So disappointed to have to return these shoes, as they were EXACTLY what I wanted, BUT I wear a Medium and these fit like a Narrow. No room for summer swelling in the heat. The shoe does not come in a Wide.

I had to return this pair of shoes because they were too narrow. Barely fitting now and they would not fit at all when my feet get hot and swell. I was so disappointed that this style was not available in a wider width. This brand was well made and had quality craftsmanship.

I've gotten other Naot sandals in size 39, so got ta 39 for this Kayla style, but they were too short. Was a bit annoyed that same size wasn't consistent in a different style, but thanks to Zappos free returns, it was easy to drop off the box at UPS - even during Corona times.

I read other reviews and ordered 1 size up and the length fit fine. It was a bit wide in the toe box strap area but manageable. Love Naot for their comfortable support because the cork base molds to your foot.

These shoes run small. I typically wear a slightly large-ish 51/2 and can usually get away with size 6 sandals. Per the size chart I should be in a 37 but my older 37 Naots swim on me. The 36 fits almost perfectly (could use a quarter inch more in the length) . The white pearl finish has a strong sheen, it’s not just a white leather pebble finish

I love these shows, but this specific color is really a narrow and not a medium. They do fit tighter than my other Kayla Naots. If you really need a medium walk around in them in case you need to send them back. However, I love the style and the color.

I agree with others that these sandals run narrow, but my medium-width foot with mild bunions still fit in them comfortably (my feet are slightly narrow except for the bunion). I bought these in the stone color, which has a very vaguely lavender tone, which I thought was pretty. I was looking for a sandal I could wear around the house in the summer. I decided to go with the Mephisto Helen instead, which has slightly better arch support and is easier to slip on and off. This is still a decently-attractive, supportive sandal though, but not sure it's quite worth the cost. Naot never seems to go on sale.

I got these because I have other Naot shoes for winter that are quite comfortable, and I wanted a sandal that was stylish and that I could walk in for extended periods. This fits the bill.

I usually wear an 8.5 in sandals but sized up to a 40 in these, which was perfect. I got the crinkle steel leather and didn't care for it-- not metallic enough, more just a kind of gray and not interesting. These were very comfortable but I returned them because I could imagine the toe strap stretching and since it isn't adjustable the shoe would have quickly become too loose as they were already verging on too loose for my forefoot. I might have trusted a stiffer leather to not stretch out too quickly, not sure. The middle strap gaped a bit. But pretty shoe and comfy.

I love Naot brand, and this sandal seemed perfect to match with a summer dress for a wedding. Although the fit and the design were lovely, the color was not a hot pink or magenta, as the photo suggests. It actually leaned towards the purple - a sort of red-violet. Did not match at all.

Stylish and comfortable - excellent combination. Normally wear 11 and 1/2, had to order up because 11 was too small. Size 12 was much better - even could have been 1/4” longer but I’m happy!

Great summer sandals; stylish; comfortable. Took them on vacation walked on hills, streets, cobblestones for hours, sandals were perfect.

The ankle strap was too big; and, there was no way to adjust it. So, I couldn't walk comfortably.

Color is as expected, medium light tan. Really disappointed in the footbed and arch support in these. I did go into it with high expectations because I already own this shoe in black that I bought on vacation at a physical store (walking shoe company). My black pair fit like a glove and scratched every itch in my high arched narrow foot right out of the box. The footbed on my black pair also feels like it has at least 1/4" more thickness in the soft padding under the suede surface. In comparison to those (identical sized same style sandal), the footbed in this pair feels like a flat rock. I'll go to another walking shoe store to see if they have a tan pair like my black ones. Otherwise the straps on this are wide enough to be super comfy, but narrow enough that they don't look too chunky. They hit in the perfect spots, don't rub anywhere. And these are classy (not granny), and go with literally everything. I find the Velcro closure to be very sturdy and holds the sandal on securely.

The Naot Kayla is much more feminine than the Norah. However the Norah's straps are velcro adjustable at the toe and ankle, making for a good snug fit. I am keeping the Norah's because of the adjustable straps, nice and firm on my feet.

I'm very sad, because I LOVED the Pink Plum color. But they are too narrow. I should have paid attention to that "runs as a Narrow-to-Medium width. They weren't kidding! I'd say more narrow than medium. :-( Going back.

The length, width and arch support were all good, but my foot runs slightly narrow, and the upper straps- particularly the middle one- were too loose. No go.

This is a great looking sandal, however the red is really red/coral so I am returning these. Was looking for a true red, loved the style and fit.

I give up. I really liked the style for casual walking sandals. I loved the feel of the suede straps. I tried 3 different pairs, two different sizes, and then a repeat of the smaller size but a different color because one review said the sizing was inconsistent. Nothing worked. The smaller size is too short and too narrow and the next size up is way too big. I must be in between. They just don't fit me.

This is so sad. The 40 was too narrow and slightly too short on the right foot. The 41 was way too big. The shoe is very cute and very comfortable. I wanted to like the smaller ones but they were way too narrow in the toe straps.

I have always loved this style and wanted to add a couple of colors this season. The length and width are true to size and the arch support is excellent. It seems Naot is putting some extra length in one or more of the straps that go over the top of your foot. This ruins the fit and leaves your feet flopping in the breeze. It seems to vary from shoe to shoe so maybe it’s a quality control issue. My feet are totally average 8’s. I still love this style but I think I must (reluctantly) go to the mall so I can try them on before buying. Zappos has been so understanding about the returns but I don’t want to abuse that privilege. I’m very happy that I was able to piece together one pair that were cut correctly in the brick red color - they’ll be my favorites for this summer.

Very comfy shoe with moderate style. Good for walking or even playing golf. Am ordering the next size up to see if it fits better. I wear a 9 in sandals but the right foot feels a tad short because they are narrower than most of my sandals.

I have a bit of a wide foot and these shoes were very narrow. Although the shoe did not fit me it does seem to be very comfortable.

I was really hoping these would fit, because they are cute and come in a size 13, which is hard to find. Unfortunately they were really tight over the top of my foot and they didn't come in a wide. Disappointed that I had to return them.
