Don't hold up - Very comfortable but after a few months the ankle strap was so stretched out that it drooped and looked sloppy.

Beautiful, but too small - I love this shoe, but the footbed is too short. I ordered a size 11 (42), but my toes peeked out over the front edge. I can often wear size 10 sandals if they are styled a little roomy (such as Bass) and this size 11 was just too short. I love the styling and really wish I could wear them! I think the sandal is styled a little narrow, but my foot is narrow so that is not a problem for me.

A little short - Although these are the exact shoes I purchased in a store, the pair I order online is a little bit shorter, so my toes push at the ends.

These shoes should marked as seconds. On one shoe, the straps fit correctly. On the other shoe the copper colored straps across the top were significantly longer and they stood up and away from the top of my foot. There was an actual visible space between the straps and my foot. I own many pairs of Naot sandals, and I haven't had this problem with any of them. This is a quality control issue at the manufacturing end.

Poor manufacturing quality control. I ordered sandal 3 times; 1st order was I size too small, 2nd order - shoe insole on left sandal sloped down toward the outside & was unbalanced to walk on (I only discovered this when I walked on shoe for some length of time.) 3rd order - shoe insole on right sandal sloped upward on left side, again creating unbalanced walk. I was very disappointed, as I had this same style sandal previously and wore it comfortably for years!

I ordered the wide and my toes were hanging off the edge. Aside from the strange fit, the shoes came dumped in a box - looked used. The sides of the shoe were coming apart- literally unglued. The smell of the shoes was awful - from the glue? Returned them. Especially given the price, the quality was so poor.

I have worn Naot Kayla sandals for years. This version was cut smaller, the front strap was tight, and the leather was very stiff. Quite disappointing.

Too tight across the toe strap and no way to adjust!

The “Medium” size is very very narrow. I have never worn a “wide” shoe in any brand and could barely get these on.

These shoes are extremely narrow. They arrived without a box, so I'm guessing someone else had issues too. The style is cute but I couldn't even slip my foot into them because of being so narrow. They were size 38 and I wear a 7 1/2 to 8 depending on how the shoe is made.

Loved the look, but they were so small (at least an inch shorter than other sandals I own in the same size) and narrow, I couldn't wear them.

I was looking forward to my sandals but like others I've seen say that the shoes don't match, I found the same to be true. I ordered a 10 and it was a least a size to short. I ordered the 11 and it still didn't seem long enough. The right shoe fit and was narrow enough, the left shoe the straps didn't touch my foot. I was so disappointed. I guess I will give up and find a store that sells these shoes to be able to try them on in person. I don't understand how a company that sells shoes don't match in fit and length. You should be able to buy three styles in the same size and have them fit. Frustrating.

The sandals fit me, but the straps on the top front of the shoes do not have any elastic at the end. I was concerned they would be uncomfortable wearing them for a long time. Sent them back Purchased Pikolinos as a replacement.

The straps at the toes are so tight it's impossible to slide my foot in comfortably.

Beautiful sandal that I ordered for Christmas parties, etc. However, the leather is very stiff and uncomfortable, especially compared to other Kayla's that I have bought and loved in the past. This pair also has small white spots on the leather strap over the toes on one shoe that I would actually overlook if they had been more comfortable. I'm sad to return these, as I love my previous Kayla's.

The fit on the right foot was great! The left shoe was so poorly put together it was not possible to determine the fit.

I have an older pair of Naot Sandals size 42 that are a bit too long. So I decided to go down one size. Well these shoes are a full two sizes smaller shorter and wayyy more narrow! So narrow I feel I am balancing on a balance beam. Must return. Too expensive also.

I had to return this straightaway. I ordered size 12, but I am really an 11.5, but like a little extra toe space for sandals. These are smaller than the size 11 sandals I have. Otherwise they were cute, but felt a bit awkward int the arch. Did not love the velcro close for an expensive sandal like this.

I've worn the Kayla for years. So sad the way the quality has gone down. They now wear out quickly, have low-quality foot bed with way less arch support than they used too. Quality control is awful: different colors fit differently. I used to have half a dozen in different colors. Now need to find a new go-to sandal.

The stitching felt rough against my foot. I am returning it. The straps just didn't lay right on my foot.
