fit true to size and width

great Naot sandals as usual

This is a great shoe. I wear a size 4 and have a very difficult time finding sandals. NAOTs are WONDERFUL. I am returning this pair because the straps across the ball of my foot are fairly loose-looking. I think they would be fine to wear but I can literally slide two finger in and they look too big. If these were inexpensive shoes I would keep them, but for the price I need them to look like they fit my feet. NAOTs are worth every penny and the pair I still have have lasted for many years. Still sticking with NAOT and with Zappo, will just try another style. Thank you for providing a great product with easy returns. I will be a repeat customer!

With guidance from other reviews, I went up a size and that was the right move. However, the straps are still a little loose, but better than most sandals I try on my narrowish feet. The footbed feels great, and they look pretty good! I think they are going to be my two weeks in Paris walking sandal.

These feel like they are very comfortable, but they run a bit small. My toes were hanging over. Unfortunately I have to return them.

Beautiful sandal but wasn't comfortable due to my bunions.

These fit true to size and seemed very comfortable. The color was very yellow (dune nubuck) and not what I was looking for.

Cute shoes but the leather was a little stretched out from people trying it on.

Very nice shoe…. I personally had to go up one size for shoe to fit properly.

This is my second pair of Kaylas. My first pair has lasted four years. The sole is worn down and the cushioning is reduced, but they conformed to my feet and I haven't been able to find another style from any maker quite as comfortable. The new pair looks great and fits well overall but still feels a bit stiff. It doesn't seem to have as much cushioning as I remember the older pair having. Still, it's a good sandal that I can walk in for hours, which is fairly unique and a great thing. I recommend the Kayla.

I have loved these sandals for years now, I thought a "M" width would be suitable, but it makes my foot like it's too big for the shoe. They are comfortable - I love the color, and workmanship, hope they'll give & stretch some for look and comfort.

The Kayla is comfortable and fits great for narrow/slim feet. The straps unfortunately were very stretched (maybe from others trying on) when the shoes arrived and had to send back.

This style really works for me. Two summers ago I wore these exclusively for two months in Barcelona, walking everywhere, on cobblestones, etc. They are fashionable enough for a fancy restaurant, work with any outfit, and I once walked over 10 miles in them, from Parque Guell to the Rambla, without sore feet. I'm now on my third pair. The downside: the suede straps stretch out so quickly that the fit is no longer secure, which could lead to slips on uneven surfaces. The stretch may add to the comfort, still I wish they could fix the loose straps. The last pair I received from Zappos had obviously been worn and returned (there was a small stain on one strap), and I couldn't take the chance that the straps had stretched. Had to return.

This was a snug fit. Not uncomfortable, but smaller fitting 13.

Very light and comfortable! My sense is that I would be between sizes. I am an 8.5 and I usually get a 40 because European shoes tend to run small. The arch fit just right, but I could probably use a little more length. I like their versatility - can go dressy or casual. I have a medium width foot and the width was a bit narrow. So, if someone had wide feet, this sandal wouldn’t be a good choice. The key for me is the arch, so I am keeping them.

Loved the feel. of these, but they run narrow. Too tight on the little toes. I have always worn medium width shoes. These run narrower than expected. Disappointed I couldn't keep them.

I should have listened to other reviews and sized up in the beginning, but I have never worn a 38....always 37. But in Naot I'm a 38 if I don't want my toes sliding over the front of the sandal. I agree that the front straps are too loose, but I like the feel of the footbed, and the style too much, so keeping them. I hope I don't regret that decision. I purchased the Buffalo brown color. I like the color. Thought the leather might be a little softer from photos, but it's fairly stiff. Have only worn them for short periods of time so far, but they are very comfortable.

Ordered usual size for Naot and found them small and narrow. Returned them and ordered one size up and they fit well.

True to size, nice and comfortable for summer travel. The color lighter than expected but still very nice.

This is a terrific sandal. Lightweight and plenty of support. Wry comfortable. BUT...it runs narrow! Believe those that say it does run narrow. I returned and re-ordered a wider size, of which they have limited colors. Other that they are fine

These are so comfortable! I have high arches and normally use orthotics but not in these shoes. My feet feel secure and ready for walking on vacation! One note: the color was a bit more salmon pink than red, but I liked it fine.

These are way to narrow for my feet. Even in the larger size.

I have other of this exact style in size 36 and they fit perfectly. Since the 36 in this sandal was small, I bought a 37 which was too large. :( Also, the gray sandal has butter-soft leather. The red leather I bought is stiff. With regret, it's going back
