Feeling like Cinderella ....reviewers that say these are inconsistent: that is an understatement! Just finished trying on my 8th-9th pair ...HUGE variations in length, width, comfort....bizarre! But in the end I did find the perfect fit, thx to Zappos returns program... !

Ran small and not as comfortable as I expected. Decided to try another style rather than size up.

These Naot sandals run very small and quite narrow. Not as comfortable as I had hoped.

Super cute but hit my bunion at the exact wrong spot!

This is a great sandal but I wish Noat came in half sizes--the 7 is a bit to small and the 8 is a bit big--mainly the middle strap on the size 8 creates a small gap between the strap and the top of my foot. I decided to keep them, have worn them several times and I'm reasonably happy with them. The gray color is great--not as stark as black but will go with almost everything.

So far, I LOVE these. I haven't worn Naots in years, so was trying these again. they fit my narrow foot perfectly, and have good support for my somewhat high arch. I love the velcro, and that it's also not visible. Super easy to put on and take off. The best part is how they hold in my narrow ankle with the adjustable part, so comfy. They have a slight rise which makes them feel feminine and pretty next to my old chacos that I used to wear every day (now will just wear for hiking/water!) I bought them because I couldn't stand the rubber footbed of the chacos, which can get slippery when sweaty, and wanted something more comfortable. I am hoping the suede holds up and stays soft and doesn't get ruined when I sweat, and I will try to not get these wet! I took off one star cause I would love some (invisible) way to adjust the toe strap, and wish I didn't have to worry about getting them wet, but right now they feel luxurious, comfy, and pretty enough to wear with skirts.

These are very narrow and fit tight. Was unable to wear them.

I think that these shoes run about a full size short. Usually I am an 8.5-9 and I needed to get the 41(size 10). I have never needed a size 10 before. They are really comfortable when you get the size right.

I returned these shoes because my toes slid forward too far leaving space behind my heel. Loved the style, quality of the leather.

Although I wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in American size I normally take a size 37 in European sizes. The reviews said these ran small so I sized up to a 38 and they fit perfectly. The strap going over the toe was a little uncomfortable at first but after wearing them for a few times it was ok.

The insole is molded to fit the foot, which works for me but perhaps not for everyone. It is on the stiff side, not cushiony, but not extreme. The straps accommodate my bunions well. The olive color is very neutral and- complementary to many clothing colors.

The shoe was perfect-but just a tad too narrow in the footbed. My fourth toe went over just a few millimeters-enough to be bug me. Super cute and fit perfect in every other way.

I have a pair of these sandals in black patent leather. The pros are that they are very comfortable and attractive. The cons, for myself, are that I thought they were 1 3/4-inch high, the height I like, which would be the case if they did not have the dip/indentation at the back. Another problem is that the velcro wears off before the sandals do, which is why I like buckles.

Feet are super narrow and even though reviews said these were narrow, they weren’t narrow enough. They looked great.

I bought these for my daughter - they fit true to size and fit her high arches well. I wouldn't say they look cute but they look nice and don't stand out in any way and that's what she wanted for travel in Europe.

This is my fourth Naot Kayla. It’s a great “walking” sandal: lightweight, has a metatarsal ridge, and accounts for a bunion. I can wear it for hours around town or on travels abroad. I feel safe wearing the Kaylas on uneven or cobblestone walkways. I gave this four stars instead of my usual five because the cheetah print is very eye-catching, and I’m not sure I want to draw that much attention to my feet!

I finally ordered the Naot Kayla after thinking about it for a long time. I have 2 pairs of Naot shoes and feel they are worth the money, but money is still hard to come by. :) I decided to finally treat myself and purchased the Kayla and the Verbena. I normally wear a size 10 in most shoes so I ordered a 41 in both of these styles. The Kayla was too short and my toes hugged the front of the sandal. I am exchanging for a 42. They are very comfortable right out of the box. I believe I will enjoy them for years to come. I should have checked my other Noat shoes because I went to investigate and sure enough they are both 42s. I am on the fence about exchanging the Verbena for a 42. They seem like they will be fine and I actually measured the shoe length and they are the same as my previous Naot sandal size 42. I wish they would all be made the same in all sizes.

I had to go up a size from 43 to 44 in this shoe, but then it fit really well. Luckily they made a 44, which you never ever see. I ordered a couple different colors, but I didn't think the black luster suited the shoe. I thought the shoe was still too casual to pull off a patent leather look.

This sandal is absolutely perfect in size, material, comfort and style! I LOVE looking down at my feet and seeing how great they look in this shoe. The straps across the foot are a bit diagonal which gives the shoe more character. WOW!! Are they comfortable! I completely understand why some the past reviewers have said they've walked all over Europe in them YES!! They're that comfy! Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because of the fastening strap. It's really quite long and I'm concerned about the stretching others have mentioned.

The fit is good. The 8 M accomodates the wide width and bunion on my left foot. There is a little extra space at the end of my toes on the smaller right foot. But I can live with that! Overall, I do like my purchase and would recommend Zappos shoes to my friends.

The sandals fit well, but the leather on the inside strap irritated my feet.

I was so excited to find some feminine looking sandals that aren't super frumpy in my size (women's 13 med). Then they arrived. My toes are right to the end of the 44 and the shoes are quite narrow. I'm keeping them *only* because there so few choices at my size that it's keep these, or wear men's sandals. I really wish Naot would just admit they don't actually make women's size 13 and save those of us who wear that size the heartache. Also, I know we're outliers, but gosh it would be nice for Naot to at least make their sandals in a true medium because the market for 12-12.5 narrow shoes (the ACTUAL size of their so-called 44 medium) is bigger than the market for 12-12.5 med shoes.

Like other reviewers, I found this style to be too narrow. I should not have been optimistic!

The shoe fit me perfectly, even with my narrow heels. The style is just ok, not what I expected but ok. For the price, just ok is not ok with me.

Loved the shoes but they were too narrow and a Wide size was not available. So disappointed as they were exactly what I wanted!
