I think these shoes are changing (shrinking?). I have been wearing Newport H2s for years and years and have gone through more than a half dozen pairs. I have always loved that I can rely on their great fit. But. I have gone from a size 9 in previous pairs, to a 9.5 in the last couple of years. All my other shoes including other Keens are size 9. The last pair I ordered I sent back because they were too small. The footbed was visibly shorter than another pair. Zappos (because they are awesome!) sent me another 9.5 and a 10. I ended up keeping the 9.5, but it is definitely less roomy between the footbed and the upper part, and the toebox is a bit more constricted than previous pairs. I have always felt these were the greatest shoes ever, but this recent purchase has been frustrating and a little disappointing. I'll wear these and probably buy one more round at a later date in hopes that this was just a fluke.

I purchased these shoes to try to replace another pair of same style, different brand shoe. I felt that they were big (wide) and bulky and heavy. I like to hike and felt that these shoes would wear me out after a little while. I did return them.

I wear an 8 1/2 and originally bought that size. The shoe was at least 1/2 size too small. Had to get the 9. Will be going on tour where we will be getting out of small boats directly into the water so needed a sandal that could go in the water and dry fairly quickly. Also wanted something with some support. I wore the sandals for a day out walking and they felt great right out of the box. Didn't need to break them in at all. We'll see how they perform on the trip. So far my only issue is with the sizing.

Just tried them on for a bit and I can tell these are going to be my new go to summer shoe! They are comfy and have great arch support.

The Newport H2 fit perfectly and was worn on a rafting trip for the first wearing. It was the perfect sandal for dealing with rocks in the river, swimming, and hiking into the portage area.

I always wear a 9 in my Keens, but these seem to run narrower.

I had to exchange because I needed a half size larger than usual with Keens.. No prob since Zappos makes returns or exchanges so easy. I LOVE the looks of this Keens Newport H2 especially the rainbow colors against black. I appreciate the extra support it gives, as I hope soon to be walking in European cities with cobblestones and the like.

Love these shoes. They were extremely comfortable wearing the first time, and love how they look. They are kind of heavy and clunky looking, but I think they will have endurance through any outdoor activity. I was a little apprehensive on ordering my usual size 7M, since I have a pair of Keen hiking shoes in a 7M that are a little too big. This is not the case with the 7M in the Newport. It is true to size and love the wide toe box.

I ordered this sandal for the boat. I wanted a shoe that had a good arch support and protection for my toes, I've recently had toe surgery and needed to make sure they were protected. Because of other feet problems I wanted a arch support for comfort and stability. This shoe fit the bill on all my requirements, in additional the tread helps for slippery docks and it dries fast. Highly recommended this sandal.

No break in time required, these fit comfortably right out of the box! I have worn them daily to work (I work in a very casual setting) and to walk my dog on both trails and street, and I have had no issues. I receive many compliments on them as well.

I've had the same pair of Keens for over 10 years and replaced them with these. While they were the correct size toe-to-heel, I found them uncomfortably snug - which no loosening of the laces could correct. I'll try the other style.

I'm blown away at the comfort & support of these shoes. I have another pair of Keens in a similar style, but these put the old pair to shame. These have a very thick, supportive foot cradle that fits like a glove. I have history of fallen arches, but the arches are so supportive it is no problem. The extra cost was definitely worth every penny! I got the black with contrasting pastel stripes - very attractive. I'm thrilled with them!

I loved my Keen Whispers. and decided to try a different style. After wearing these on and off for a week, I ended up put them in the bag for the salvation army because my little toe protruded through the gap in the straps. Not matter how I adjusted them I could not make them comfortable. I guess this shoe design is not for me. I will go back to the Whispers.

I normally wear a 7.5 and have been consistently sizing up to an 8 in all of my Keen shoes (work boots, hiking shoes), so I went with an 8 in the Newport H2 and it was perfect. I actually ordered the Newport and the Whisper to decide between the two, but a mix up at the warehouse left me with two pairs of the Newports. I tried them on and wound up liking them so much that I didn't even bother getting the second pair exchanged so that I could try the Whisper. I like that they have a substantial sole and don't feel flimsy; I've gone hiking with them and felt perfectly comfortable. I need some arch support in my shoes and these have just enough. Plus, I love the Raven/Capri colorway!

I love this shoe. I have more than one pair. Unfortunately I think Keen has changed the fit a little bit. I've tried them on in stores and at one store the shoe fits great, then in another store the same size is a little small. With this Keen model I needed a 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear. The stores didn't have 1/2 sizes which is why I buy from Zappos. Plus you can't beat Zappos customer service and free shipping/exchanges. And Zappos has a much bigger color selection than in the stores.

These shoes are awsome and I am so glad I got them. They feel good and the color scheme goes with everything!

These are now my go-to shoes for boating & fishing. They have great traction on wet & slippery boat ramps. They're very comfortable - they fit nice & snug, so my feet don't slip around inside the shoe, even when wet. Good arch support for my plantar fasciitis. The rubber toe shield is a nice touch. And the soles are good and sturdy. I love 'em!

If I had the money, I'd buy several pairs in different colors. I LOVE these shoes. I am a true 10 1/2 size, and can rarely find shoes that fit. These are roomy in the toe box and not too floppy in the heel. They have moderate arch support, and do not rub anywhere on my feet. They can be slightly adjusted over the top of the foot via an elastic lacing system. I wore them for an extended walk right out of the box. They have been wet from rain and there are no stains or ill effects. I highly recommend these.

These are some of the prettiest Keen sandals I've seen (I've had several pairs in this style)-- I got the Raya Black color and have received many compliments on them. They are comfortable and true to size, as I have come to expect from this brand. The only downside to these sandals is that the black insole rubs off on your feet, turning the bottoms of your feet black and making them look dirty. Otherwise, these shoes are a hit!

Loved this shoe from the minute I put it on. Great support and fit. Dried very quickly after getting wet, and kept its shape. Would definitely recommend.

I bought this sandal in the Free Asia pattern in my usual size 9. I did need to exchange it for a 9.5 and that was a perfect fit for me. I love these sandals as with all Keen sandals. Interestingly I had a bit of difficulty getting my foot through ankle opening which is truly interesting to me. Hopefully with a lot of wear, the ankle opening will give a little. I will still give these shoes 5 stars as they are a perfect color and are very supportive and comfortable. Don't hesitate, get these Keens.

I got my Keen Newport H2 Malachite/Silver Branch today and I really like and love it. The color is so nice and it fits my feet so nicely, perfect and it's soooo comfortable. I can't wait to wear it. My feet is so happy and it feels so comfortable when I walk. This shoes is perfect for beach, walking or any outdoor activities and it's so easy to adjust. I've been looking for this kind of shoes and am so glad I've found it. This is the best. Thanks!

I've been looking for a replacement for my Columbia sandals (bought 5 years ago) which have excellent arch support. I am pleased with this Keen shoe. I would be even more pleased if I could grade this EXCELLENT arch support. I am compelled to rate it 5 stars across all categories because overall it is a great shoe, it is comfortable, and I love it's style. Just a note for comfort, I will be wearing a sock with this sandal when going on long walks.
