This is a lovely sandal and I really wanted to keep it, but it was at least a half size smaller. It's a shame but I had to return them.

I normally wear a 9N and have bought some other Naot shoes that run more narrow in a size 40. The length of the shoe was perfect but the straps over the top of the toe/foot left a gap where my feet slid around. Such a cute shoe just wish the toe straps were a little tighter. Had to return.

I found I needed a 40 instead of the 39 I ordered; I normally wear 8 and 1/2. The foot bed is extremely comfortable and walkable but the sole does not have the "give" of a sneaker. The style appears to go with almost anything, dressy or not, but this style is flat with no heel and so is a little more casual. I almost purchased the size 40, but ultimately chose a sandal with more give and more toe protection.

Sadly, am returning my second attempt with these cute sandals. I thought surely my original purchase of the size 9M would be just right, but much to my surprise the sandal was quite narrow and my toes were practically hanging out of the shoe. Returned the size 9, opting for a size I’d never worn before in any shoe…the 10M. The fit was very good, no dangling toes, but there was an irritating “rub” on the inner aspect of my right ankle from the leather strap that I found to be annoying. I knew if I kept the sandals I would probably never wear them due to that irritation from the strap. Returned. The sandal quest continues. Note: I loved the style of this sandal and the bronze color, which goes with everything. Disappointed they didn’t work out for me.

My quest goes on for the perfect black semi dressy sandal that is relatively flat. I thought these were the answer and then the left one was too tight and really hit my bunion. The pain was awful so I am returning these and my quest goes on. They are well made and just what I wanted, but they seemed narrow and I do not have a wide foot. I loved the patent finish.

Too wide for my narrow feet. I wish shoe companies like Naot made more stylish options with adjustable straps on the forefoot. These are cute and the footbed is very comfortable, but the straps gap over my foot and I know it will only get more loose as the leather stretches. Also, just so others are aware, I ordered two pair. One was listed as 39 narrow and the other as 39 medium. They are the exact same size.

Very pretty shoe, but the arch support does not agree with my feet, so I have to return them.

I selected the lovely rumba color. They are a rich pinot wine colored sandal that should work well with many outfits and colors. Typically, I wear a 9.5. For Naot shoes, I always size up to a 10. This brand tends to run small and narrow. With this particular sandal, I am finding that I will need to stretch the second strap that rides around the base of the toes a bit for comfort. As these should be leather sandals, that should not be a problem.

this definitely runs small. normally i am a 39 and needed a 40 in this. also is narrow, as described. so don't bother if you have wide feet. it is a very comfortable shoe, no breaking in needed. i was just worried the front strap would stretch out and then my foot would slide forward, so i ended up returning these. It is a very pretty and comfortable shoe though.

This is a light weight sandal that is very comfortable.

I love these sandals - other than the straps are wider than I would want. Just hoping they will not stretch out. The arch support is great and I love the low heel.

For some reason neither size fit me properly. The 9 was too small and the next larger size was too big. Beautiful shoes! Loved the style. Had to return.

Loved the color. These were comfortable and lightweight. The only issue I had was that the footbed wasn't wide enough. To bad.

I really wanted to love these but my feet are just too wide to be comfortable or not look squished. Wish they made a wide size.

Nice sandal, but I have very narrow heels, so they were big there.

Loved the white pearl color. The fit seem good until I would walk in for awhile. My foot slid forward & toes were on the edge & there was now space at the heel. No adjustment across the toes. Unfortunately had to return.

This is my third pair of Kaylas. The first two came in a pewter color that was a bit more polished looking. And I think the size has shrunk just a bit. But, it's a great sandal so I'll give this slightly inferior version a try. Fingers crossed!

The color (rumba) is quite different from the picture, darker and not as red. The leather is thinner than my previous Naot that are a few years old but the sole is very comfortable. I ordered a 9 Medium instead of my usual 8.5. My foot is wide by the toes, narrow by the ankle, with a bunion on one foot and the sandals feel fine.

These definitely run small. They *technically* fit, but my toes were threatening to come off the edge. My feet usually fit with ease into size 40s with room to spare, but not these!

I loved them but I was looking for a color more like fruit punch. But they were more of a berry deeper pink, so I’m returning them.

The sandal was impressive, rich cherry color, with clean lines that enhance the unique style. Love the color.
