Love this sandal. I have Birkenstock Gizeh and was ready to purchase another pair of the Mephisto Helen when I decided to try these Kayla. I always thought I had wider feet, but I guess I am wrong. I ordered size up (39) and the fit is perfect. I initially thought the strap would rub against a large bunion I have on my left foot, but it actually fell between the straps. Still thinking it might rub, I wore them around the house and miraculously, they must have stretched a bit and no rubbing at all. No break in period. The amazing thing about them is how light they are on your feet. They don't drag you down. I can see these becoming my favorite sandals. I am now looking at getting another pair. Highly recommend. BTW, I tried about 7 pairs of Teva's and the Naot Hero. I basically wanted a sandal that looks great with dresses and shorts/jeans while on vacation. But comfort was the number 1 priority. These fit the bill perfectly.

These sandals are so comfortable that I forget that I even have shoes on! I did have to exchange them for a wide, because the medium is narrow. Wonderfully made shoes! I hope to get another pair in the future! Zappos customer service is excellent!

These are great sandals for women who need a narrow size. I've had several pair over the years and I am never disappointed. The only reason I am returning them is because the color is not what I expected.

I ordered my size but had to return them and order up a size and they are perfect. A very comfortable and supportive sandal that is great looking in the pink!

These are classic Naot sandals that have support and style. The insole has excellent arch support and the cork footbed has enough give in it to make walking comfortable. I love the Rumba color, a sophisticated dark red in my opinion. With my numerous foot and knee problems I try on a lot of shoes and often have to return, but these were a keeper right out of the box.

My third pair of Naot Kayla sandals over several years. Great shoes! Cork molds to your foot and makes a very comfortable fit.

No break-in time for the navy velvet nubuck — other colors felt a little stiffer. These are my go-sandals for everyday because they are comfortable. While I'm not wild about how they look, they rarely bother my feet, as most shoes and sandals do. The straps just miss the painful spot on my arthritic big toe. I depend on these!

These are my favorite brand of sandals, specifically the Kayla model, and especially to wear on trips where I am walking all day. They are stylish, the arch support is fantastic, and they fit me perfectly. It is very hard for me to find sandals that fit because my feet are slightly narrow and low profile, but not enough to wear shoes that are marked narrow. These would not fit a person with a wider foot or a high foot. I buy a new color every year or two. I think the Dorith style is the best looking of Naot shoes, but the footbed doesn't have quite the support offered in the Kayla, Pamela, and Krista. I have been wearing these for years and I hope they never stop making them!

I was pleased to find a perfectly fitting Naot sandal with a thicker cork insole. I thought I ordered black, but I love the deep rich burgundy color. It's a keeper!
