Naot Kayla Sandals - I love the sandals especially the style. I'm sure they will be quite comfortable when they adjust to my feet.

It's greeeeeaaaat! I have a bad foot, in which I need to wear a really good arch support, but it is hard in sandals. I usually wear Mafistos, but because your site allowed me to look at all sides of the shoe, I could tell this one had good support. Now I love Naot shoes and will definatly buy more in the future!! Very comforatable!!

These are beautiful sandals, can dress up or down, and comfortable because your foot doesn't slide around. However, people with wide feet or lesions may want to choose another style. I'm still recovering from surgery and I have to be careful of where the strap rubs on my scarred and still swollen foot.

The strap around the heel hits my ankle bone in an uncomfortable way. The older design of these did not are much more comfortable. Just wanted a new pair. My are getting worn and both sandals have had the velcro restitched. Love the fit of Naot; I need the arch support.

Unfortunately I have narrow ankles so strap around ankle is a little loose, but I adjust the velcro as much as possible. I wish they came in half sizes. I am usually a 6.5 but decided to go with the 7, as I was afraid 6 would be too small. Other than the ankle being a little loose, these are definitely the most comfortable sandals I have ever worn.

These were cute I thought, I like the denim, chunky straps and the top straps (but not back straps) are adjustable. They were not cushioned enough for me, and the arch support was a bit much for me.

Loved the shoe footbed and general style, but this pair was too small. I have ordered other Naot shoes in this same size, and they fit, but in these sandals, my toes hung over the edge, so they were not wearable.

I thought the quality was inferior to the four pair Naots that I presently own and wear regularly. The Naot sandals that I have and been wearing for years are size 6, however the new pair of size 6 are quite a bit larger (length and width). I had to return them.

I think Zappos got the sizing wrong. These are European shoes and size 42 is size 11 in US. I ordered size 11 but they were too short. I'm usually a size 10 or 10.5 max. So I'm ordering size 12 now hoping that they will not be too wide.

Loved these, cute and the color would go with anything. Dress up or down. So sorry to return these. Wish the toe scraps were adjustable like the ankle. They were just too wide and no way to adjust.

The fit and size was great and true. I have been wearing Naot Kayla for many years, but I felt this pair was not up to the usual standards. I felt as though the leather was not as soft, consequently, not as comfortable. Disappointing!!!

Love the style. I wear an 8 and i ordered these in an 8 & 9 because I hate my heels or toes hanging over. Neither size was long enough. I ordered the dark blue and 'red'; beautiful colors, the red was more dark coral.

I loved the look and the feel of the shoe, but the strap at the back was not snug enough and my foot would slip as I walked in them. They have a very classy look to them so I was saddened that the comfort level was not up to par.

I wish the Velcro had allowed for making the fit tighter and more secure. I have had some occasions of my foot twisting because of looseness. And, oddly, the stationary straps over the foot seem too big—don’t fit snug to the foot so it looks like there is an odd gap.

I have about a half dozen Kaylas in size 41. My favorite Naot sandals. I received the cheetah pattern today -- gorgeous -- and the left shoe has a very long strap across the ball of my foot. I just ordered a second pair to see what the difference is. I've never had a sizing issue with Naot Kaylas before, so I'm hoping this is just a one off. I LOVE the cheetah pattern. Order up a size, please, for a good fit. I'm a 9.5 and always wear 41s.

I’ve had this sandal in 3 colors for a year now—in white, black, and oily dune—and just bought it in “buffalo.” The leather in this latter color is significantly thicker and stiffer than in the others, but I really like the darker brown, so I’ll have to wait and see whether with longer wear it rubs my sensitive, blister-prone skin. So far, I’ve worn the new pair around the house cooking and doing dishes without a problem, but I sense there might be an issue across the toes and against the outside of my ankles. Time will tell. Overall I really like the comfort and especially the support these sandals provide to my bony, inflexible feet. At my age that’s more important than style, though these are a lot cuter than most “comfort” sandals. My only criticism is the ankle strap—to get it snug enough I have to pull it so far over that I’m using only half the Velcro, making the closure somewhat less secure than I’d like and causing the end of the strap to stick out a bit. These are relatively minor issues, and I do have skinny ankles, but the strap would need to be a good inch shorter for the top and bottom velcro strips to line up perfectly for me. I doubt my ankles are that much skinnier than average.

Naot is a very good shoe. They have arch support, style is cute. The leather is very soft in the pewter color

Because of the reviews about this sandal being a half size smaller I ordered a 39 and a 40. I am usually a true 39 but this sandal is shorter and the 40 was too big. As other reviews have stated the strap behind the toe strap is large on a narrow foot. The toe strap fits fine. Also, I ordered the color metal leather and it is more bronze than silver. I have another pair of older Naot in the same color and they are a true silver. The footbed is comfortable as all Naot's are and the sandal is nice looking. I was sorry to have to return them.

I love them. They are light and comfortable. I don't feel like I have shoes on my feet.

Almost, but not quite. Great new color. However, even with the velcro as tight at it would go, the shoe was still loose on my foot. Better for the wider foot.

My first order of Kayla but have worn the Michel sandal for years. I feel these run short and would have ordered a size larger had I known. Yes, I could have exchanged but leaving for a trip and wanted to have them - obviously, the fit isn't that bad - just that my toes reach the very end. I like how velcro is used as easy to get in and out. Can't go wrong with Noat and forsurely can't go wrong ordering from Zappos.

I am always a US size 9 and European size 40. I ordered the 40 and my toes were right at the edge. I exchanged for a size 41, which fit perfectly. I definitely recommend going up a size. Other than the size discrepancy, I really like these sandals; they're comfortable, attractive, and good quality. I can't wait to wear them outside once the snow melts!

I am pleased with this sandal. It has the comfort and support I was expecting from a Naot product, however it fits small. I have a similar foot bed in another style, so knew what size (42) in terms of length, to order. However, the straps are very snug across my foot and my toes are right at the edge. It will not work for you if your foot is medium or wide. I have very narrow feet, and if I were to order another in this style, I would try the next size up.

I bought the new Biscuit color and it's wonderful, except for the 1/2 inch of shoe that isn't "aged" to the biscuit color. Looks a bit odd -- and is quite different from the website photo (unfortunately!), but I'll keep them since they fit me perfectly. I have other Naots in the Elegant line and they all fit as if made for me. They need to continue the "aging" process all the way down the leather straps to the ends -- not stop 1/2" up. Come on Naot, I know you can do better than that, at this price. Note: I wear 9.5 narrow to medium shoes and must buy size 41 in all Naot sandals to get the length I need. They seem to run 1/2 size smaller than expected.

Naot shoes - Over all I thought this shoe was very good... extrememly comfortable...not as stylish as some others but fit very well...true to size.
