This pair ran very small. I have 2 pars of the same shoe purchased 2 and 3 yeas ago which fit fine. Some change in production has happened.

I've had my Keens for about three years, but most of that time they sat in my closet. I'd occasionally take them out to wear on bike rides, but I usually preferred my trusty Chacos for hiking (gravel, dirt, etc tends to get stuck in Keens). I've recently moved to Singapore, and I got my Keens out for a three hour urban hike across town. I was surprised at just how comfortable they were, and I wished that I had started wearing them long ago. That was last week - just now I put them on again to wear for another long hike across town, and I noticed that the stitching at the ankle where the heel strap attaches has completely fallen out after the last hike. For shoes that are supposedly rugged and made for outdoor wear, these things are surprisingly delicate. Unfortunately, since I got them so long ago I can't return them (even though they've hardly ever been worn), so I'm stuck with them. I see several other reviewers who are saying similar things about their Keens, so please beware about the poor build quality on these shoes.

Very disappointing! The very first time these shoes got wet they came apart! Right at the toes!

Not so great, this shoe. 3 other keens have been great. This particular shoe seems tight. I would return it, but I wore it trying to get it to stretch out. I might try another Keen.

This shoe is not waterproof. I wore this at the beach few days ago, and they stayed wet for almost 30 hours. What reason makes Keen claiming this product is waterproof?

Disappointed in stitching quality of Keens. The past two pairs I have purchased and returned have had the stitching come apart. I love the shoes but they have to fix this seam. The seam fell apart after about 8 months of occassional wear.

I did not buy these at Zappos (wish I had, they have great CS). The first time I put these on the loop at the top of the foot broke off. Called Keen CS and they no longer had the color (2 month wait). So I suggested I get them repaired and send them the bill and the CS person agreed. Not much money ($5.28) but they never paid and would not return my email or phone calls. As just a matter or principle I will never buy a Keen product again.

Shoes didn't work. Kept getting blisters and am returning the second pair. Very sorry.

This is the shoe I now wear everywhere, all summer!

Got these for my dad. He’a a 10.5/11 & the 11 fit great.

Great Sandal

Call me nuts but I’m able to run again Newport H2! I suffer from Morton’s neuroma and had completely given up running and began walking in these sandals. One day I ran a mile - no pain! I’m up to 15 miles a week (zone 2) running and my feet feel great. Not setting any speed records but getting my miles. Only draw back is the occasional pebble or acorn:). Regardless, the Newport H2 got this 57 year old back in the game. BTW people can hear me from a block away!

I purchased these Keen Newport H2 shoes for my husband and he loves them! Great for everything from walking in the rain to taking our grand-kids to the public pool. He tells me they are comfortable, true to size, and stay on his feet in slippery conditions.

I’ve been wearing Newport H2s for years. They are the most comfortable shoes I have. I think these are my fifth pair. They don’t seem to wear out but over time they become worn looking.

Rt foot a bit larger (1/2) than L I buy to fit Rt foot and tighten up the L as needed.
