I normally wear a 9 1/2 AA and was told by your phone contact that I should order this shoe in a 9(does not come in 9 1/2). The shoe was too short. Probably a 10 would have been better.

This shoe was narrow as was remarked in the reviews which was fine with me, but may be hard for some. I usually wear a size 11 or a 42, which is what I ordered but this one was definitely a half size smaller than that as my big toe is right at the edge to over. Will be returning.

The straps across the toes were to wide for myself. I sent the shoes back.

I wanted to like these, but they just looked very strange on me in that the band across the bottom part of the sandal hid my small toe completely. It looked like I had four toes!

These are pretty cute, but run a little small, and not as comfortable as I hoped-returned them.

I was very disappointed that I purchased my regular size and my toes were to the very end. So I decided to try a size larger because I liked the way they looked and they were not much better. This is at least the 3rd try with Naot shoes and all times they’ve been to small. Guess this brand is just not for me.

I really wanted these shoes to work for me. The Oily Dune color is great, and the sandals stylish. My feet are narrow. The sandals are described as narrow-medium, and the foot bed fit perfectly, but the 2 toe straps were very loose. I want more stability when I walk than these sandals will provide, so back they go. Thanks Zappos for making it so easy.

Based on the reviews, I thought that these would be a good choice for me. However, I discovered that for me these shoes were not a good fit. I'm usually a 38 with Naot shoes, but these sandals were a bit short - my toes extended beyond the shoes. Besides that I found that the location of the arch did not work well for my foot, (it was decidedly uncomfortable) and it seemed that a larger size would still not fit well. Guessing that other sandals of that design would not work for my feet, I returned them and ordered shoes of a different style altogether. I love Naot shoes, but was disappointed with the fit of these in particular.

I had a pair of these sandals and liked them so much I wanted a second pair in a different color. I returned the second pair because it didn't fit like the first ones-the arch support was too high, and felt uncomfortable.

They are somewhat wide and the back strap was too wide to keep my foot stable. They are a comfortable shoe normally; I have had two pairs prior to these. Ashley and another, the name of which I don't recall. I really liked both of them and wore them often.

Kayla sandals are so cute and really comfortable. They have received the American Podiatric Association Seal. Unfortunately, the second strap was to big for me. I took them to the my shoe repair and he cut the sandal open and the strap, glued it back together and I have a new pair of sandals. I'm a big believer of fixing shoes, and clothes to make them fit me.

I think I received a miss marked shoe. When comparing Kayla to another Naot sandal, this Kayla was a almost an inch shorter in length….I took a photo but the app review field isn’t functional on my android phone

these are very comfortable but they are a much lighter purple than pictured. i am going to return them because they are a lavender tint silver color and i wanted darker.

My first reaction to the Brick Red was wow what a perfect color! Then I noticed a small black smudge on the strap. OK maybe it won't show. Then I tried them on. One foot was decidedly loose across the top two straps. This is my second pair of Kaylas so I know how they are supposed to fit. Then I thought ok I will try another pair but sooo disappointed they were out of my size. I could work with the smudge but the different feel of the two feet were more than I could deal with. So back they go.

I wish there were a category for returns that said, "too big AND too small". The sole seems narrower than other Naots I own and love; my toes hang over the edges. However, the straps on this style are far too wide and there's a significant gap around my foot. So, I'd be flopping all around in them and probably break an ankle. 'So sorry, they have to go back! (They ARE beautiful, and Naots are always great shoes! 'Just weird sizing in this one.)

I have narrow feet and the straps in the front are quite loose. I tried wearing the shoes but am afraid the leather will stretch and no longer support my foot. So I'm sending them back before trying to break them in.

I did not like the color. I had expected a silver color and it was really just gray.

Sadly had to return because this shoe runs narrow. I have been a medium width my whole life and the shoe bed runs narrow.

I really, really wanted this shoe however the velcro straps just didn't work for me. The straps are too long for narrow feet. The strap placement seemed off as well. This seems to be one of the narrower Naot sandals but the straps are just too long for my thin feet. I normally wear size 9N or 9.5N but I had to go up to a 10 and the fit still seemed almost too short and too wide. Additionally, I need at least moderate arch support. I really like the light weight of the sandals and the Navy blue color. It is getting more and more difficult to find good fitting narrow or "narrower" sandals (and shoes). Thank goodness Zappos offers more variety than anyone else and has convenient returns. I'll keep trying!!!

These Kayla straps across your foot are MUCH LONGER or Wider than all my other Kayla sandals. I'm guessing at least half an inch, so disappointed I have to return, I thought sure ordering these was a sure bet! I comparted these to my other Kaylas and there is a significant difference.

Very cute shoes and comfortable however the sizing is not correct. Go a 1/2 size up for sure!

I have had a pair of Kaylas for several years and they've served me well. The only reason I gave the new pair an overall rating of three stars is that the straps across the toes are way too tight. Alas, I must return them.
