I walk 2.3 miles to work and then the same back each day, and these are holding up very well. They have great support and are VERY comfy except for one issue: they aren't particularly cool. I wonder some days whether my feet are kept any cooler than if I had on shoes and socks. I tried several other Keen styles before getting these, as well as the Ahnu's. I would have got the Ahnu's if they had had decent arch support, as I think they are otherwise better-designed. Of the Keen's, these Newports were the most durable and have the best arch support. Overall, I'm glad I got these, but I just may drill some holes through the toes one of these days so as to get a breeze coming in. If I do, I'll let you know how that works out.

I ordered this shoe based on the wonderful reviews, but was a bit concerned since it does not come in wide widths (which is what I always wear). I am thrilled! The drawstring allows you to customize the fit of the shoe. I wore them 6 hours straight, so comfortable and supportive. I usually get knee pain within 30 minutes of walking, but not with these. Very delighted with my purchase. I did order half size up as recommended and they fit perfectly. The only drawback is they can be a little difficult putting on but I am sure that will change in time. Great for working in the yard, sole conforms to uneven terrain.

Great shoes. I go between an 8 and 8 1/2. Got these in the larger size and they fit just right. Easily adjustable. Wore them hiking, to a dog agility competition and white water rafting during my first week of vacation. Good for light hiking, not a lot of support for all day running in agility competition and for rafting day they were perfect!

I have been eyeing these Keen sandals- my husband swears by his. I have to admit, they were comfortable from the minute I put them on. I love that I can walk in them- they are very sturdy. They hose off, wash with soap and water (you need to do this to keep them fresh!) and dry quickly. I am sold. With EU sizing, you should order your EU size which is about a half size up from your US size. That worked perfectly for me.

Where do I start? I personally love my new Keen Newport H2 sandals. They are very comfortable and have a great arch support. I needed extra comfort and support due to foot surgeries and these sandals supply it. The heel is nicely cushioned. I bought mine a size bigger than I normally wear (after reading the reviews) and just love them. I would buy them again.

I wore these shoes -- without breaking them in -- on a trip to Europe. They were fantastic! I walked miles each day, hiked, and swam with them and never had any issues. I highly recommend these shoes! I wear a 6.5 or 7 shoe. The 7 fit the best. I also have a narrow foot and they were not too wide.

These are the most comfortable and wonderful compromise of a tennis shoe. You get the support, the style, and the cool air on your feet, great summer shoes, I love mine!

I usually order my shoes in wide widths, but with these sandals, I don't have to. The medium is wide enough. I love these shoes, they're comfortable right out of the box, cool, have good support and protect my toes (or hide them, depending on what my pedicure status is). I have three pairs of Keen sandals, and if I could get away with it, I'd order a couple more in fun colors.

Love, love, love! I walked all of the parks at Disney World for 8 days straight from open to close and didn't think about my feet once. It's the perfect shoe. Protection from toe stubs, cool and airy and best of all comfort without blisters and sore spots. I did buy a half size larger after reading other reviews and they fit perfectly. They would have been to small if I had ordered the 7.5 instead of the 8. Thank you Keen for a great shoe, and Zappos for great service.

My favorite pair of sandals! I bought these because I needed a pair of closed-toe sandals, so my Sarasota Keen's wouldn't do. I needed support and comfort and that is just what I got. The material around the skin is very soft and non-irritating and the footbed is just marvelous - I truly love putting these shoes on!

These are the best summer play shoes around. Comfortable. Water-friendly. Great for running and climbing. Machine-washable. What more could you ask for in a summer sandal?

First, thank you Zappos for the overnight shipping! This is a great company. These sandals are rugged and comfortable. I wore them on a trip to Taiwan which included a lot of walking and never had a moment's pain from my feet. They are a little warm, but I did not encounter any of the burning soles that other reviewers have mentioned.

This is my 4th pair of Keen sandals. The Newport H2 is very comfortable and I like how easy it is to walk in. I have a slightly wider foot, but not enough for a wide shoe size. The Newport H2 fits great and does not feel too tight. I did get a blister from them on an odd spot. The top of my foot, from the cut out part of the sandal, but that was the day I wore them for about ten hours. I often have heel pain, but these sandals do not hurt and give my foot great support. Love them so much that my toddler and husband also have pairs! I purchased the slate black color and they are not black, but dark brown with light blue trim. I love the color, but if you want black, they are not! I ordered half a size up and they fit well.

Once again Zappos has blown my mind. Their services is second to none. Zappos rocks! I love these shoes. For me, New Balance runs small so I know to order a half size up. My Keen's are one of the most comfortable shoes I own. These shoes are good for everyday; walking, standing and in the rain, these shoes are great! Thank you Zappos and way to go!

These are awesome shoes! I bought them to go hiking in Northern California, and wore them every day for several days before the trip to break them in. They are great, with or without socks, let your feet breathe, and were perfect for hiking and even over rock face! You definitely need to go up half a size, however. My feet are tiny, as I generally wear a size 5, but had to return those for a 5 1/2 in these shoes. I have to reiterate, though; these shoes are great, and I would definitely buy them again.

First of all, a big thank you to Zappos! Talk about 1st rate customer service. They are simply the best. I ordered these sandals after a day on my feet at the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, realizing if I was going to make it through vacation I needed a better shoe. These sandals were waiting for me the next day by 10:30 am, 10:30 AM! I don't know how they do it! I tell everyone about Zappos! As for the shoes, super comfy and my feet were happy, and no longer dog tired at the end of the day. I got the gargoyle/sap color and I actually like them more in person. I have a medium-to-wide foot and these worked well for me. Thank you Zappos!

I felt bad because I had ordered two pair of shoes and neither one fit. So I thought I would try one more time and ordered the Newport H2. I love this shoe. It was comfortable from the moment I tried it on. I have bad knees and need a good arch support. It feels just a little narrower than the Venice but not too much so. I will be ordering another pair soon. I am retired and this will be my everyday shoe. I can't say enough nice things about how comfortable this shoe is. Thanks Zappos!

Quality made & comfortable. Purchased as a gift for my 25 year old daughter; she wanted to sleep in them. Can't get a better compliment than that.

These fit perfectly right out of the box. Very comfortable for walking around town, and excellent in the water. I wore them white water rafting and they were great. On that trip I also swam with them on, and climbed on and over rocks in the water, and these sandals stayed on really well, and had great traction on the wet rocks.

After trying $1000 worth of shoes, these and another pair of Keens are what I kept. I have double-wide feet, and these, when the laces are loosened, are plenty wide. With lots of unexplained foot pain, in these shoes my feet don't hurt at the end of the day. Good arch support, plenty wide, cushion-y. I'd definitely recommend them.

These were great shoes to have. I purchased them to go on a cruise and to have for the beach and hiking through the forests. They were the best shoes i ever had. My girlfriend took her Teva and her feet were blistered and hurt, but I had no problems what so ever. Hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, snorkeling. They did it all. The only complaint I had is that when trekking on the beach the sand would collect at the front of shoes and I would have to take them off and shake it out. Other than that the best shoes. Can't wait to see how they do when we launch a boat.
