I ordered these with only four days before Christmas. Even though it was such a short time, I received them after 9:00 PM on the day before Christmas. They were the perfect gift for my son! He was thrilled. What great service and the shipping was free! The customer service is the best!

Hubby loves these, and Zappos is perfect since he refused to walk into a store unless it sells fishing equipment!

I bought these shoes/sandals for a trip to Singapore and Borneo about a month ago. I was looking for shoes that would be comfortable in hot, humid weather and that would not blister my feet. I am delighted with these shoes from Keen. I wore them everyday in Singapore and Borneo and never had a problem. They are not fashionable, but no one complained about their looks and they were extremely comfortable.

Bought these for my son for a trip to Costa Rica. He thought they were really comfortable and wore them throughout the trip hiking, horseback riding and zip lining.

My husband has been very happy with these shoes. He uses them at the beach or for yard work. He has a wider foot and these are a bit snug, but still comfortable.

Put them on and walk in heaven. I can't take 'em off. Great shoes.

Well designed and comfortable. This is the 3rd pair I've bought (in different colors). I like the protection for your toes in particular because I'm clumsy.

Great sandal! I bought these specifically for my Europe trip this year and they were absolutely comfortable, especially on cobbled streets and gravel roads. Great pair of shoes!

First and foremost, Zappos customer service is the reason I shop here. Amazing, upbeat, perfect, friendly, over the top wonderful. Bought these for my husband as a surprise. He owns the same pair, but they are worn out. He has abused these through every sport, weather, environment, and beating imaginable. He even put them thru the washing machine (not recommended). He loves them. Comfy, supportive, durable, sexy, ...a great choice.

Fantastic shoe. Wear them all day, every day even to church. They feel great. I had to send back a similar style of Merrell's because the Merrell's just were not comfortable. These shoes felt comfortable the first time I put them on. I highly recommend them. I wear them everywhere.

Terrific shoes! My son loves these, and they're his summer go-to shoe. As a parent, they're terrific because they look nice casually, and when he's more dressed up. I also like them because they stay on his feet and cover his toes for biking or scootering.

The shoes fit nicely and are comfortable right away without a breaking-in period. If I'm not wearing socks, I can feel the breeze around my feet as I walk, though they're surprisingly warm when I'm standing or sitting. Visually, they're not super-pretty, but they're substantial enough that most people won't notice they're sandals at first glance when viewed from the front. The material seems durable and the workmanship is of high quality. They are slightly challenging to put on; I find I have to sort of crawl my foot into them using my toes before there's enough clearance to pull up the rear strap. Not a big deal, just something to get used to. They're surprisingly heavy, thanks to the thick sole. Heavier than some of my completely-enclosed shoes, more like the weight of small boots. If you're considering these as an extra set of footwear to take on a backpacking trip or a hike, make sure you're prepared for the extra weight.

(As a woman) I bought this shoe due to the same shoe in women's sizes didn't come wide enough for my wide feet. My husband also bought this shoe in the khaki color. We didn't have much of a chance to break them in and rolled the dice with them on our trip to Kauai. They turned out to be great. My husband wore them while snorkeling, we both wore them kayaking and hiking. No blisters, minimal sore feet after some pretty intense hiking (for this non-hiker). They were excellent. Their only downside is difficulty to get on/off and that they do not allow trapped sand out of the shoe hardly at all. As a result, I would bring flip flops for a stroll down the beach and saved these for heavier activities. I was so glad I bought them. Not the sexiest shoe in the world, but they work for their job.

Ordered this shoe even though they were men's shoes for a missions trip. It ran a bit small but they were so sturdy & they looked cute so I reordered them in a larger size. They did not have the size I wanted & I was so nervous because I wanted to do an exchange but the shoes would not be here on time! I picked an alternative color in a larger size & they next day shipped shoes at no extra cost! Best part about it is they gave me the sale price of the original shoe I wanted which saved me money! Zappos is awesome! And these Keens are great for rugged terrain & they have a nice arch support! I am totally satisfied with their service, free shipping & returns and their selection of high quality shoes! I will be shopping here a lot!

These waterproof Keens run a full size smaller which they state in the ad. I even get my Keen hiking boots a size larger. They are great. My feet are a wide and they are super comfortable.

Keen nails it with these shoes. This is my 4th pair, not because they do not last but because over the last 10 years, I wear the heck out of them and they always deliver - comfort, fit, durability - superb. This is Keen's best shoe in my opinion.

Currently, I am in the Philippines and wore a pair of these shoes today for a hike through rice terraces. In fact, I have worn them the whole time that we have been here, in cities, on the beach and in the mountains. They are extremely flexible, comfortable, protect my feet, and yet look reasonably decent in the city. I love them. I actually bought this pair as a replacement for when my current pair, which is identical, wears out.

I wear a 10 usually, but the 10 were tight. After talking to rep at Zappos, returned for an 11. Perfect. Shoes are great, but Zappos is unreal. Reordered on a Thursday night before Labor and was told I wouldn't get them until Tuesday because of the holiday. Told the girl I was leaving for Canada Tuesday morning. Somehow she got them to me the next day (Friday). They are awesome!

I'm pleased with this sandal which I purchased specifically for hiking in rivers in Bryce Canyon. Most reviews cite no break in period; I concur, but I've been wearing them to get used to the feel. They are not as comfortable as my shoes when driving a car, but they have been fine for walking. I look forward to trying them out on uneven terrain.

Great all around casual shoe. Goes great with boating and other water events. Need to see more large and wide sizes like 16 3E.

I really like these sandals/ shoes. I wanted something that was cool for the summer but more protective and sturdy than regular sandals. They are really comfortable and made of good quality material. I'm very active so they would also be good for water sports when your feet will get wet and you need something that will dry fast and won't fall off like sandals.
