Keen Newport H2 water shoes - I ordered a pair of Keen Newport H2 water shoes to wear when I walk on the beach--about 12 miles a week. I developed a bad case of plantar fasciitis, and so I can't walk barefoot at the beach anymore. These Keens have been great. They are comfortable but offer lots of needed support. They take abuse from saltwater and sand with no problem. When I get home, I rinse them off and sit them out to dry, and in about 24 hours, they are ready to go. I wish I had discovered them years ago.

Keen H2 - This is the second pair of shoes I have ordered from Zappos in recent weeks. I am currently deployed overseas and their service has been outstanding. The Keen Newport H2 sandals are awesome and very comfortable. I ordered them for my R&R trip. I would recommend this sandal to all who need a durable, waterproof, and good looking sandal that also protects your toes.

Great shoe, a little hot on the feet at times. I do like the water proof factor. Great looking.

Great Shoe! I love these shoes! Very comfortable. Great for hiking in or around water... dry quickly. Seems to run small... had to get a size larger than I normally wear. Rec'd shoe VERY quickly from Zappos!

Not too bad - These are pretty comfy. Worked well for my trip around Yellowstone, but not recommended for hiking as rocks tend to get into them pretty easily. Also, they are not as cool as I had hoped, but they're comfortable summer walking shoes.

Great Comfort - When I first received my Keen Newport H2 shoes, my impression was that they were going to be too small. I normally do not wear strapped sandals. However, I finally got them on, a little tight fit at first, and wore them for a couple of hours. From then on, I was hooked. They are the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn. I lived aboard a boat for a couple of years and wish I had a pair then. Not only would I have saved a few broken toes, but would been comfortable and safe at the same time. The treads on the sandals are exceptionally well made and provide outstanding traction, even around slippery surfaces. I would highly recommend these specific shoes to anyone living on or around the water. I have found my water shoes. That's my story and I am sticking to it. Keen Newport H2 - I bought these for my husband and myself after recently purchasing a camp assessable only by boat. Our feet are either in water or rugged terrain and the shoe suits both wonderfully. They are snug enough so our feet are not slipping in the shoe, airy enough for water to drain out. On occasion it has taken a long time for the shoe to dry while still wearing, but still is not uncomfortable. Will definitely purchase another pair and from ZAPPOS! Thank you!

Keens are groovy - The arch support is fabulous. They are comfortable and stylish. I love them!

Quality if Keen Newport is suspect - I like my Keen Newport H2, but I will not be "showing them off to my friends". Why? They are practical and great for hiking, but the quality of the finish is not there. Specifically, the soles are "multi color", but that only means it is a base rubber color with a second color painted on. The very first time they got wet, the finish came off in blotchy patterns on the sides of the soles and the toe. I would not buy these shoes if you are looking for something that is durable and stays nice looking.

They actually fit! I almost didn't order these because I have a narrow heel, and didn't figure they would fit without slipping. Wrong! They actually fit great, and I am quite happy with them. Good quality and a nice summer time addition.

Looks Great- On Everyone Else's Feet! I just ordered this shoe because several of my friends have them and love them. I must have goofy feet, because the shoes just do not look right on me (my pinky toe looks like its about to pop out through one of the slots in the side- I think it's just the unfortunate layout of my feet rather than the sandals). I'm sending them back and ordering some trusty ol' Tevas. On a side note, I ordered these at around 10 pm last night and they arrived TODAY at 3:15 pm. Zappos- the...best...company...online...hands down!!

Keen's Newport H2 - Despite the feel you have of heat and of walking on plastic when you 1st put it on, you get over it quickly. This shoe really is comfortable and protects your foot much more than you would have thought.

Newport H2 - This is my second pair of Newport H2s, and I really love the shoes. I wore them throughout my vacation in Europe this summer and they were comfortable to wear all day, with no blisters, etc. There are a few things that you should know about these shoes, based on my experience: - They stretch after a few days of wear. If, when you first try them on, they feel a bit tight, they will loosen up very comfortably in no time - Beyond that, there is little "breaking in" for these shoes - they are comfortable from day one. - One issue - they can get a bit stinky if you wear them very often in sweaty weather, but they are machine washable, so that takes care of that problem.

