We just returned from a 15 mile canoe trip on the Hoh River and the Newport H2 was the perfect shoe for comfort and all the portaging we did. I wear an 8 1/2 narrow and have high arches. The 9 was a great fit.

I normally wear an 8 M. I need a generous toe box, both height and width, for arthritic toes. Unfortunately, this model doesn't provide it.

I have several pairs of these shoes and bought the plaza taupe/provincial color as I wanted a beige/tan Keen to wear with Khaki's, etc. I do wish it was pure beige/taupe without the blue but the blue is minimal and a pretty shade.

Absolutely love these sandals! Just had foot surgery, and was worried that they might be too narrow. The sandal has plenty of room in the toe box, not too wide at heel, and has good support. Wish they came in the same colors as the Whisper, but very happy with the look and comfort of this shoe. Zappos service is awesome! Very impressed!

This is my first pair of Keens. They’re very nice looking shoes and fit great except for being a bit short for me. Had to reorder for a size up.

Love my Keens both Venice and Newport lots of colors to wear year round. However, this recent purchase was slighting smaller than my comfort level. Sometimes, you have to try a few different pairs for the ideal fit. If the shoe fits buy it!

I love Keens and over the many years I've probably had about 12 or more pairs, and counting my family we're likely over 20 pairs. This is the first pair of Keens I've ever tried on that were not true to size. They felt about a size small to me, perhaps a 1/2 size in length, but with the tightness of the connected fabric parts (that only stretches so much) I'd say a full size. This was super disappointing because the color/style is really cute and the bottom is more nubby than the other Keens I ended up keeping, yet I really wanted a super nubby bottom. Had these fit I'd have kept them. I could have exchanged for a size up, but we're leaving on a trip (for which I was needing new Keens), so had to go with the equally cute, but slightly less nubby bottom (it's the Venice H2, in case you're wondering what I went with). I likely wouldn't have ordered more than one pair of Keen's but other reviews were mentioning sizing issues, so luckily I did order the second pair of another style so I'd have something for the trip. I also like the style/look of the ones I kept a tiny bit better and it's a style I'd never ordered before, so it worked out fine. Our house lot is on a hillside, so I tested out the Venice H2 to see if it would be grippy enough, since the nubby-ness is less and it seemed to do just fine. So, hopefully that will apply in practice on the trip as well.

I love the Keen NEWPORT H2! I always bought the Keen Whisperer and this time I bought both! The Newport H2 has much more support and so comfortable! I had a hip replacement and need good support and this is it! My new walking shoe which I wear without socks or with peds and you can’t even see them! So well made and these will last for years! A must buy!!!

It must be some issue with the Keen footbed used for these type of shoes. I tried several styles and the footbed is the same. Very uncomfortable at the ball of the foot. Disappointing since I love the Keen Presidio I purchased last fall to wear on our trip to Italy. I liked them so much I bought a second pair!

I used to be a huge fan of Keens but I find them feeling less and less comfortable and not lasting as long as they used to. Styles are still super cute but that's about it.

Runs small compared to my other Keen sandles and I have the same style.

Got these shoes for my mom. She loves Keen’s sandals and wears them everyday for summer. If she could she would wear them year round. They hold up well too. She still has the last pair from a few years ago in good shape.

Very comfortable sandals. I heeded other customers’ reviews and went up half a size. Perfect!

Love Keens. Have several pairs that I still wear. Just wanted a fresh pair.

Disappointed in the color, "Raya Black." The picture looks like they have a lot of pinks and reds, but the sandals I received are browns and greens. They definitely look like men's sandals.

Seemed like it would fit ok, but my coworkers agreed that they were the least attractive of the keens i’d ordered. Also, there was an issue with the webbing on one of the feet where it felt scratchy/pokey and I could tell it wouldn’t be comfortable on a longer walk.

Keen must have changed their shoe sizes as the 9.5 i purchased 1 year ago and the 9.5 i purchased now are a full size different. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I have never worn Keens before, and I purchased these on a whim. Contrary to other reviews, I don't think these run small -- they are just right. The toe box is wide enough too (compared to many brands of running shoes lately). I have shorter feet but longer toes, and the arch is in the right place on these shoes for me (e.g. i often have a hard time with very round-toed pumps).

I love the Keen Whisper and the Rose. I was looking for something more substantial and ordered these because they look great. They just weren't the same. Not as comfortable, hit the bunion join smack on, and well, they just didn't feel like the others I wear every day. Sadly, I sent them back and I'm trying a different version of the sturdier Keens.

Very, very disapointed! Keens used to be my go to summer shoes, great with a casual skirt or even climbing a mountain. I loved the colours these offered too but... I purchased these to replace a pair that didn't last a whole summer (quality problem) and now they have changed the length too. My regular size of 8s were too short, the 8/12s had the sole seam in a bad place, and my feet swam in the 9s. Time to look at Teevas.

First time buying this shoe as my Dansko walking sandals finally wore down after 4 summers. I have had them for a while and love love love the shoes. Great fit, very comfortable & sturdy to hold up to lots of walking but with still some flex so they don’t feel stiff. Surprisingly enough, not a single blister on the first few wears. They fit well, which for me is a challenge as I am a size 10.5, but not wide. Will definitely buy these again.

Have been a huge fan of Keens for 12 years. Finally wore my first pair out (similar style). Got these in two sizes (my normal (8) and one larger (8.5). The 1/2 size bigger fit perfectly. I have a medium width foot and can do some narrows and these fit very well in that dimension. And, as always, they were comfortable right out of the box. Took the dog on a 3 mile walk first day; no breaking in required.

Wish the colors of the stripes were bright like the ones in the picture online. Overall stylish and very comfortable. Debating on whether I will keep because of the colors. I may exchange the shoe for the same in another color. They fit and feel great. I love Keen and this shoe stands up to the quality they are known for.
