I wear women’s size 8 and usually wear an 8 in Keen sandals and an 8.5 in Keen shoes. I ordered a size 8 in these sandals and they felt too short in the toes, so am returning them. I reordered in a size 8.5 and they fit much better. I got the shark color, which looks great.

This is the 6th pair of Keens I’ve purchased and I LOVE them! I teach so they are excellent shoes for standing and walking. I wear them constantly!!

I have owned multiple pairs of Keen Newport Newport and have never had a problem until now. The color I ordered was Mulch. I always order a half size larger in Keen as they do run small, but this pair felt a smidge smaller than normal, but not so short that the next size up would work. It also didn't feel like my foot was setting correctly in the foot bed. I ended up ordering two more - Black Rose and Slate Black. The Rose felt the same as the Mulch, but luckily the Slate Black felt like good ol' Keens! I am uber picky about shoes so maybe this would not be an issue for others. Thank you Zappos for catering to those of us with foot issues.

The shoes run large. I had to go down two full sizes. Pretty design.

SO disappointed with some obvious changes in the Newport H2! I have a 2-year old pair that was always plenty wide, soft inside and has a perfect fit. This year's Newports, even from Keen itself, are narrower and rougher feeling inside. The top of the sandal presses down on the top of the foot much more than my old ones. And one color I tried had hard spots at the sides of the heel, which you'd constantly feel when walking.

I usually wear a 71/2 street shoe and an 8 in running shoes. Judging from the reviews, I ordered an 8.5. They were too big. I got the 8 and they are perfect. I love the fit and they are so comfortable. I ordered a pair for my husband; he wears an 11 1/2 running shoe, so I got that size for him, and they too are a perfect fit.

I loved the look of the shoe, however, I had to return them as they ran small.

These were perfect to go from hiking to kayaking in Belize. From water to ground, they were breathable and also allowed me to have grip when walking. My feet tend to swell during activity and the flexibility of these shoes made it a non-issue. I could just loosen the bungee if it felt tight. Also, these shoes were really padded in the soles and supportive.

I've had a pair of the Keen Newport H2 for about two years - my first pair and I love them. Comfortable right out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs and I find that these sport sandals provide all the arch/foot support I need to stay active. They wash well and wear well. I am one very satisfied customer!

I just purchased these for a warm weather vacation. I have not worn them much yeat, but they feel great right out of the box and I think they will be perfect for my trip.

I have a nerve condition on the bottom of my heels called Baxter's Nerve Entrapment; it can be very painful to walk, especially in my heels. I ordered these Keens as per recommendation by my podiatrist for a good water/hiking shoe for my trip to Hawaii. I was not disappointed. There is a lot of room at the front part of the shoe which allows the entire foot to splay out, and this also provides extra support. I completed a muddy hike in Hawaii with these, and they held up the entire time. No heel pain for me at all when I wear them. When I returned home from my trip and found they were dirty, guess what? You can put them in the washing machine. Now, they are good as new. I see what the hype is about with this shoe. For practicality and comfort, there is no better sandal than this one.

I loved these and did wear them for over 2 months. However they made my Plantar Fasciitis flare up. I think is has more of a heel than I realized. They are comfortable and are great for walking on trails eve thru water. used them for all day touring also. Well worth the price, I just can no longer wear them. I switched to a similar style from orthofeet that I have been able to wear without pain.

My husband has these sandals and I was looking for a pair of sandals with a closed toes due to some recent toe issues where I would feel uncomfortable having my toes exposed. When the 7 1/2 arrived, which is my usual size, my toes hit the front of the shoe which is very hard so I exchanged them for the 8. They fit perfectly. Love the color and feel I will be able to walk comfortably in them.

Cute, comfy, great for hiking, water activities, or just around town.

These are amazing. Very comfortable and adjustable. Such a great shoe for warm weather hiking and walking through water.

Bought them for wife. She loves them! Kinda tight squeeze because of her wide feet, but I have another Keen fan in my family now!

I am normally a size 9 or 9.5 in tennis shoes. In these, I am an 8.5. I was looking for a true hiking sandal and this is it! I even tried chacos (uncomfortable) as well as the Keen whisper (wimpy) before landing on these, and they just don't even compare. I can walk in these for hours and hours and I almost feel like I'm not even wearing shoes! Extremely comfortable, supportive and durable.

My definition of a well fitting shoe, is when I notice I haven’t thought about my feet in a long while during the day. Keens are like that. I have arthritis in both big toes and usually hate most shoes. Keens are the exception.

Out of five different keen sandals this pair was the most comfortable.

The best for crunching through sand and wading into water. Really comfortable, even without socks! I left them sand and salt crusted for, uh, weeks before rinsing them off and they were fine. I bought a half-size up, as they cinch into a comfortable fit.

This is my 4th pair of the Keen Newport H2. I live in them year round. If it is too cold in the winter, then I wear socks with them. I used to have pain in my feet but never again after getting my Keens.

I have always bought Keen sandals and literally lived in them until I moved to a Tennessee winter. During the rest of the year it was Keen Venice H2 but now, few available and so I tried Newport H2 ( above). The colors grand but, once on, so tight and no give. I did not give up though. I remembered in the past, once the shoe stretcher we have was placed on the shoe for several days, I could enjoy the shoe. I believe it was because I have a wide foot, so warnings to those with wide feet! The shoe stretcher always works well, so it is a wise investment. It is worthy to note that inside the shoe it can be a bit scratchy rough at first, but guaranteed after wear it smoothes out nicely. Since I have flat feet with a propensity for plantar fascitis, I appreciate the good arch of Newport H2. Sorry it needed to be stretched, maybe that is a noteworthy point to bring up to the Keen manufacturers. I wear a 9 1/2.

unfortunately the rear external strip of both sandals ripped off after just 14 months. Although the sole is extra strong, the overall strength of a product is measured in its weakest point

I may change my ratings as I wear these shoes, and will explain. In the past I always ordered Keens Venice H2 but the colors dwindled down to dark and same so I sensed they were pushing Newport H2 and after I read the reviews here it seemed to fit what I needed. Flat feet, wide toe box, need for better arch. I literally wear these shoes all the time except when I switch to Brooks tennis shoes in the snowy winter in TN. I followed the suggestion of ordering a half size up which was a 10. I got the immediate delivery and tried to put the Newports on and could not even get my foot in there. But what I have to do with all the Keens every year is stretch them for several days and then all works well. So I am stretching now and hoping for victory.

It took many tries to get the sizing right on this shoe and feel they run a full size small - probably because the toe box will hit your toes if you order your correct US size. The shoe is really ugly on and my husband calls me Bozo when I where them-I agree they are ugly on. That said, I like the arch support and the toe coverage for when I do summer yard work. I will forgo looks for a practical, comfortable, supportive shoe that I can wear all day without inserts.
