I searched for a comfortable pair of sandals. Finally I found the Kayla. It holds my feet in place so they don't get blisters. The cork is insert is very comfortable. The shoe feels very supportive.

This sandal is just what I was looking for - a small heel, comfort and ease. My only complaint is that the leather is little stiff. Good walking on surfaces other than pavement when needed - I live in the country. But the sandal seems to transfer to city life as well.

The shoe is lightweight, easy on and off, and for the type, relatively good looking. My only complaint is that at the cross-strap on the interior side of the shoe, the stitching rubs against my instep in an irritating way. I'm working on a solution with bandaids or callous pads or something, because otherwise, it was what I is looking for.

These are my 3rd pair of Naots in the last 3 years. I love them but wear them out to death. I have been having trouble with foot swelling so they feel a little more snug than usual. Not sure if it\'s my foot or the shoe but I do remember the fronts stretch out a bit so I am going to keep them and hope for the best. But definitely be wary if your foot is wider at the front. They take a little breaking in.

These are really good looking shoes. I have an issue with flexible arches and need shoes with really good arch supports. These have good support but they are too soft and cushy for my foot and I ended up giving them to my daughter. Took wearing them for a while to realize they were making my leg hurt and I need a firmer support.

This is the first time that I have bought a Naot brand shoe. I liked the style and was looking for a walking sandal. I liked the reviews that I read and decided to try a pair. I'm very pleased with the shoe. It is comfortable, supportive and pretty. I only worry about the long term wear on the velcro strap. I hope it will hold up.

Very comfortable-- but one caution. I got caught wearing them in a heavy rain in NYC, and the black leather straps stretched out so much that I could no longer wear them. Now, I'm very careful to wear my other pair on dry days.

I was looking for a good walking shoe for my trip to France. These shoes worked pretty well. I loved the color selection. The foot bed was super comfortable. My only complaint was that they don\'t come in narrow. The two toe straps didn\'t fit real snug on the top of my foot so I felt myself having to grip with my toes ever so slightly.

Love this shoe! Looks can be deceiving because this shoe has tremendous support, great arch and ankle support. For summer walking these are terrific. I wear Dansko a lot, but for walking these Naot sandals are much better than Dansko (which are better for long hours of standing around and moderate walking). Only problem is that the strap around the ankle, which closes with velcro, eventually (for me by the end of the summer, if you wear these every day) stretches out, so it keeps popping open. So, each spring I get a new pair, which for the price, shouldn't happen. But these are the most supportive sandals, that are cute too, you'll find. (Four stars, not 5 because of the stretching out of the ankle strap.)

Comfortable, but look like Birkenstocks -
I've been looking for a pair of comfortable walking sandals, and these are certainly comfortable and have excellent arch support. Unfortunately, they look like Birkenstocks, especially when you just see just the front of them poking out from the bottom of your pants. I'm in my 20s, but I felt like a 50 year-old granola-eating, science teacher in these. I also ordered the Naot Marilyn in copper, which looks a little more put together. These are going back, but I'm keeping the Marilyns.

I bought the Naot Kayla before a trip to St. Petersburg, Russia where I walked 8-10 miles per day on hard concrete streets and through marble-floored museums. In the ten days I was there, I wore these sandals most of the time because they were the most comfortable shoes and looked good enough to wear with everything. Zappos gave great service and never charged me shipping. I will continue to buy from Zappos every chance I get!

I have this shoe clay and black nubuck, both of which I love. However, the "Buffalo Embossed Leather" is going back because it’s so much more stiff than the nubucks. It might be fine after breaking it in, but I prefer shoes that are comfy from the first wearing. Thanks for the super return policy, Zappos!

These run short -
I am a narrow size 11 with long toes and usually have no problem fitting a 42. I ordered a 43 because the 42 was too short for me in another Naot sandal model. Because of the toe bed, you need extra room at the edge of the sandal if you have a long 11 foot. These were too short, my toe touches the end. I may order the 44 because they are cute and very comfortable, but I am very surprised to have to keep going up a size.

Looked forever...am happy with the Kayla.
Excellent arch support, especially with my flat feet. Better looking than most Velcro strap sandals. When walking my toes do slip slightly forward onto the raised lip of the sole, but it's not that much of a hindrance and I love the support they give me.

These shoes are pretty generic in person. Not stand-outs at all. But the footbed does feel comfortable and has a little squish to it. I hope that holds up. I bought them because I travel to France often and cobblestones just trash shoes. These are not "chic" shoes, but they will have to do.

I have flat feet and so putting my foot into the Naot shoe, felt like I had so much support that I could wear the shoes all day and have more energy to keep going. What I disliked was that normally, I wear a size 8 (39) but I was told that I really fit better into a size 9 (40), when trying on the (40). It seemed like the ankle straps were too loose and not a good fit. The (39) was a much better fit, & that's what I purchased, but my toes do ride on the edge of the lip of the shoe.

Comfortable walking sandal.
These sandals feel good, but turned out to be just slightly less than what I would wish for relative to fit. I find Naots to run very slightly narrow and very slightly short. Just a drop! The foot bed could be a drop wider and longer to be true to size. For me personally, if the heel was about 1/4 - 1/2 inch higher that would be wonderful. Still I'd rate them high.

This shoe is extremely comfortable and very attractive. However, I am a 7.5 and the shoe doesn't come in half sizes, so my toes kind of hang off the end of the shoe a bit, making them a little less comfortable for me.
