Comfort right out of the box - I looked at this shoe on several occasions before I decided to purchase it. I'm sorry I waited so long! It was comfortable from the first time I wore it. I did purchase it a 1/2 size larger than my normal size. The shoe is roomy in the toe box and doesn't blister the heel. It is a little clunky looking, but that doesn't out weigh the comfort. The only slight minor drawback is that it is a little warm on my feet. I'm definitely going to purchase another pair in a different color. And, as always, Zappos delivers fast and on time!

VERSATILE AND SOOO COOL! They are the best shoe for hiking, climbing, outdoor camping, and even boating. I sailed with these on the Med. for a week and they are comfortable and cool. I will never go back to Chaco’s or Teva’s.

Fit true to size. I am so glad I did not follow the other reviews to order a half size larger. I wear a 9 in Keens and ordered a 9 in this style and they fit and feel great.

Comfort, no break in period - My sister had Newport H2 and had nothing but good things to say about them, comfort, no breaking in period, rugged, easy to clean just toss them in the washing machine. So, I thought I would give them a try. I wasn't sure if I would like them because of the toe cap, they looked kinda chunky. I ordered them a half size larger like everyone suggested. Which I am glad I did. I wear an 8 but ordered an 8 1/2 the 8 would have been too small. I ordered around 6pm and they were at my house the next day, talk about awesome service. I tried them on as soon as they arrived. They are my favorite summer shoe. They are not as bulky as I thought they would be, and they make my feet look smaller. I wear them every chance I get, just wish I could wear them to work. They are going to be perfect for camping, canoeing, water parks or just going to the grocery store. I highly recommend these shoes. :) I'm ordering a Keen bag for school. I hope it is just as nice.

Keen is Keen! I bought these shoes from the reviews. I did order a 1/2 size larger and they fit great. I have a knee replacement and work as a part time waitress, so I need a shoe that gives me support and has a closed toe. These are very nice and work well. I do find the Chaco sole more comfortable over time and their arch support is better for a high arch. I am on my feet 6-7 hours without a break, so that comfort is critical. These begin to be a little uncomfortable after about 6 hours. My only real complaint is that you have to take the shoe off to get anything out of it that has worked its way in. All in all a great shoe! I love the green!

Pretty good so far - I was a little nervous that the shoe would feel clunky or that it would pinch my wide feet and stubby toes. But it's turned out to be just fine, and it's great for walking.

Hybrid sneakers - Love these slip-ons airy sneakers. They are comfortable, roomy and they have a nice grip making you feel secure in your feet.

My Reliable Comfort! I bought this shoe 2 years ago for a trip to Tahiti. It took a bit to get used to the texture of the insole, but I don't even notice it now. In fact, the texture keeps a wet or sweaty foot from slipping around. I thought they were pretty ugly 2 years ago, but notice that now lots of brands are imitating them. I ordered a 1/2 size larger and the fit is perfect. What is especially great is that I have a narrow foot and the way the back of the shoe fits, I NEVER have to worry about my heel slipping out of this sandal. I wore them on an underwater excursion and they are machine washable. I now use these shoes on my treadmill every day, walking 2 miles. They are far more comfortable than my Ecco trainers.

Great for play - I'm looking forward to wearing these to the beach and just kicking around town this summer. They fit well and are very comfortable to wear.

Allergic to these shoes - I tried these shoes on and they seemed fine indoors. Very comfortable, shoe seemed perfect. However, when I got in the car, within 10 minutes my feet started to "weep" with perspiration, and they began to ITCH. I had to pull over and take the shoes off. I was perplexed. I visited the Keen website, and they have a section of their FAQ that explains that some people are allergic to the antimicrobial treatment in the neoprene lining of the shoe. They have a shoe model in their line that does not contain that chemical and advertise that if you have a reaction, they will exchange your shoes. I did not have time to deal with that, and the shoes were too hot to wear in 110 degree desert heat in my opinion. I returned them immediately, and replaced them with Chaco sandals...I am thrilled with my Chaco sandals. My feet can breathe, will stay cooler, and they are more comfortable... better arch support.