Like the shoes... I have had these for about 3 weeks, and I have been wearing them a ton. I like wearing sandals, but prefer how my toes are enclosed with these shoes. I think the shoes are generally "odor free" as advertised. I find my feet sweat in them a little more than a more open sandal like a Teva. While waterproof, they do dry slowly. So getting them wet doesn't do any damage, as long as you don't mind damp shoes for next day. Haven't done too much athletic in them (hiking, etc.), so I can't comment on how functional they are for more strenuous activity. (As an aside, I was quite happy with Zappos! I ordered a two-day shipping, and got bumped to overnight for free -- awesome!)

I have arthritis in my left and right feet, and normally wear orthotics in both shoes. Occasionally, my left foot has given me problems, making it painful to walk. I have been a beach bum for many years, and am not ready to give up walking the beach, or going into the ocean. My foot/ankle orthopedic surgeon recommended Keen's to me, so I ordered a pair. The shoes are comfortable, functional, and give me a measure of support while walking in conditions of uneven surfaces in the water. The inner soles are cushioned, and absorb shock while walking on hard surfaces. I am comfortable walking on dry sand or in the water on sandy surfaces. While I have given up walking on bare feet as a concession to my problem, I have not had to give up activities on the beach, both in the water, and on shore. After coming out of the salt water, I just rinse the shoes with fresh water, and set them aside to dry. They dry in reasonable quick order, and are ready for use again.

I'm buying my second pair now - These are the most comfortable and durable sandals I have owned...I'm finally replacing them after three and a half years of wear. I have traveled all over the world with these. They are great sport sandals and have held up well to machine washings. The only negative thing I would say is that they trap sand and stones inside due to the narrow strap design, but you can easily remove the sandals and dump out the debris.

H2O yeah! Perfect for being out in water! I wear these canoeing all summer long.

Good value for a water shoe - This is a good water shoe. Very solid for walking on rocks in the water. Lots of stability and protection. Only complaint would be that beach sand gets in, accumulates, and won't come out without taking off the shoe and rinsing. I normally wear an 11.5, but had to re-order an 11 for this shoe. If you get a shoe that is too long, your little toe can pop out the side. Overall I like the shoe for water activity, but I think it is a little hot for normal wear (but then I don't like anything more confining than a flip-flop).

I love 'em - They're tough, easy to put on, and very comfortable.

Recommend to anyone - These are great shoes. No break in period needed. Wonderful for land and water. I'm on to my second pair because I wore my first pair out! These run about 1/2 size small, so order up in size. If they get too dirty, just pop in the washer. Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Awesome versatile shoes! My wife bought these for me for Father's Day and I have to admit I was apprehensive. This much for a pair of sandals seemed high, but it was well worth it. These are the most comfortable shoes/sandals that I have ever worn. They are great for everyday wear, but look good also with some dressier shorts and shirts. They are wonderful in the water and dry quickly and the footbed is very soft. Overall, I can't be any happier. Be advised that they run about 1/2 to 1 full size small, so order a larger size than you normally do. Lastly, ZAPPOS ROCKS! I wanted these for a cruise that I was leaving on in 2 days from when I ordered them. When the CS rep found out they wouldn't be here in time, she immediately upgraded to free overnight shipping. I had the shoes the next morning. I will always stay with Zappos with this type of "customer-first" service approach. Thanks Zappos!

Great comfort, support, and cool for the summer.

New H2s look sharp, not quite as comfortable as my old pair - I've had a pair of Newports for about 3 years now. The first time I put them on, they felt like I had slipped my feet into incredibly comfortable gloves. The material the old pair is made of is micro-fiber like. It has a little stretch to it and I really like that. The material in the new pair reminds me of ballistic nylon. It seems incredibly durable and seems to hold up well. These new H2s just don't have that wrap-my-foot-like-a-glove that I get from the old pair. I still enjoy wearing them, they are comfortable, and they are my “dress” Keens now. I still slip on the old pair when I can though.
