby, and ran a triathlon. So Saucony I'm coming back!

Softies - Very disappointed. The sole is already coming unglued. I've only had them for 3 wks. Will not be buying them again

My shoes are wonderful, sturdy, yet comfortable enough to spend 16 hours a day in, which I do!!

I have been wearing these for seven months. I work at a brewery and I serve in the bar and give tours. These are the only shoes that I wear to work there. The slip resistance is great and my feet do not hurt at the end of a 13 hour day. I had some Nursemates which killed my feet and I returned them and got these.

I have worn Skechers since the day they came out - I even have an original pair of their gym shoes still in my closet. One of the reasons I have always worn these is because they seem to have a higher arch and better support than most other brands in the same price range. I recently broke my foot and had surgery to replace two tendons in my foot. It took me a long time to find shoes that I could wear comfortably, especially now that I am required to wear a wide shoe due to the custom orthotics I have to wear. I literally tried on over 200 pairs of shoes in a 4 month time frame to find one that felt right, and I went right back to Skechers...these shoes were it! I am actually having a hard time finding another pair because I must get a back up pair! This is the only pair of shoes I can wear right now, so I'm literally in them 16 hours per day. I am also a chef, so I am standing constantly for 10-12 hours a day, 4 days per week (and we do not use anti-fatigue mats in our kitchen, so the extra support is really needed). I highly recommend Skechers brand as a whole, but definitely this pair of shoes for people who work on their feet all day.

These are phenomenal work shoes. They're comfortable, supportive, and accommodates inserts/orthotics for problem feet. I'm able to go 8+ hours on my feet with no issues thanks to these shoes. The slip-resistant sole performs beautifully on wet or greasy floors. And they don't look too shabby either!

These shoes are great for "problem" feet. I have rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fascia, and these shoes are great!

These shoes were just as comfortable as I'd hoped! They look great with black jeans for the fall too!

I had to order a half size up for proper fit, but these are excellent work shoes. Now that I have them broken in, a nine hour day of standing on concrete hurts less than a five hour day hurt before! which is always a nice thing. I would recommend these shoes for anyone looking for a simple work shoe that will stand up to long hours and hard surfaces.

Folks, if you stand on your feet for a long time on work in an atmosphere of cement floors, this is the shoe to buy. I have had this shoe for 4 years now and they are just about to give out. I do need support soles in them, but if you do, then purchase them a half size bigger. I didn't know Zappos sold them until today and I am about to purchase another pair. My kids laughed at my shoes, but they are comfortable and durable then anything I have ever have.

Love these shoes...felt great right out of the box! I got the wide width and had plenty of room...all around great fitting shoes. They're also good looking. Will buy these again!

These are the most comfortable and supportive shoes I own. I am on my feet 12 hours a day and they still feel great!

I love these shoes, they're the only ones I don't have to (break in) first. I'm a waitress in a very busy restaurant, and these are non-slip, comfortable, and cute. Zappos is great, too. Fast, friendly, and you get the feeling they really care about the customer.

I love these shoes. They fit perfect right out of the box. I have wide feet and the wide size was perfect. They are very comfortable. I stand on my feet for 10-12 hours per day. These shoes are nice looking too. I wish they came in a variety of colors. Red would be cute.

Skecher work softie - Shoe fits great and just needs a good insole to give better arch support. I have worn these for years waitressing and have never slipped on wet kitchen floors. A great shoe for people on their feet a lot on slippery floors.

Great work shoe - I'm on my feet all day in a kitchen and I need a good good shoe also look good.

Comfort right out of the box - I have purchased 3 pairs of these shoes and will continue to buy them for my work shoes. I am on my feet 12 hrs a night and these shoes provide continual comfort. There is no break-in period which is a real plus. My only slight complaint is that these fit wide and I have a very narrow foot.