Not pleased - Thought they were great, could not wait to get them. I bought and went to Belize, on a boat and they gave me nothing but blister and pain. I had worn them at home to make sure they fit but they were a big disappointment and will return them, not for a refund but for a different style. I have had feed back from friends on this style and they agree. Blisters and pain, sorry Keen but this is an honest opinion.

Oops - I kind of goofed with this shoe - comfortable, but clunky looking and not very flattering. I ordered the lime green color (they were out of almost all the other colors) and am having a hard time getting them to go with anything. I am taking them to Hawaii this summer, but wish I had gotten a more flattering style. I have several Keens and love them all, but this one. Zappos' service can't be beat.

Comfortable, but bright - The shoe fits true to size and is extremely comfortable with solid stability. The only negative thing was that I ordered what looked more like khaki on the web and was actually somewhat kiwi. I will make them work because they are so comfortable.

Good looking and comfortable - I love these Keens, they are very comfortable and come in many color choices. I now have 3 pair of Keens.

Sports shoes - I bought these to go kayaking in Kauai next month, so far I have only tried them on and walked around the house. I do not know how they perform yet, but they feel super good.

Ready for Summer - I bought Keens for my 4 daughters and myself for hiking this Summer. I usually wear a 9-9½. My toe touched the end of the 9s, but the 9½'s are perfect. If you run between 2 sizes, go bigger. I can't wait to hit the trails!

Love Them - I still have comfort after a 12 hour long shift. Great support.

GREAT! I have yet to really get outside and make use of this shoe in how it's designed to be used, but so far in wearing around the house purely for comfort and fit, it's been wonderful! I will be wearing outside for walks, on the beach, hikes and such, and I know that they will serve me well. Do order a size larger than your normal shoe size. I have a pair of Keen snow boots, too, that I needed to size up from my normal 7.5 to and 8. Zappos service is stellar! Thanks!

LOVE MINE - I really love these shoes. I read the reviews on Zappos before I bought them and ordered 1/2 size larger than I normally wear and they feel great. I live in Houston and we camp and go out in our boat often, but I bought these because we are going to Costa Rica and I wanted a "go-to" shoe that would carry me anywhere, wet or dry. We were out in the boat this past weekend and I was especially grateful that I had them on as the dock was very steep and slick and these shoes really kept their grip. I've been wearing them everywhere.

Great as always!!! I just received my new pair of Keen Newport H2 and they are wonderful as usual. I wanted the new color green and it is added to my collection. These shoes are sooo comfortable on my feet after having 2 foot surgeries. They are my shoes of choice! Thank you Keen!

The perfect shoe for Santa Cruz - I had heel pain and tried this shoe on and the pain is now gone. I have been wearing this shoe since then through most of the winter and now into spring. This shoe is great almost year round in Santa Cruz.

Great all purpose activity shoe - This shoe is fantastic! I bought it for a trip to Costa Rica and it held up great. It was comfortable and was excellent for white water rafting. Two of the guides had on the same shoe! I highly recommend it.

Width - Since there is no "wide" size available, one takes a chance. If one has a bunion, the narrowness of the sandal causes a problem. However, after awhile the sandals conform to the feet. It takes time and patience until the material stretches. I suggest customers wear them before embarking on a journey.

H2 Review - This is my first pair of Keen shoes. I have been wearing the H2 for dog walking and moderately steep hikes. I like the sturdy grip soles. For steeper rocky hikes I would wear a lace shoe with more stability.

So far, so good - These might be the least attractive shoes I've ever owned; however, they are, so far, the most comfortable. I have not yet worn them without socks, but I have worn them with socks (sometimes two pairs at a time) from sunup to sundown with no problems. I was skeptical about ordering a 1/2 size up, but after reading multiple reviews advising to do so, and with such a reasonable return policy, I did and am not disappointed. I will also say that the look is kind of growing on me. I guess comfort will do that for a shoe!
